Excellent coffee, we were served quickly and without problems.

Lovely staff although they seemed fed up, the food selection was abysmal. It’s a services so you can’t expect too much, the cashier was efficient and asked all the right questions

This starbucks is a shambles, you have one of the Baristas names Anna was licking her fingers whilst making drinks as if there’s no concept of food hygiene. Then you have the toilets and of god they were the worst i’ve ever seen, LITERAL HUMAN FAECES ALL OVER THE TOILET.

The entrance was filthy, bins overflowing. Overpriced coffee, £8.40 for a medium Latte and a medium cappuccino. The toilets are the pits. Staff member that served us was clearly not a morning person. The misery/dissatisfaction on the face clearly meant she did not want to be serving coffee. There is a positive and that was the new interior was clean, table and chairs are comfortable.

SLOW. Wish they wouldn’t sell those time consuming cold faffy drinks. Just wanted a coffee which took seconds to make, after I had waited 6 years for the 4 people in front of me who wanted iced drinks. Need a dedicated staff for hot/cold drinks, it’s ridiculous. 20 mins for 1 bloody coffee in an empty store is taking the micky.

Looks like this place has had a much needed refurbishment, but not busy. The availability of speciality coffee has shot up in the UK, and the likes of Costa and Starbucks are just not of the same standard, despite the price. Having said that, the place is clean and convenient, and staff friendly.

Their toilets are absolutely disgusting, filthy, bad smells, dirty floors, blocked and out of usage etc. How can it even be allowed to trade in those conditions ? I ordered coffee as a minimum as nothing inspiring was after that visit. If you can, spare that visit on your trip

Probably the filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. A number of times recently I’ve been in there to see blocked toilets, urine all over the wall and floors, bins overflowing. Luckily I only a got a coffee, which was fine. But, couldn’t wait to get out of there. Wiped my feet on the way out

Handy spot for a quick coffee and restroom break

This is my favourite Starbucks in the world! Such a great pit stop. Food is fresh, coffee is great, and staff are just lovely. Roxy, Jason and Anna are just a few of my favourite, hardworking, always professional baristas.

Starbucks is pricey at the best or time. Combine that with motorway services. Yeah ££££

Wonder Starbucks are going bank craft soon. Or they preparing it. Multiple shops only use new stuffs who are still trained . Especially this shop. I came a few times recently, every single time served by a trainee. The drink cover was not securely set, dropped when I drink it, spill green drinks all over my top. The matcha drink was two mouthful, the rest was full cup of ice. Thing is, we are not getting discount for them to use trainees. We paying expensive coffee for a reasonable service, right?

Very nice store, friendly staff, although BP opposite was packed and queuing out the door, I was the only person in Starbucks I wondered why until I saw the prices. For one of the largest festival drinks you're talking £6!!!! I asked for a small festive drink and that was about £5.50. The drinks are getting so expensive at Starbucks that no one is using them.

Absolutely awful for starters I never seen a coffee shop so messy rubbish everywhere. Also on top of that they charge you to use the toilets with a code on receipt of course I was not gonna pay for that so I used the disabled toilets. Toilets were dirty no toilet roll either I was sat there facies waiting for my rear end to dry. Not the worst experience I’ve had I been gillingham away before.

Was not greeted or acknowledged. Staff complaining to each other and acting like us waiting to order was a problem. Ordered a hot chocolate and cookies and cream frappe… what I received was 2 cups of watery milk!!! Absolutely vile drink. Toilets… utterly disgusting and in desperate need of a clean.

Every time I stop here I am shocked at how dirty this place is. The toilets are grimy, everything needs a good scrub, the floors and walls are dirty. Puts me off eating there if they are so unhygienic

First off they did not want to let us in with our small and well behaved dog. It was raining outside and there were no outside shelters over the pagodas! Why have them at all with no rain cover. The toilets were not very clean and there was no toilet paper. Cafe area was not that clean with food and paper strewn around. Waste bin by spoons and milk was overflowing and very unkept! Not good at all and far below some other Starbucks elsewhere, dogs are usually welcomed in most other cafes. Very disappointed with this one.

