Nice and tidy Fast food service And Friendly staffs Very Good

There a guy named Ollie who works here whos absolutely amazing i had my two young nephews with me who both are on the spectrum and Ollie asked if they would like to switch there oranges juices to a frostie and he didnt seem bothered thay my nephews asked lots of questions about what the frosities are. Having somewhere i can take my nephews without the worry staff are going to react badly to them means alot so Thank you Ollie it really made my day better

At Wendy's, encountered rudeness when charged for a drink refill despite observing others use the dispenser freely. Disappointing lack of customer service.

I do not eat a lot of takeaways but Wendys is now my favourite takeaway for burgers even though we eat in. The food is excellent and the burgers are like what i had when i was in Canada. I can actually eat their fries whereas other takeaways i can’t. The staff are really helpful, friendly, professional and listen to you if you have a dietry problem. Always as clean as it can be. I love Coca cola and at christmas i had my photo taken in their cola van inside the restaurant.

Service was great. Staff were professional and approchable in particular Donna and Layla. The food is flavourable. The portion sizes were reasonable. The only feedback i would give is that the tempature of the food needs to be worked on. For the money you pay you should get hot food not just warm food. The layout downstairs could be better and definitely would benefit from a customer lift to make it more disability friendly. Recieved a free desert which was a chocolate icecream which was a bonus. All round great experience.

Good fresh food,always hot,great staff and team. One member went above and beyond helping a gentleman nothing was a problem for Ashleigh what a great representation for the company 👏

First time at this branch, for lunch. The staff were friendly and polite but I only saw them behind the counter. The restaurant itself was pretty empty but so dirty. We sat upstairs to eat and had to clear off a rubbish covered table and the floor surrounding it before sitting down and in the 30 minutes we were there staff didn’t come upstairs once so no clearing or cleaning took place. The toilets were also filthy so after taking one look I couldn’t use the facilities. The food itself was good, nice and hot and tasted fresh but the grubbiness of the whole place has put us off going a second time.

Great value, I had the impression that it was more expensive than it really is. Great taste, good portions, and really short preparation times. I prefer it to similar options in the area.

Don't even bother with their cheeseburgers... Thin, hardly any filling and mostly bun. The Baconater and the Dave however are amazing. The fries are really nice too 🤌

First time here. Had high expectations... found lots of grisly lumps in burger and avocado skin .... thats a no from me for any future visits

Gutted was so looking forward to my 1st Wendy's burger. Despite hating the name Wendy with a passion was sorely disappointed. Burger full of nasty gristle and guacamole full of avocado skin. Never coming back

Positives: The burgers are gooood. Really tasty patties, well cooked and very filling. The fries were also very tasty and perfectly cooked. The seating area was spotless. Great choice of sauces. Not so good: the baconator cheese fries. There was barely a pinch of cheese and no cheese sauce. Was saved by a pretty generous amount of bacon and excellent fries. The kids meals are small and the nuggets are just meh. Also if you choose a blizzard with the kids meal, it replaces the drink. Bad: the coffee. I got a latte and it was the weakest, most tasteless coffee I have ever had. It tasted like they had put in half a spoon of coffee, a dash of milk and then topped it up with hot water. I ended up throwing it away. Overall it is a much better burger than you'd get at the golden arches, the service is quick and the combos are good value for money and very filling. 2 adults and 2 children all full up for £33, so can't complain.

Wendys is always a place for me for quick bite but this the service was awful. Fries were cold and staff was rude. Asked the staff to change my fries but she never agreed the fries were cold and tired to bargain with me. DISAPPOINTED

Came in today for lunch. Have a son who suffers from autism and loves anything American . Great selection of menu items. Warm and friendly environment and very tidy. Not a long wait for food either.

Ordered at terminal and burgers ready literally straight away. As soon as I saw tinfoil wrapping knew I had made mistake. Lukewarm tired looking burgers. Returned mine to counter and wife took one bite and binned hers. Made Mcdonald look like haute cuisine.

