Had breakfast in the Mulberry this morning sorry to say the food wasn't as nice as we had before Many items were burnt and fried eggs were over done and rubbery and scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked

Wow what an amazing restaurant! Located on the best sandy beach in Kent. Sit on the beach seating area or in the cool and traditional restaurant and bar area. The place is a throw back to a traditional pub, reasonable prices for drinks and a traditional menu again all reasonably priced. The 2 ladies serving worked tirelessly with a smile and nothing was too much effort for them which was a breath of fresh air. Great size portions and one of the best fish and chips we've ever tasted. Highly recommended and an ice cream hut outside that again isn't trying to rip you off. Highly recommended!

Lacking wait times to eat, poor food quality, left with food poisoning

Love the Mulberry and the atmosphere the owners are wonderful and very accommodating

We tried this bar to drink some Cocktails. They had some but it mostly (or fully, we are not sure) came out of a bottle. They didn't taste bad but cannot be compared to freshly mixed cocktails. The Staff was friendly and our dog was also welcome and got a bowl with water.

We had a lovely home cooked lunch. Ample portions and good value 32 pounds for 2 of us. I had jacket potato with prawns and salad partner had sausage mash peas and gravy. With 2 large glasses of soft drinks. Simple fare well cooked.

Lovely place, great atmosphere, brilliant food. Very reasonably priced. Good place for a family meal. Places to sit outside, near the sea.

Absolutely lovely roast lunch with my partner today. Really lovely service, left us to enjoy our meal and left us to enjoy a coffee outside on the beach. 10/10

I had a breakfast here a few months ago, it was fantastic, customer service was excellent, the staff were so friendly that I have become a regular customer. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Went here because it was close to our hotel so gave it ago. Food was lovely, alot of stuff were home made like the fishcake as starter. Portions were good for adults. I did ask for the drinks menu but the waiter said they don't have one but there was a bar with all alcohol. So ended up getting a soft drink. Service was good, we did well to finish our main courses along with 3 starters for a family of 4. After dinner you could just stroll along the beach.

Food quality was so poor chef have no clue about Sunday dinner or any cooking style how run English kitchen even u can not make Gravy 😇Yorkshire putting was old and dry and burnt Gravy was like no taste staff have no idea about menus or costumer service so totally waste our time

An absolutely fabulous very fresh fish confection. I'm afraid I demolished it far too quickly. A hand built salad arrangement made specially for my vegetarian wife. Went down very well. Its a proper pub right on the sea front. You step out of the back straight onto the shingle beach. There is a handy car park but we walked. Would definitely go back for the fish.

We came across this place as we cycled along the coastal path. Food was good and reasonably priced, everything looked spotlessly clean. The young lady that served us (Holly?) was an absolute delight and a credit to her employer. Would definitely go back if we are back in this part of the country again.

I was there on Sunday when the people that complained were there. The staff bent over backwards to try and please them, but they were determined to find fault in everything. The way they spoke to the staff was more like bullying. I don't think anything would have been good enough for them. I have eaten in there on many occasions and never had cause for complaint. Some people just have to make a fuss.

We booked here for Father’s Day. There was 6 of us. When booking we was told there was a live entertainment jazz band. When entering we ordered drinks my husbands beer came with dirt in it. And my daughters glass was filthy. Food came fast my 3 kids dinners was freezing cold. One chip was actually still frozen. They eat nothing from it. My starter was microwaved and my husbands chicken wings was not cooked all the way thru. At this point i let the staff know. Which the waiter took away straight away . One Main was roast beef . It was a heated dinner what looked like it sat under the side and potatoes was frozen . The other main was a fish pie what weirdly had no fish in it smash and carrots. We let the staff know and they was so rude. The place is ran by teenagers who have a huge attitude. And very unapproachable. When to coming to pay the bill they even still charged us for the frozen chicken wings. The jazz singer was the waiter what didn’t even sing jazz songs . For a special Father’s Day meal it was awful I wouldn’t let my dog eat there. The place should be shut down .

My son Harry & wife Shelley held their wedding reception here on 7th May 2022. It was a wonderful day & outstanding service throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone that would like to hold a wedding or something that needs a touch of class. Thank you to everyone that made my Son & Daughter in law's wedding day, a day to remember. Xxxxxx

Wow what a place. All staff very polite and approachable. Food was really nice. Enjoyed my cheese ploughman's. Finishes up with a 99 flake ice cream. Will be back next time visit. Amazing 🌟

This was my first visit and I was there to see a DJ that was entertaining there for the evening. The people that served me were very friendly and made me feel very welcome amongst quite a few local regulars, who were also quite welcoming. The place was well looked after and clean, the drinks were nice with a good price. I would recommend popping in here for a drink. Don't be fooled by the lack of parking at the front door, just along the road is a carpark that you can drive round to the back and pull up to the rear entrance.

Great location, great breakfast!

Great food! Lovely bottle of wine too. Christmas carols playing in a warm and inviting restaurant. The waitress was great and we really enjoyed our meal! The Christmas trees look fab too! Just moved to the area and this is a short walk for us. We will be back!

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, great food and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. It's a great venue and has long been needed on the marsh.

We only called in for a cuppa, but staff quite obliging and drink prices won't break the bank. Coffee was only instant, though.

Overlooking the car park next to the beach! Young servers were extremely amenable, however, not completely au fait with the drinks/ snacks menu OK if you are in the area.. however personally nothing to make me travel off piste

We ordered lunch at 13:27 our food came out at 14:05, they were busy and were short staffed, the food was nice, plenty of it and reasonabley price. It was a hot day we sat outside. I went to toilet the restaurant was superb, toilets were nipping clean, lastly the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you

This is the only bar/restaurant for miles along this stretch of coast with a genuine sea facing aspect. A welcome stop during a beach walk! Good sized interior with well spaced seating. It was quiet when we called but would feel safe even if more crowded. Outside seating (no cover) also available. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had a generously filled bacon sandwich but unable to comment further on the food offering. Toilets scrupulously clean. Overall a pleasant experience and we'll certainly come back.

Fantastic place for a meal or just a drink. Lovely friendly staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Great atmosphere. My husband and I moved to the area 9 months ago and pleased to say this is our local. We have had our anniversary meal with family members there on a Sunday the food is superb, we ordered a range of dinners ranging from Roast, Steaks, Gammon and Lasagne all cooked wonderfully and amazing deserts. Have also been in during the week and had fish and chips again A1+. Thank you for making us all feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Food was disgusting never again, and the owner/manager was so rude the attitude was disgraceful, out door space was unsafe as panels of glass missing from the decking, don't waist your money!!edit## so u have no glass panels??

The welcome was warm😘 The drinks were cold ❄️ The service was super 👌 The food was fantastic 🍽️ All in all, everything was perfect and the icing on the cake..... my dogs were made welcome in a separate part of the restaurant. Looking forward to returning very soon.

Three very good meals had by our party. Very good ingredients, well cooked, and great staff. I had the big Mulberry burger, be warned it is a beast. Make sure you are hungry. Very good prices.
