Amazing selection of gelato, sweets and drinks. Literacy can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Their gelato and shakes are top tier. The employee working right now was very attentive and helpful.

The gelato is incredible and the atmosphere is very cute! Reasonable prices, fun music, and lovely upstairs seating. Definitely recommend coming here!

Newly opened this month it looks like. Very bright, airy and super nice atmosphere. The staff are all smiles and so helpful, they explained how you can order via the app or just come to the counter. The desserts? Perfection, had a crepe, waffle, and afogato and everything is a savory sweet delight. I was frankly surprised how big the afogato was.

At around 16:15 on 10th of February 2024, they were having their free gelato event. And they lead you on thinking there's no hidden agenda behind it. But once we got there, these two men demanded me and my boyfriend to write them a 5 star only review. We were forced to give 5 stars or we wouldn't get a free gelato. Everyone who came for free gelato had to do the same. They never said in their Facebook post that you had to give anything in exchange for free gelato, so I think that was incredibly misleading/deceiving of them. They literally hold you hostage on the spot to write it before they serve you. When I gave 4 stars, one of the men stopped me from picking my flavour and said "I think you made a mistake and gave us 4 stars by accident. So could you please change to 5 stars? Yeah, thank you". It was so funny to hear him say that. I really didn't make a mistake. I wanted to give 4 stars at first, but him passively aggressively assuming my intentions and forcing me to change my review to 5 stars really put me off so it's now dropped to 2 stars. You don't force your customers to do things, unless they are destroying things in the shop and being a nuisance or disorderly towards others. Are customers not free to review a place honestly in their own opinion? People prefer honesty. The only reason it's 2 stars is because the gelato tasted nice enough and I appreciate that it was free, though a small scoop. But I definitely know of creamier and nicer gelato places, I won't lie. I think their interior could be improved to look less over the top as well.

2 star as they waste so much time . Loved their banoffee ice cream. Added to my favourite flavour - tasted like a mixture of banana, caramel and mild coffee Carrot cake was extra sweet. Coconut ice cream was not natural flavour.

You can never go wrong with Creams. Tasty food, amazing drinks, and friendly staff. It is a really relaxed atmosphere and is often busy. However if you go when it is quieter it is still wonderful!

Can you please write on your free vouchers that we will not give free ice cream until you don’t give review. I use to come there but now I have a horrible experience from your service food is good as always . Please consider nicer staff don’t make Brighton like other cities. It’s a happy place thanks .
