TGI Friday's - Northampton in Northampton

Good music and vibes, everyone seem to be having a good time. The cocktails were well made and so was the food presented. While we had a good time it felt a little bit pricier than expected. Cocktails advertised as two for one however the price for the two meant it didn’t feel like the deal they advertise loudly. Overall a good place to visit for the vibes and music, sometimes one just need that.

Team we’re great at keeping us hydrated. Never had to ask once for refills on our diet cokes and we also got tempted into some 2 for 1 cocktails! Delicious!

AMAZING SERVICE. I go to TGI’s every year for my birthday as my tradition. Love it every year. Jay S. was a fabulous waiter even when my friend gave him a high five when he was trying to reach her plate 😭

Service by Cheyenne was very good celebrating my nieces birthday had a very good night quick and efficient, would highly recommend!

Good food, good atmosphere. It was pretty busy so we had a bit of a wait for the food. We were served by Cheyenne, she was lovely, very helpful and polite.

We went out for lunch to celebrate my cousin graduating and I can’t thank the team here enough. They had set the table with a balloon hat and Prosecco to celebrate, were warm and welcoming and gave their congrats to my cousin. Most of all the food was delicious! A special Thank you to Peter and Christina for making it such a special occasion and for your friendliness and attentiveness throughout the meal!

Terrible! Had to wait ages for food, found a hair in my burger and server rolled his eyes when I told him, then new burger arrived after other people had finished. New burger way over cooked and dry. Everyone else’s plates were cleared and they were offered dessert WHILST I was still eating. Bill was just brought over, completely ignoring the fact I was still eating and the same young lad server was pacing past the table every minute with the card machine. Felt too pressured so didn’t finish my food. Not nice service from this singular lad, bartender was lovely though.

Went to treat the grand children at half term. Arrived just after 12 noon on Friday and ordered drinks which came fairly quickly then ordered food. After 40 mins the first 2 of 4 meals arrived with another 10 mins late then the last one 10 min after the 3rd one by which time the first one had been consumed. Complained and every one was pollagetic and the bill was reduced, The food was edible but not the best!!! Not an enjoyable experience.

We had great service, good food, great cocktails and some good humour. Only thing missing was some balloon modelling 😁

Really disappointed. Only 7 of us but the music was SO loud we couldn’t hear each other across the table. Food took over an hour to come out from ordering and portions of sides were small. We had 2 garlic bread and 2 onion ring portions and a main each. Due to the length of time between ordering and eating we had 2 drinks each but 2 were water and 4 were coke. It cost a whopping £217. We didn’t have desert because that would have been another £84 as a sundae is £12. I’m not tight but that’s ridiculous. The waiting staff were friendly but they were let down by the restaurant. It was my daughter’s birthday but we weren’t able to celebrate it. It was awful. We won’t be going back.

Value for money =zero Atmosphere = Average Service = OK.. Staff nice Food Quality = Starters Nice, Main - had better, and not as stated on menu..yet again. Portion Size = Below average and not worth the money at all...!! Overall experience = Below Parr Result = Won't ever be returning, usually a multiple yearly birthday event,, we all.agree , that ship has sailed... Sorry TGI's. Prediction - will go.bust inside next 12 to 18 months
