KFC - Folkestone Sandgate Road in Shepway

DISGUSTING, VILE, GROSS KFC. Health and Safety for Food Standard need to be investigating this place. Table service advertised, but they shout your number out. When questioned about table service, they have no idea about this. You are literally advertising it on every single tray 🙄 🤦‍♂️. Toilet has poo all up the walls, and the staff do not want to clean up. Disgusting. Single handlingly the worst KFC I've ever been to in my life. The floor and table are a mess, Pepsi on the floor, and there is no wet floor sign. Staff are rude and ignorant of the fact that the restaurant is a mess. Bin fulls also.

Order was wrong.the person didn't seem To know which and who had ordered I had to keep prompting the person in regard to my order

The premises are quite clean and tidy nut was not busy for a lunch time. Chicken was fine - l don’t like their fries now they’re too spicy. The toilets are still closed, as they were last year when l visited. You can however get the key for the disabled toilet, but that's a hassle.

The chicken was dry and over cooked the fries were cold

It’s 0800 the following morning and still waiting, couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant very disappointing

KFC Original recipe still tastes good, as do the fries, as long you finish them in the air fryer. Burgers & sauces taste synthetic & poor. Also, doesn't fill you, like it used to. Maybe some form of anti-leptin releasing property is now in their food. The Colonel? This doesn't even make Sargent..

I wish you would go back to french Fry's and good old plain chips not everyone likes stuff on them. I put my chip fryer on as I can always guarantee the food will be cold by the time I get it sorry!

We got no gravy delivered which was another £3

It's a kfc.....they sell chicken....tasty chicken.

Delicious food, great delivery, no problem that it was a tiny bit late.

Withheld the seasoning on the chips as requested and was hot when arrived. Very nicely done.

Driver was rude and has no understanding of how to deliver food to the door that's what we are paying for as customers and that's what I expect he hung the phone up when I asked him to press the buzzer to let him in and the rung again to tell me he is waiting in a rather rude manner! appalling service!

Disappointing not as good as Cheriton branch, can’t understand why, chicken not as tender, skin not crispy could not eat it , have always loved KFC Very disappointed.

Dry chicken too much chicken mens toilet door oversized and our order had no drink,or coleslaw.

The driver turned up with my order but it wasn't mine it was for someone else. He took it and said he would take it back to the shop and pick up the correct order and deliver it to me. Order never received

The best KFC I've been to, meal was served hot and fast. But staffs are not friendly which I don't mind as long as I have a good meal

I am not happy you have not refunded my order as it said delivered and never arrived i will not stand for it no more and will be contacting a legal advisor because it’s ridiculous this has happened multiple times!

I just went in store to order a deal of 2 chicken fillet burgers and 2 popcorn chicken. They told me I have to order that specific deal online. I said OK I'll pay separately for all of the items I would like 2 chicken burgers 2 popcorn chicken and 2 pieces of chicken and they still wouldn't sell me the items I want! That's not an online deal I'm just ordering some food. They actually said no to my order, disgraceful customer service. When someone orders food at a restaurant how can you tell them no? That's the whole reason we came... Because you sell food. So I had to go to the KFC is Cheriton and they gave me the food I wanted with no problem.

Hardly any chips, not only was the chicken wrong it was the smallest piece of chicken I’ve seen was basically a nugget, no salsa, only lettuce, no other salad, can of drink was HOT. Awful will never order from here again.

My gravy had spilled all in the bag all the food was drenched in gravy we had to bin the whole thing the gravy was empty and the burger and chips had all wet paper stuck to them we said to the driver why’s the bag wet and he said he doesn’t know and walked off we rang kfc and said there’s nothing they can do so we no have no dinner tonight

I go there with my daughter and my mum. And every time, we feel relaxed and enjoy our meal....only downside is they don't do hot drinks 🤫🤫
