first time to this specific creams but have always gotten something from creams for years. average desert place! cookie doughs, milkshakes, ice cream, waffles & crepes to choose from with multiple different topping options also i would say an average item costs about 8-9 quid, all depends on what toppings you get

The waiters are so kind!! Goulab specially, because of him I will come back to have dessert in this place every single time, 100% recommended!!

Service was a total shambles! Staff were welcoming but couldn't have been slower if they were paid by the hour! Food was very nice, but Jesus, no one should ever have to wait 50 minutes for a bottle of juice! Totally ruined my daughter's birthday watching her sisters eat and finish their ice cream and slice of cake, her mother and father eat and finish a pancake before getting her brownie an hour later. I cannot comprehend how 2 people can be that slow when they only had 3 tables to serve. It wouldn't have been quite so bad if we'd all waited 50 minutes for the drinks. One desert was served almost immediately, then another 20 mins later, then another 20 mins later, then the drinks 15 mins later with the bitlrthday girl's desert arriving an hour after ordering. We kept asking and being told "it's coming"! Worst service I have ever received in my life!

Absolutely terrible, have no sense how to talk to the people. There was a tall bodybuilder guy who was extremely rude. Should focus on staff’s training about how to behave and treat people.

Pero un día conocí al dueño y me permitió traer a mi perrito a sentarse en su regazo y comer helado en la tienda. Fue increíble. Volveré cada vez que esté en la ciudad haciendo recados. Realmente aprecio la amabilidad del propietario.

Normally I wouldn't review somewhere like this--I mean, it's a Creams, you know what to expect. But when we came here this evening, the interior was immaculately clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and overall they were just a calibre above the standards you might typically expect. As far as Creams go, this one is the...cream of the crop.

Tenía postres aquí por capricho mientras estaba de vacaciones en Brighton y estaban bien. Nunca he estado en Creams antes, así que la de Brighton fue mi primera visita. Tenía una masa de galletas de chocolate con leche con una cucharada de helado de vainilla. En mi opinión, la “cucharada de helado” es un poco engañosa porque era el helado batido que no es tan agradable desafortunadamente. Todavía era bueno porque realmente no se puede ir mal con el helado, pero he tenido postres de lugares de postres antes donde la ‘cucharada de helado’ en cuestión es en realidad una cucharada de helado, así que simplemente asumí que ese sería el caso. Esto también se derrite y gotea sobre los lados de la olla, por toda la mesa si no lo comes inmediatamente. Lo peor fue la parte extraña de la masa de galletas que estaba demasiado hecha y era demasiado difícil. Afortunadamente, llegué a esta parte cuando había comido alrededor del 90 %, así que no me molestó demasiado, pero fue un poco desagradable. El resto de la masa de galletas estaba muy bien y me gustó, así que no puedo fallar realmente. Mi novio tenía los waffles (no recuerdo cuáles y cuáles adornos) y él los disfrutaba. Lo intenté un poco sin embargo y pensé que tenían una textura de papel? Sinceramente, no sé cómo describirlo. Solo no esperes unos buenos gofres belgas es todo lo que estoy diciendo. El lugar en sí era agradable, aunque la distribución del restaurante es un poco extraño. El personal era muy agradable y amable, así que el servicio era brillante. En general, un gran lugar para un antojo de postre con buen servicio, pero no esperes nada demasiado elegante. Personalmente he estado en mejores lugares de postres, así que no estoy seguro de volver aquí, pero honestamente no puedo fallar el lugar, ya que es una cadena.

Excellent service, really informative re daughters Peanut allergy. Staff seemed to really care. Icecream and cookie dough far tastier than at other dessert venues. Kids loved a late night visit during their holiday. Very clean tables.

The milk chocolate cookie dough we ate at Brighton Creams was the bessst! The service was exceptional, especially Gulaab, who helped us find the best pick.

Me and my girls always have such a good time at Creams, the staff is always incredibly polite and friendly. Defenitly one of our favorite places to end a great a afternoon.

So the food was super nice, the guy on the phone was so friendly and helpful but I felt like it was pretty expensive for what it was, which is fine because the quality is good :) but JustEat take so long to deliver. Like the restaurant had my order ready, they were so nice but the delivery guy didn’t turn up for ages so meh

The crepes are absolutely delicious! I really like how you can customise the crepes as you like. I ate the Creams-a’tella crepe, which was amazing. The strawberries were fresh and the chocolate was heavenly and the whipped ice cream was one of the most delicious ones I had in Brighton! It was very affordable too! Definitely will be coming back!
