The food was amazing for the price of it! The onion burger was unbelievable and had an avocado wrap which was delicious as well! Very well maintained also and lovely atmosphere from servers.

Often come for breakfast 9 times out of 10 they never have the potato wedges, today it was listed on the menu tab however when we went to pick up the order they tell us they have none … ended up with fries …. Totally unacceptable …. Won’t be coming back !!!

Wendy's was quite busy when we came in and Kelly was so friendly and helpful, she cleared the table so fast and the food literally was ready in 2 minutes as well. Food quality is amazing, fries are not oily at all just crisp and warm.

All staff were great, Kelly in particular was super helpful.

I do visit this branch very often and today as usual food was good staff very nice as always but they have a security guard (i understand they do have some problem with kids in here) but this guy was getting involved with everything the restaurant just making atmosphere a bit uncomfortable asking telling customers what to do and how to order etc But this is not going to stop me visiting the restaurant

Went in last week for my mother’s boyfriend birthday. He’s autistic and all he wanted for his birthday was all of us to go out to Wendy’s for lunch. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was lovely and the perfect cheeky burger. The staff accidentally made an extra burger and gave it to us. Once they heard it was his birthday they even gave us an ice cream and truly made his birthday treat something special. Just wanted to say thank you for a lovely experience and a simple kind gesture really made our day special

This was about quarter past 12 on Sunday the 17th November. Food was amazing. there wasn’t a long queue. The young woman serving out orders (I’m sorry if I am misgendering you) was amazing. My father was being an ass towards her about there being no seating available (despite me pointing this out to him before ordering) and she handled it so professionally. I’m extremely sorry that you had to deal with his actions but thank you for being so composed during the situation.

Had a double French onion burger meal. Food came out really quickly, even though they weren't too busy, it came out on good time. Burger was really good, blows McDonald's out of the water. Fries weren't bad either. First time going in and it was a good experience. Would go again.

This location is always pretty good, food always tastes fresh. I wouldn’t say the loaded fries are too great but that’s likely my personal preference. My fiancé loved the chili, and we both really enjoy the singles. The only thing I would pick on a bit is that the tables upstairs seem to not be clean most of the time.

I had a Baconator burger and fries. The fries were fine, just regular fries with cheese and bacon. What I was severely disappointed in was the burger. Whilst the bun and bacon were decent, the actual burgers themselves tasted bad, sort of like undercooked beef. They looked cooked, so it may just be how they taste at Wendy’s, but at over £8 for the burger, I am unwilling to go back and see if they would be any better on another day. What’s worse is that they left a taste in my mouth that over 24 hours later I can still taste. Very unpleasant. I’d say that they were the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten, even compared to the cheap frozen ones I’ve had at home. There were only 3 self service machines, which meant a long wait to order as there were multiple people wanting to use them. However, when it was ordered, the food didn’t take long to arrive. It made me wonder, as other reviews said about the long wait time, whether my burger was indeed cooked properly. The staff were friendly and though there were not many seats free, there were places to sit.

Had a lovely burger with my misses and there was some young kids climbing on tables and being abusive, lucky Lewis was strait away to deal with it in a professional and calm manner, disbursed of the crowd and came to ask everyone of there well being

Wendy's is the only fast food burger place I use. Decent burgers and fries. The coffee is not bad either.

A robotic experience with below average fast food quality. The atmosphere is like a visit to Argos.

Me and my friend got food poisoning from this shop. We came in separately randomly and we both feel horrible today. It was tuesday 7th of october around 7pm. Poor hygiene for sure.

Great experience. Food tastes fresh and delicious. I ordered Dave‘s double together with loaded Baconator fries. This as a menu with a refill drink. For the price this was okay. Definitely cheaper options around. I think the quality of the Burger in particular was very good. The taste was not special. The service is very customer friendly. I got recommendations and help for my order. The entire restaurant looked very clean and modern. All in all definitely worth a visit. Also don‘t have to high expectations.

Me and my friends were visiting Brighton from Germany for the first time. We chose to go to Wendy’s and there we got to meet a nice worker named Iqbal. Very polite and funny guy , give him a raise!

Been to the Brighton branch several times. I find the food and service is always good but they have an issue with flies especially upstairs. Trying to sit and enjoy your meal while swatting away flies is not an ideal scenario. Unfortunately it put my son off wanting to go back.

My first time at Wendy's. The restaurant was reasonably clean and service was fast. Two of the burger grill orders were prepared incorrectly. When the items were returned with the receipt, the kitchen crew member could be seen swearing as they had to remake the order correctly as it should have been. Burger bun was completely cold on the chicken burger although the bun had been toasted. The chicken was ok, not fresh but was ok and wasn't dry. The french fries were good and the temperature was ok but not hot and fresh. The beverages were good and there was a good selection. Toilets were a disgrace and two cubicles unusable due to being unsanitary with urine on the floor and dirty toilet roll pans.

The manager who was wearing a green t-shirt was very unpleasant today, August 3, around 2pm, after a circumstance that had occurred with my little cousin who was a minor and did not speak English, the very poorly educated manager came with no values ​​and no empathy whatsoever. to kick us out of the restaurant in bad manners simply because I had my dog ​​with me, I didn't know what had happened and I didn't know that dogs were not allowed in the establishment and this very rude person with very bad manners kicked us out of the restaurant while my younger cousin age was trying to explain to me the situation and I wanted to ask this rude being if he could at least order the food to go and we would wait for the food outside and he did not stop yelling at us and asking us to leave the restaurant in very bad manners and very very rude. My cousin is visiting the United Kingdom and has had a very bad experience because of this unpleasant lady. I am very upset with your customer service since she was a manager. She was a loyal Wendy's customer that you have lost forever. I will never return. to visit your restaurant chain. I hope someone can educate your stupid manager.

First time whilst staying in the area and sadly disappointed having spent nearly £50. Ordered 3 burger and chips and 1 chicken burger and chips.3 times I had to go up as we had missing and wrong items,Our food now cold waiting for the correct food.Staff were not overly apologetic.

That was the worst burger ever, didn’t cook, the staff was angry and unhelpful. I told them to change the burger. They said no, we can’t change it. They can’t use this American brand like this!!! Shame on them!!!

Chips are so dry and burger taste so bland. Not as competitive with Mcd's. Need to have their own door man to remove youngster who are so anmoying and not good behaviour.

A nice alternative to other burger places. Wendy’s is priced competitively and has some great deals. The posters in the window show the meal deal for less than four pounds so I tried it. Lovely tasty burgers and nice fries. The better drinks like milkshake and iced coffee can add a pound or so. Still good value. At Brighton, the friendly cheerful staff make the biggest difference. On my visit Wendy’s was definitely guilty of pictures looking far better than the actual food, especially the coffee. However, the burger did taste good

Very impressed with the great selection and quality food, which is ideal for a family with different taste and preferences (even I liked the salad! 🤣). The place is also very modern and clean. All in all, way better than your average fast food. I will definitively return soon!

I’ve been coming here for ages now and the quality just gets better every time. I definitely recommend everyone going in and giving it a try as honestly the food is great and with good prices! The staff are super friendly and puts in effort to make sure our experience there is unique in every way 👏🏻 I am very pleased with wendys in general but i have to say that anyone who goes there on a busy day must be patient as at least the wait won’t be as long as in other busy places such as McDonalds ahaha.