Expensive for 2 drinks and a toasted sandwich 18quid!! But you get what you pay for when needing a drink and food and the 5p charge for a cup, seriously don't know any other place that does that

Cannot comment on food as only had a coffee. Wisley South is an A3 services. It was busy, but I was served quickly and my coffee was made & ready within a couple of minutes. There was ample staff on duty to ensure the premises were clean and tables were constantly being cleared of used cups & plates etc. The toilets were clean and the service area had ample parking including disabled bays

Very nice Starbucks! No nasty smells of toilets like you can have in other Starbucks inside service stations in motorways. Very yummy fruitcake bread.

I always stop off here when heading south on the A3 and enjoy interacting with the welcoming staff who serve fresh Starbucks coffee. It’s a relaxing place to take a break.

I visit this Starbucks often for work, and always feel welcome by the staff. The premises are always kept clean and tidy which is a great to see.

It's Starbucks, always a great service at this one, ideal, just off the M25, on route to the South West

It's fine but the car park area is covered with litter and was very off-putting when I visited. Restaurant itself was OK as was the coffee.

It's what you would expect food wise.l from this chain. The seating area is large and the toilets clean. Clearing of tables wasn't speedy, but then there were only two staff on duty. That said, the staff were excellent, quick and pleasant

This is a great place to buy coffee and food. It's a good spot to use toilets when you are taking a break from driving or need to fill up your car with petrol which is just opposite it.

Standard travel stop, efficient and clean

It's fair to say the days of being excited to see a Starbucks are probably gone, they're so ubiquitous now. But when in need of coffee on an unexpectedly long journey, there's a feeling of relief and comfort somewhat like your old friend being there when you need them.

Just off the M25. Ideal for a rest after being stuck in traffic for hours! Starbucks is mediocre, but the staff are kind. Think the toilets could be a little cleaner.

A perfect spot to refresh and recharge from your journey. All on one level, toilets are accessible and clean.

Nive clean but very quiet starbucks. Orders always been correct. Quick and easy just what you want on the go! Always stop here when passing, few times a month.

Liked the place inside. But parking was awful, bad tempered drivers who can't park. Smelly dirty car park. Friendly service and predictable charbucks coffee. I suggest this as an off peak stop only; due to car park (not the staff).

It was ok, just felt ' cold ' understand just a coffee shop, but some have an atmosphere. And the toilets aren't very clean. But great coffee

The only plus was the frappe I got and that's pretty standard any starbucks you go to so hard to get wrong. There was no where to sit as the seating area was cordoned off and the only table had 4 chairs around it and in use by an elderly couple. The worst bit for me was the poor attitude of the lady behind the counter. Not even a hello, smile.. nothing. The most interaction I got from her was her asking what size coffee I wanted. However, she clearly had the ability to smile because as soon as I'd made my payment she walked off to talk to another lady who was writing on your chalkboard and they were having a little gossip. Clearly she didnt want to be interacting with customers which, for a grown woman, is pretty unprofessional behaviour. Very disappointed, will not be going here again.

Good service would have give 5 stars but very scuffy out side

Starting out at 5am and to stop off for a coffee would've been great if the service was even mediocre. The order was wrong and tasteless considering an extra shot of coffee was paid for. Also the miserable attitude made the whole experience rubbish. Next time I'll get the Wild Bean in the service station.

Kind staff who offered to add butter and jam as well as heat the croissant. Better service than most London branches where you don't enjoy the experience anymore. Thanks for putting an expected smile on my face.

Very rude staff looked is all up and down as we asked for disabled toilet key. Patronising and not about equality act asking for blue badge. We didn't stay for food or drink as we are disgusted with treatment of our 89 heard Mum.

A mix up meant I got the wrong toasted sandwich. It was fine and may have been nicer than what I ordered. They write your name on your cup but not the bag your food comes in.
