Creams in Brighton and Hove

I love the flavor of ice cream, but I only buy it to go because the staff doesn't allow dogs in the store. But one day I met the owner and he allowed me to bring my little dog to sit on his lap and eat ice cream in the store. It was awesome. I will go back every time I'm in town running errands. I really appreciate the kindness of the owner.

The desserts are absolutely delicious just the right sweetness, gives off that dreamy affect. The music matches the vibe. Lighting is gorgeous. Friendly service.

Disgustingly overly sweet till it hurts. You can't taste anything but excessive sugar. Shameful disappointment with strawberry crepes and strawberry icy drink - sugar sugar and sugar.

Service was amazing. Tasrif was a great host, even the kids were singing his praises. Pity there were no gluten free waffle or crepe options... nor any dairy free ice creams.

Normally I wouldn't review somewhere like this--I mean, it's a Creams, you know what to expect. But when we came here this evening, the interior was immaculately clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and overall they were just a calibre above the standards you might typically expect. As far as Creams go, this one is the...cream of the crop.

Had desserts here on a whim whilst on holiday in Brighton and they were ok. I’ve never been to Creams before so the Brighton one was my first visit. I had a milk chocolate cookie dough with a scoop of vanilla icecream. In my opinion, the ‘scoop of icecream’ is a little misleading because it was the whippy icecream which isn’t as nice unfortunately. It was still good because you can’t really go wrong with icecream but I’ve had desserts from dessert places before where the ‘scoop of icecream’ in question is actually a scoop of icecream so I just assumed that would be the case. This stuff also melts and drips over the sides of the pot, all over the table if you don’t eat it immediately btw. The worst part was the odd part of the cookie dough which was over done and it was way too hard. Thankfully, I reached this part when I had eaten about 90% of it so I wasn’t too bothered but it was kind of off putting. The rest of the cookie dough was really nice and I enjoyed it so I can’t fault it really. My boyfriend had the waffles (I can’t remember which ones and which toppings) and he enjoyed them. I tried a bit however and I thought they had a paper texture? I honestly don’t know how to describe it. Just don’t expect some nice belgian waffles is all I’m saying. The place itself was nice although the layout of the restaurant is a little odd. The staff were really nice and friendly so the service was brilliant. Overall, a great place for a dessert craving with good service but don’t expect anything too fancy. I have personally been to better dessert places so I’m not sure I’ll go back here but I honestly can’t fault the place as it is a chain.

Excellent service, really informative re daughters Peanut allergy. Staff seemed to really care. Icecream and cookie dough far tastier than at other dessert venues. Kids loved a late night visit during their holiday. Very clean tables.

The milk chocolate cookie dough we ate at Brighton Creams was the bessst! The service was exceptional, especially Gulaab, who helped us find the best pick.

I took a mango shake and it was very good, the atmosphere in the store was quiet and good.

The restaurant is amazing everything is really good the employees are the best especially vk , she is the best and she does her job with hard work and she always have a smile on her face

Me and my girls always have such a good time at Creams, the staff is always incredibly polite and friendly. Defenitly one of our favorite places to end a great a afternoon.

So the food was super nice, the guy on the phone was so friendly and helpful but I felt like it was pretty expensive for what it was, which is fine because the quality is good :) but JustEat take so long to deliver. Like the restaurant had my order ready, they were so nice but the delivery guy didn’t turn up for ages so meh

The crepes are absolutely delicious! I really like how you can customise the crepes as you like. I ate the Creams-a’tella crepe, which was amazing. The strawberries were fresh and the chocolate was heavenly and the whipped ice cream was one of the most delicious ones I had in Brighton! It was very affordable too! Definitely will be coming back!

These classic strawberry and banana waffles are fabulously crisp and perfectly fluffy. They’re equally good served simply with vanilla ice cream. I really liked it , Highly recommended for new customers .👍