OUTSTANDING service yet again from Harrison. He is an absolute MACHINE at frosty-pouring. If I were to describe my experience in one word only, it would be chocolatey. Slayed 💅💅 The Frosty is a frozen dairy dessert of the American fast-food restaurant chain Wendy's. The Frosty was among the first five items introduced on the Wendy's menu. Wendy's founder Dave Thomas created the original "light chocolate" Frosty himself by combining chocolate and vanilla flavors, as he thought that a pure chocolate flavor would overwhelm the taste of the restaurant's hamburgers. Thomas based the Frosty on the milkshakes he drank in Detroit as a youth, and created the Frosty to be thick enough to require a spoon to eat. The consistency has been described as partway between that of a milkshake and soft-serve ice cream.

Fast service, freshly cooked food. Was expecting similar to other competitors. But food was better quality and taste. Restaurant was quieter so was able to sit in. Was very clean and staff came around regularly to check.

I loved Wendy's in the US and Canada, but Wendy's in the UK is a disappointment. Quality and options are worse and the price too high for what they are offering.

A huge step up from the main fast food chains in England, juicy burgers and proper crunchy fries. The chicken nuggets are whole breast pieces and are markedly superior to the reformed bits of squish from McDonald’s. Appropriately priced for the quality.

Insanely busy, not enough seats downstairs and unfortunately I am disabled so this was a bit disappointing to find no seats available and no lift upstairs. People waiting for food literally everywhere so no space to move about. Food took it's time to be made but it was busy and they seem to have few staff there. When the food did arrive it was hot, freshly cooked but I found the fries disappointing. It's expensive compared to your likes of McDonald's but in my opinion it does taste a lot better. The place was dirty and things were a mess where the drinks where and bins where over flowing but again they did appear to be short staff so maybe it's not always the case.

Genuinely fresh looking, tasty burgers. Crunchy fries. Drinks.. friendly staff and it's always clean. Like an upper tier fast food.. worth an extra couple of quid

I love Wendy burgers in the USA. Now they're back here in the UK great. The one in Brighton was ok the meat patties weren't hot enough, the fries were great, the coffee was ok if a little weak.

Food is okay but the £5 big box offer was actually £8 with a cup of coffee. The tables upstairs were uncleared and kids were eating their own takeaway food at several tables.

Was ok, has a KFC vibe to it. That’s not a knock but just how it felt to me. I would come back if passing.

Tasty burger, chips and nuggets and good value £7.99 for chicken burger, nuggets, chips and fizzy drink. Calm atmosphere too with lots of space upstairs. Server was polite and friendly.

Food and service was great. We were served by Harrison and he was very helpful and friendly! Will be coming again

Decent food at a good price but staff were unfriendly and did not get the order right.

We ordered from a self serve machine and then waited about 15 minutes for our number to come up for the food. The burgers and jacket potatoes were lovely, the atmosphere was busy and packed with teenagers, it felt a little cold and basic

Food here was average and it felt very bare with a very small serving area and staff barely look up to serve you your food. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and when we went it was early morning although had no toilet paper and was filthy and floor was sticky like a club floor after loads of drinks spilt on it for years so you could tell it hasn't been cleaned properly in ages. Haven't tried the burgers here as we had breakfast on this occasion however honestly can say this is not how all Wendy's stores are as we go to our local store regularly which is miles apart from this store. I dont very often leave bad reviews but I would not recommend this store based on my experience I am afraid.

On the day of my visit, the place was quiet, clean, fast service. 12th December.

Oh my god. This place was OUTSTANDING. I can't even get started on how good it is! Well, I can, but it's so hard to! I guess I'll start with the service. The service was unimaginably easy! We go to a self service system, order and it's just... there. It was like they had the exact things that we ordered, fully cooked at the ready. Next time I go there, I'm for sure timing them! Anyway, onto the food. We ordered 2 medium burgers, 2 medium fries and 4 nuggies. Starting with the burger, oh my goodness. The meat..! It was SO juicy, and the bacon I put in it was the perfect balance of crispy and soggy! Next, the fries. This will probably be the harshest part of the review, but it won't make a crazy difference. The fries were quite big for a medium size. The only part I didn't really fancy was them leaving the skin on. Now, don't get me wrong, I love the skin on a potato. But maybe not when deep fried. Last but most certainly not least, the n u g g i e s . Holy guacamole, these were by far the best out of everything we ordered. They were very greasy, but it was like the grease just stayed in the nugget. We both ate 2, but when we come again later, we're getting 6! Uh, so that's it, I guess. Uh, go to Wendy's. You won't disappointed.

