KFC - Folkestone in Shepway

Just had to wait 20 minutes for a large chicken popcorn meal and 20 hot wings, 7 other customers came in after me and left before me, along with 4 uber pick ups.. the wings was greasey as he'll and not very nice. Won't be going back for a long while..

food was barley considered warm?

I found all these places the same. Today I visited the one on cheriton road. The lady that served me was happy and that made me happy. The atmosphere was better and they were not panicking about serving. 10/10 from me today 21/10/24

Was ok ,but they sprinkle seasoning on the frys now, but don't ask if that's ok .

Not the first choice, chicken usually dry, chips are always soggy, rice box has rice as much dressing than required. No care taken in packing

Hot food,quick and great service!

The driver destroyed my food,or the rest of it.Ordered a salad and got no chicken in it.Just a plain salad with the salad dressing all over the bag and in the bag.I would give 0* if possible.

The service here is so much better compared to the Sandgate Road kfc. Sandgate Road refused to serve me food because it was an online deal, so I said I will order it all separately and pay for it separately they still refused me. So I came here and got the food I wanted with great customer service. Thank you 😊

2 items were missing from the order. I ordered Boneless 4pc meal & Colonel's 4pc meal, neither had any Fries!!!

Driver tried to deliver my food on the wrong street. He was there for five minutes. By the time I got my food, it was cold. The food was dry and not freshly cooked at my request.

we were pleased it came early as we were all starving. There was a problem with the signals so the time might have updated an we didnt see it. Nothing negative to say. thank you

Chips were lukewarm and soggy, the fillet burger was nice and spicy but again lukewarm.

Difficult to order today. Chips almost burnt. 1 good piece, the rest were tiny, and not much meat on bones.

The app delivery time was 25 to 30 mins. When place the order closer to one hour. Two later delivery time updates. The food arrived over an hour later and cold.

Service was quick , staff were pleasant ,food tasted good apart from the chips - not keen on their chips but love everything else that I've had from there .

It's a KFC takeaway, the place seems clean, staff seem friendly & efficient, in & out in no time at all, parking is abit hit & miss but generally you can park within a minute or two of the shop

I did not even receive my order even though it said delivered. Was delivered to another address and would rectify this.

We ordered when it said delivery time would take 20-30 minutes. It actually took over an hour. When it arrived the food was stone cold

The food was inedible. I ask for a toasted seeded roll mine was a plain roll and cold not toasted. The cold drink was in with food. That’s bad. Should have been separate. The potato wedges were cold and half cooked. I am disabled and can’t get out so order in just eat and 95% of the time it’s awful but I keep trying. Such a waste of my money.

Some of the chips appeared to be not cooked all the way through, and the others tasted as if they were recooked, very dry in the middle.

Ordered our food, they forgot to gives us our bottle and everytime we phone which has been several time it gets either ignored or connects to our own mobile. Bad service.

The food at this location is always hot and delicious, however, KFC in the UK cuts the chicken pieces into portions that are NOT regular, standard pieces! It's weird and stupid!!

Driver was incredibly rude when she arrived due to a mix up with addresses, impatient and very standoffish when talking to me

Nice fried chicken as far as takeaways go. Fairly good value money considering today's prices.

Great all round, really good size and quality of of chicken in all the burgers. No complaints from the family.

Ordered by the self service, and was served very quickly. Clean and tidy , with pleasant staff.

I am really not happy not gravy when selected atomatically changed to two rice when we didn’t want this I also wrote on my notes that our family does not like chicken breast and can we please have legs and that we would be happy to wait longer if needed got given 3 legs out of 14 pieces of chicken so very in happy with spending almost 50wuid on my family’s dinner for there not to be enough three attempts made to contact KFC but was not answered and the. When they did I was cut off. When the food arrived it was freezing chips were under cooked really was a waste of money. And after being released from hospital following a surgery this was my only option as money was spent here and could purchased again I would advise that KFC are contacted regarding this as it defo out a bad name for just eat.

Served just eat driver although we were there first food was hours old and had been kept warm for a long time used to like KFC but defo won't be going back

Visited this shop late morning on Sunday. Shop looked clean and tidy. The person that served me was polite and helpful. Best of all was the value, I got 3 pieces of chicken, chips and a side salad for £4.49. Well happy and full.

chicken was burnt, way too crispy, chicken was dry. burgers looked like they were thrown together. mostly all the food was cold.

your delivery driver call me and was refusing to bring my food to me. saying high street was closed which is not and wanted me to leave the business and go and grab the food from him. when I said I can't do that as I can't leave the shop he said ok I'll be very late. when he arrived he was very annoyed and rude and the food was all cold.

Was tracking car for 30 mins , so had to heat meal up. 1 piece of chicken very small in size .

Normally it’s very good here. But the chicken was really greasy and not crisp today. Of a bucket of 10 piece had 6 legs. Which was very disapointing too.

The food was cold the chips were awful, almost like they had been left in the warmer for after lunch service and reheated. Chicken fried out gave me chronic trapped wind will not be getting again it was not worth the nearly £20 cost for two!

Well some of the coating stayed on the rest was soggy and fell off the chicken. Chips, well, they were potato's and that's about it, lifeless limp rubbish

Order was 2 hours late being delivered. And to rub salt into the wound, parts cold and even more unappetising than I’m used to from this travesty of a KFC.

precooked for 1730 delivery, but didn't arrive till 1755. however food was good!

The chicken was a bit dry when I came to eat it. Although the staff are nice, you feel a bit like you just want to leave there quickly
