The best restaurants in Guildford South East

If I could give it no stars I would, took 20+ minutes for me to get my food, whilst waiting I witnessed staff arguments, poor hygiene, management and training, when I got my food I was missing my cup for my fountain drink that came with my meal, I then got back to my car, to find cheese sauce all over everything I’d ordered. I went back in to ask if they could remake it and Ofcourse they ask for a receipt, but you’d never guess what!!! The self service machine didn’t have any paper. Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The staff were also extremely rude when I asked for this situation to be resolved, they refused and was looking directly at me whilst speaking in a foreign language and hardly spoke to me, no apology and then continued to berate the only good colleague in the establishment. Highly regret going, I love Taco Bell but that was awful.

Visited with friends found the food fantastic, service was good but one meal was much later than the rest causing a very disjointed meal. The wine was delightful and deserts were very nice. Value for money, would recommend highly.

I come here regularly on a Saturday lunchtime. The bacon, broe and cranberry hot sandwiches are served all year round and are excellent. I also like the chicken wings. Lots of students, but an older crowd too. There’s always a game on the big screens too. A nice place for a Saturday lunch.

Beware when ordering food from this shop. Call them to check if item available if you don't want to lose your money. Ordered from just eat a week ago the items I ordered were unavailable. The staff cancelled my order on the phone with me. My order was placed via just eat and all now 11 days after I'm still waiting for my refund. Just eat customer service is invisible and can't be contacted via phone calls. Very bad customer service. Next time there an option to mark sold out item or unavailable items.

Called in spontaneously for lunch on a Saturday. Very lucky to get a fabulous window seat looking out over the cobbled high street. Excellent service and the food was first class and great value. Very impressed.

Lovely olde style pub. Warm atmosphere & service

The hotel is an ideal location for a lovely meal in Guildford, right in the heart of the town. The service was friendly (and fast), and we were made to feel very welcome. Food was great - will come back again.

What a a beautiful pub and the food was amazing, I didn't go for the roast but it sure looked yummy but I had a burger and I most say, that burger was to die for. The hospitality was amazing and am definitely sure I'll be coming back

Great beer stop . Lovely place to sit outside or inside and sit back and relax . Beautiful views and nice people. Cameron Diaz sat here in a Movie called The Holiday.
