Creams in Brighton and Hove

I got an amazing service experience here last night, despite being super busy, Ereej was super friendly and helpful and she was recommending to me what flavours I should get. The ice cream was one of the best I’ve had in Brighton

Cheesecake was absolutely dire. Served hot straight from the microwave where it had been defrosted then cooked and dried out to the point it had a leathery exterior.

I gave this place a 5 star review before. But today I got a fried chicken waffle. There's hardly any fried chicken inside. There used to be whole chunks of popcorn chicken. If you look in the photo there's just bits of chicken breading and almost 0 chicken. DOn't get ripped off at this place.

we came for my friends birthday on 4/3 and the guy working was so lovely and accommodating and even got my friend a candle!

Portion sizes have shrunk, but prices haven't.

Amazing experience! The place is very clean, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcome. Everything is well-organized, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Waffle base was very good but not enough chocolate and chocolate taste was not very good. Service was very friendly and good. Plenty of space and nice atmosphere.

The Oreo waffle was delicious and looks so cute. I love this place, the atmosphere and the food. Waiters are so friendly and kind. Really i will come in there with family and friends. I recommend for visitors as i am from outside of this city. Thank you team creams.

The waffles are absolutely delicious! I really like the waffles as you like. I ate the Creams chocolate obsession , which was amazing. The cake were fresh and the chocolate was heavenly and the soft cream ice cream was one of the most delicious ones I had in Brighton! It was very affordable too! Definitely will be coming back

I ordered a "TRIPLE TREAT" It was so delicious, the ambiance and restaurant maintenance was good. One of the Staff Karthik received me very well. I suggest everyone to visit this cream cafe in Brighton.

Drove past our house, parked up the road and even after multiple attempts to contact them they marked it as delivered and left

first time to this specific creams but have always gotten something from creams for years. average desert place! cookie doughs, milkshakes, ice cream, waffles & crepes to choose from with multiple different topping options also i would say an average item costs about 8-9 quid, all depends on what toppings you get

Like the opening hours. It opens up to like 00:00, so my friend and I could enjoy some desserts and chatting after dinner!

Service was a total shambles! Staff were welcoming but couldn't have been slower if they were paid by the hour! Food was very nice, but Jesus, no one should ever have to wait 50 minutes for a bottle of juice! Totally ruined my daughter's birthday watching her sisters eat and finish their ice cream and slice of cake, her mother and father eat and finish a pancake before getting her brownie an hour later. I cannot comprehend how 2 people can be that slow when they only had 3 tables to serve. It wouldn't have been quite so bad if we'd all waited 50 minutes for the drinks. One desert was served almost immediately, then another 20 mins later, then another 20 mins later, then the drinks 15 mins later with the bitlrthday girl's desert arriving an hour after ordering. We kept asking and being told "it's coming"! Worst service I have ever received in my life!

Absolutely terrible, have no sense how to talk to the people. There was a tall bodybuilder guy who was extremely rude. Should focus on staff’s training about how to behave and treat people.

Pero un día conocí al dueño y me permitió traer a mi perrito a sentarse en su regazo y comer helado en la tienda. Fue increíble. Volveré cada vez que esté en la ciudad haciendo recados. Normally I wouldn't review somewhere like this--I mean, it's a Creams, you know what to expect. But when we came here this evening, the interior was immaculately clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and overall they were just a calibre above the standards you might typically expect. As far as Creams go, this one is the...cream of the crop.

Tenía postres aquí por capricho mientras estaba de vacaciones en Brighton y estaban bien. Nunca he estado en Creams antes, así que la de Brighton fue mi primera visita. Tenía una masa de galletas de chocolate con leche con una cucharada de helado de vainilla. En mi opinión, la “cucharada de helado” es un poco engañosa porque era el helado batido que no es tan agradable desafortunadamente. Todavía era bueno porque realmente no se puede ir mal con el helado, pero he tenido postres de lugares de postres antes donde la ‘cucharada de helado’ en cuestión es en realidad una cucharada de helado, así que simplemente asumí que ese sería el caso. Esto también se derrite y gotea sobre los lados de la olla, por toda la mesa si no lo comes inmediatamente. Excellent service, really informative re daughters Peanut allergy. Staff seemed to really care. Icecream and cookie dough far tastier than at other dessert venues. Kids loved a late night visit during their holiday. Very clean tables.

The milk chocolate cookie dough we ate at Brighton Creams was the bessst! The service was exceptional, especially Gulaab, who helped us find the best pick.

I took a mango shake and it was very good, the atmosphere in the store was quiet and good.
