KFC - Folkestone in Shepway

The lettuce in the rice bowl was black and past its best. The 1 chicken strip was small and soggy

Lovely meal but pretty pricey as not a lot

At last, KFC cleaned up its act, well, in this shop. Staff are very polite, well kept, and clean. The food was good, and the fries are a marmite thing, like them or not...... I did enjoy them.

Chips was warm at best, you could tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp a while. Hardly no salad in the wrap

We ordered 5 meals in total. 1 meal was missing and part of another was also missing.

Myself and my some become unwell after our meal the burger tasted like dish water and the chicken inside the burger was very chewy like rubber

I ordered this to arrive at five o'clock at 20 past four this afternoon and it's just arrived now that 32 minutes past five so now I'm late

Too small, the chicken was ridiculously tiny. I had 3 pieces which I eat in a couple of minutes. Also 2.99 for a tiny pot of gravy. Will be. Be having again.

Didn’t get full order arrived with no chips

Although the delivery was okay, the 2 hotwings were missing from my order.

we were missing a pot of gravy which we ordered and had to go down to the shop to get one! this ment we didn't eat as a family, weekends are the only time we gat to do this as my partner is a lorry Driver. very inconvenient

Ordered the Variety Bucket for Two which included a Pepsi Max bottle 1.5 litres. Only to have a can of Pepsi delivered! It says 1.5 Litre on the receipt! And one boneless mini fillet short! It’s not hard to read a delivery note or take the time to see if the order is correct before sending it out! I’ve worked in hospitality and retail it’s not hard! I expect missing items to be refunded!

I paid fir additional added items in the rice box and boneless banquet these didn't arrive I would like then refunded please

It was great loved the food until my mate who ordered another order with sauce and lobbed it at the wall at about mach 4 and it blew up in my face one of his cookies were missing thanks for that it made my day. The disappointment on his face was absolutely delightful

Brilliant driver . I ordered food to my boyfriends house by mistake instead of my home address . Noone was home and he called me and I explained and hedelivered it to me at my house ... when he didn't really have to

ordered a boneless bucket. received a bucket with all normal boned chicken. the delivery chap was punctual and polite though.

Used to get way more for price!! And it used to have more flavour!! If my boys didn’t want it I wouldn’t have brought it!

On time between eta which was 18.00-18.20. Arrived at 18.16 but only just luke warm,the service we are paying extra for( delivery etc) and its pointless when consistently bad!!! Want hot not luke warm food!

Amazing food. Have not ordered from this restaurant in a while and it was delivered quickly it was hot and the chicken was crispy and delicious, lovely, well done kfc! The delivery driver was very polite and friendly thank you very much

Delivery time was changed to 10 minutes later, food was cold not fresh tasted rubbish barely edible, one of the worst KFC orders I’ve ever eaten

Always get the order correct. Food is hot, and delivered on time. Which is more than I can say about a certain burger chain with the big M. I would recommend KFC Folkestone.

My chips were cold and the chicken tower stacker looked like it had been thrown together,the bun was soggy and the stuffing pate was mushy😩how they can justify charging £10 for this burger 🤷‍♀️I had one last year and it was so tasty and looked forward to having one this year but after last night I won’t be using KFCagain!!

I have to order from the counter, for reasons I won't explain here. However, the staff really do not like this. They will ignore me for as long as they can, then the will point to the signs that inform customers to use the machines for ordering, eventually offering to take me said machines to teach me to use them. After a while they will eventually (and reluctantly) take my order.

The bag was split and food returned back to the delivery driver. My partners jumper is ruined due to the gravy lid not being on properly and it spilling in the bag. The food has been returned due to gravy being spilt and spoiling the rest of the food.

I sent a message to text or call my phone, as i have a 4month old baby and a dog! Who will bark at the knock on door! Not the 1st tme this has happened! But i sure nothing will be done or i won't be informed about anything! Thanks happy xmas one and

Food was awful. Both hot wings and fillets clearly been sat around for a long time. Batter was awful on both. The food really was not enjoyable, and barely edible.

I ordered 4 orders of chicken wings and received only 1 chicken wing. Only one!!! So wrong order!

I ordered take away and received the wrong order (easily done) and rang KFC Cheriton. The most AMAZING young man took the call, sorted it and brought my order straight away with a complimentary pop corn chicken. I just want to thank him so very much. It's made my day and the day of all my staff. Just incredible service!!!

The driest, smallest pieces of chicken I've ever had from a KFC. like they'd been cooked 12 hours ago.

driver spent 5 minutes sitting in his car before delivering food on his phone

The delivery guy couldn’t find the house, even if I was on the phone for 25 minutes and explaining him the address and giving him directions. Had to come out, saw him several times turning with his bike on the wrong rode. Asked him to look on his left hand side where I was standing so he could see me. He still took wrong direction few times. The food was delivered cold and soggy

Just had to wait 20 minutes for a large chicken popcorn meal and 20 hot wings, 7 other customers came in after me and left before me, along with 4 uber pick ups.. the wings was greasey as he'll and not very nice. Won't be going back for a long while..

Driver saw my receipt but kept ssying error so told him to go away and he finally gave me the food,COLD! WAYNE KERR NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN

I found all these places the same. Today I visited the one on cheriton road. The lady that served me was happy and that made me happy. The atmosphere was better and they were not panicking about serving. 10/10 from me today 21/10/24

quick, simple, easy, food good.

Was ok ,but they sprinkle seasoning on the frys now, but don't ask if that's ok .

The driver destroyed my food,or the rest of it.Ordered a salad and got no chicken in it.Just a plain salad with the salad dressing all over the bag and in the bag.I would give 0* if possible.

The service here is so much better compared to the Sandgate Road kfc. Sandgate Road refused to serve me food because it was an online deal, so I said I will order it all separately and pay for it separately they still refused me. So I came here and got the food I wanted with great customer service. Thank you 😊

2 items were missing from the order. I ordered Boneless 4pc meal & Colonel's 4pc meal, neither had any Fries!!!

Driver tried to deliver my food on the wrong street. He was there for five minutes. By the time I got my food, it was cold. The food was dry and not freshly cooked at my request.

we were pleased it came early as we were all starving. There was a problem with the signals so the time might have updated an we didnt see it. Nothing negative to say. thank you

Difficult to order today. Chips almost burnt. 1 good piece, the rest were tiny, and not much meat on bones.

The app delivery time was 25 to 30 mins. When place the order closer to one hour. Two later delivery time updates. The food arrived over an hour later and cold.

Service was quick , staff were pleasant ,food tasted good apart from the chips - not keen on their chips but love everything else that I've had from there .
