Great service today from Donna at the Brighton Wendy’s today. Helpful and polite and shared how to use the app.

Potion way too small and doesn't taste great. I do wonder why the place is empty...never again

The food is really expensive, we paid 25£ for 2 people and the quality of the burger in my opinion is the worst they could probably make. It's definitely not worth it and I won't go again.

I asked to use the toilet at Wendy’s in western road in Brighton and was told I had to buy food to get a code my son is 8 years old and due to them not letting him use the toilet he wet him self I generally spend £60 a moth in Wendy’s and will never use them again

We were very impressed with the quality of of the food and the very reasonable price . The eating area was spotless in spite of the fact it was constantly busy. The sevice was fast and efficient and the staff very helpful and polite , cannot recommend highly enough.

On our first visit to Wendy's we were met by a very bubbly Kirsty who explained all about the app and assisted us setting it up. Kirsty was extremely friendly and very professional. The food was excellent and we all enjoyed the vast variety of the menu. The whole experience was excellent and we would highly recommend Wendy's to anyone.

love popping into wendy’s whenever i’m in brighton, it’s fast, good value for money and actually tastes nice. i recommend any of the burgers, the chilli cheese fries and the chocolate frosty. the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially kirsty who seems very happy to help and spreads her good vibes around :)

Im sorry but my order was really bad. The only good thing about the meal was the drink. The rest of it was so bad it made me gag. The fries just tasted very strongly of cooking oil. The burger itself mainly tasted of grease too plus mayonnaise. I won't be returning

Wonderful first outing @Wendy's Brighton. Many thanks to Kirsty for all her help with the menu and entertaining our 2 year old boy Cody who was constantly saying hi to her. Highly recommended place to eat.

We came in for the 1st time this week, we were very happy with the service and the food tasted amazing , however this evening we ordered online and the chips weren't at all like they were in the restaurant, and a double burger with cheese and a lettuce leaf which was also unappealing, so from now on we'll be eating in , £68 for something noone really enjoyed,

Michelle greeted us at the door with their new ‘order on the app’ scheme, and she was just so kind and welcoming. even when the orders were getting slightly messed up, she was on it and solving things for the customers. she was an excellent member of staff and super sweet too. the food was great as usual ! wendy’s will be my last meal on death row, peace and love

I was served by kursty and Ash. Very polite friendly chatty and welcoming great experience great food and even the price is good. Restaurant was clean and I was told about the app and a free burger and I also got a free small ice cream milkshake thing. Lovely and tasty. It's nice to see good old fashioned customer service.

This place is an excellent find. Really good burgers, at fantastic prices. I note that some say, the wait is very long. I would say ! That turning up at busy times. It's to be expected. Also it shows that many people wish to eat here. Wendys, punches well above its weight.

Pedí una entrega de hamburguesas Wendy's bien que fue mi primer error, el tiempo de entrega siguió cambiando y 30 minutos después llegó mi pedido que consistía en 2 hamburguesas negras quemadas tan sobrecocinadas que estaban duras como rocas, el queso estaba congelado y patatas fritas con tocino frías a la piedra sin salsa de queso. Solo comida terrible siento decirlo, así que esta será mi única visita. 👎👎

Primera vez en Wendy's. La última vez en Wendy's. Fritas frías. Hamburguesas rosas y frías. Tan mal que me llevé nuestras comidas y pedí un reembolso. Siendo justos, fui reembolsado sin duda. Probablemente la peor hamburguesa que he puesto en mi boca, y he puesto algunas cosas horribles ahí. Si así es como funciona Wendy's, sirviendo hamburguesas mal cocidas y papas fritas, entonces tienes un problema serio. Si pudiera dar 0 lo habría hecho. Háganse un favor y coman algo más donde... lo siento chicos, la comida es diabólica.

Often come for breakfast 9 times out of 10 they never have the potato wedges, today it was listed on the menu tab however when we went to pick up the order they tell us they have none … ended up with fries …. Totally unacceptable …. Won’t be coming back !!!

I do visit this branch very often and today as usual food was good staff very nice as always but they have a security guard (i understand they do have some problem with kids in here) but this guy was getting involved with everything the restaurant just making atmosphere a bit uncomfortable asking telling customers what to do and how to order etc But this is not going to stop me visiting the restaurant

Went in last week for my mother’s boyfriend birthday. He’s autistic and all he wanted for his birthday was all of us to go out to Wendy’s for lunch. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was lovely and the perfect cheeky burger. The staff accidentally made an extra burger and gave it to us. Once they heard it was his birthday they even gave us an ice cream and truly made his birthday treat something special. Just wanted to say thank you for a lovely experience and a simple kind gesture really made our day special

This was about quarter past 12 on Sunday the 17th November. Food was amazing. there wasn’t a long queue. The young woman serving out orders (I’m sorry if I am misgendering you) was amazing. My father was being an ass towards her about there being no seating available (despite me pointing this out to him before ordering) and she handled it so professionally. I’m extremely sorry that you had to deal with his actions but thank you for being so composed during the situation.

Had a double French onion burger meal. Food came out really quickly, even though they weren't too busy, it came out on good time. Burger was really good, blows McDonald's out of the water. Fries weren't bad either. First time going in and it was a good experience. Would go again.

This location is always pretty good, food always tastes fresh. I wouldn’t say the loaded fries are too great but that’s likely my personal preference. My fiancé loved the chili, and we both really enjoy the singles. The only thing I would pick on a bit is that the tables upstairs seem to not be clean most of the time.

I had a Baconator burger and fries. The fries were fine, just regular fries with cheese and bacon. What I was severely disappointed in was the burger. Whilst the bun and bacon were decent, the actual burgers themselves tasted bad, sort of like undercooked beef. They looked cooked, so it may just be how they taste at Wendy’s, but at over £8 for the burger, I am unwilling to go back and see if they would be any better on another day. What’s worse is that they left a taste in my mouth that over 24 hours later I can still taste. Very unpleasant. I’d say that they were the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten, even compared to the cheap frozen ones I’ve had at home. There were only 3 self service machines, which meant a long wait to order as there were multiple people wanting to use them. However, when it was ordered, the food didn’t take long to arrive. It made me wonder, as other reviews said about the long wait time, whether my burger was indeed cooked properly. The staff were friendly and though there were not many seats free, there were places to sit.

Had a lovely burger with my misses and there was some young kids climbing on tables and being abusive, lucky Lewis was strait away to deal with it in a professional and calm manner, disbursed of the crowd and came to ask everyone of there well being

Wendy's is the only fast food burger place I use. Decent burgers and fries. The coffee is not bad either.

A robotic experience with below average fast food quality. The atmosphere is like a visit to Argos.

Me and my friend got food poisoning from this shop. We came in separately randomly and we both feel horrible today. It was tuesday 7th of october around 7pm. Poor hygiene for sure.

Great experience. Food tastes fresh and delicious. I ordered Dave‘s double together with loaded Baconator fries. This as a menu with a refill drink. For the price this was okay. Definitely cheaper options around. I think the quality of the Burger in particular was very good. The taste was not special. The service is very customer friendly. I got recommendations and help for my order. The entire restaurant looked very clean and modern. All in all definitely worth a visit. Also don‘t have to high expectations.

I was very impressed burger fries drink around £10:50 and was very tasty I will be going back for more especially at that price