First time trying it, won't be the last. Really nice food, hot and fresh and a good alternative to the regular fast food places in town.

The fact that they cook to order in my eyes puts them in front of all the other fast food chains in Brighton. Their chips are always fresh and crispy, the Spicy Chicken is delicious and the staff are usually very fast. Their only let down is the fact they dont offer Cans/bottles for takeaway orders. That needs to be changed as their drink machines arent the best (very watered down). Otherwise great place for a quick bite

Disparity between pictures of burgers and burgers delivered is ludicrous to the point of fraudulent, but it's no better or worse than the other big franchises, just the first place I've decided to call out about it.

My partner and I go to wendys solely for the nuggets. They are honestly lovely. Plenty of seating, unisex toilets are available which are clean.

The food was decent. They were playing music very loud which meant you struggled to have a conversation with someone. It also meant that the staff were having to shout the order numbers out. It also took a long time before we got the food.

Unfortunately, not the staff could not switch it off. But, there was a constant on-and-off high-pitched alarm. This was ear-piercing and set my Son's tinnitus off. When ordering g the food made it uncomfortable and annoying. Luckily we sat on the other side of the restaurant where the music had been turned up to try to drown it out. I witnessed one poor young lady trying to order food with her family, with her fingers in her ears. Otherwise, the food and service was good.

First time we have visited, can't wait to come back. Really tasty, fresh, propper sliced onion and lettuce leaf inside , unlike a certain other burger establishment. Clean, lovely staff. Definitely worth a visit. We will be back

This is the first time we had been here, and everything, especially the quality of the food, was so much better than 'others'. I especially like the fact that the lettuce is not shredded, the onion not diced, and the bacon was perfect.

Great food for a hangover or when trying to lose weight. Despite the other bad reviews Wendy's is definitely one of my not so secret pleasures.

The food comes out fast and is very nice. There doesn't seem to be many staff on table side so often having to clear others trays yourself.

I don't get what the fuss is about.. not impressed with the food at all .edit, tried the breakfast - coffee is good, but that's it.

Went in here with my mum for lunch before shopping around Churchill square as I’ve been going to America since I was 7 every 2 years to see my family over there and have always loved Wendy’s in the States. Was so excited when I found out there was a branch in Brighton, and we weren’t disappointed! Food was delicious, so much better than McDonalds or Burger King, little pricier than McDonalds but then much better value for money. Would definitely recommend

Tasteless patties, no seasoning so the only real flavours came from the tomato gherkin and dressing, the only saving grace was Lucy the host on the till who was super friendly and professional

It's okay. Coffee is a bit too mellow for me. Breakfast sausage was a tad too peppery! Half way through our meal, their machine started making an awful high pitch noise so we sort of just left. It was not the worst but need a lot more improvement to properly challenge the likes of Maccy D

Thought I'd try there famous square burger... I wish I hadn't! I opened up my burger and the biggest slab of freezing cold tomato and salad, (I'm glad the top of the bun fell on the floor) it had mayo on it( who even has mayo on a cheeseburger)🤮 any way the burger was cold and the drinks were warm.... should of gone McDonald's as the burger tasted exactly the same, only difference is McDonald's cheeseburger is cheaper... Wouldn't recommend

Went there midday Sunday. Miserable experience, Zero atmosphere, perfunctory food, unhelpful staff. Popeye's down the road is much better.

The staff did not engage much with the customers they try to rush you off. The drink I had meant to be a large but it looks a medium when I ask he was rude about it. The chips were cold and I went back to say the chips were cold he said it was fresh

Very good cheese burger and fries. A little disappointed that using the self service ordering that it didn't appear to be possible to remove items from the burger. Music was inoffensive and the restaurant was very clean.

Only have visited for drinks. Not tried the food yet.

since close to opening, the ice machines have been completely broken, at least one touch point order machine has been broken, leading to unnecessarily long queues. I'm lucky if the drinks machine is working, that's money they just take from you if it's broken.
