Terrible food service no dates on ur packaging of food atoll which ideally for coffee and food shop that is atonishing

Seems to always be closed at 14:30 due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ not really unforeseen when you’re seemingly always closed at that time. Worst Starbucks location ever.

Fast efficient service. Well laid out spacious seating in various styles for families or individuals.

We’d just turned into this Starbucks when the A3 closed down for two and a half hours! Thanks for being there and for hosting us and many other travellers

I used to love going to this place but there’s just this one staff that was so rude!! The woman with glasses and blonde hair is very rude and had to embarrassed customers in front of others!! This just made me stop coming to this place!! Others were very approachable, except her! I had two wrong orders which were their fault and she just made it look like it was my fault! Never again!

Latte's were larger than we wanted and they were not very hot.

Clean but lacking in variety of choice.

Clean enough inside, the surrounding outside not so much, looked like a dumpster dive. Personally I would never sit outside basking in the grandeur of carbon monoxide from car exhausts and enjoying the sound of rattling engines. Inside it was deadsville, very quiet so no atmosphere really felt more like a library especially with the wooden design everywhere. Service was quick though as a result which was fantastic. As for the drink it was nice but not the nicest I've had from Starbucks but not the worst either. Food was also nice. Saw some reviews on here about public toilets and frankly anyone who expects the toilets here to be clean should not be surprised to see how dirty and smelly they are considering the dumpster dive environment outside.

What’s the point of a motorway service station cafe closing so early. I’ll find a costa.

Really nice experience Hafiz was lovely and recommended a drink to try from the iced coffee menu. And he spelled my name correctly (sorry if I've not done the same!) 😅

Stopped for drinks to take on motorway. Quick clean and easy. Staff always chatty

No breakfast tea. No earl grey. Pathetic. There's a M and S Food outlet in the petrol station with boxes and boxes of tea. What is the problem? Where is the initiative? Classic corporate "computer says no" attitude. Come on Starbucks!

Cold air conditioning, although it’s July it’s still 15 degrees, better to go with the temperatures not what month it is. Motorcyclists have a different experience to car drivers.

Delicious oat vanilla lattes and yummy pastries. Nice barista. Clean toilets despite being mixed gender unfortunately.

Such a welcome stop along the A3. Excellent choice of food and beverages , little waiting time before I could have a well earned break from driving. Inside or outside seating. Wifi available, ample sockets for charging or using your laptop/electrical devices. Choice of comfy seats or cafe seating and with plenty available to choose from. It has a small dedicated number of car parking spaces but you can use any of the ones around the perimeter of the petrol station as well so loads of parking available. Only downside is that there are occasions when the number of staff struggle to deal quickly enough with the number of customers, otherwise you can't go wrong with stopping here

Even though it says it shuts at 7.30pm on the website this place apparently closed at 7pm. The manager said the website needed to be updated and they have to clean up and be out of there for 7.30pm so lock the door just after 7pm. Great coffee and lots of room if you can get there by 7pm!

Be careful when ordering on the mobile app. This is twice now I’ve ordered in the morning and staff have failed to show up for work and the store is closed having accepted my order. Considering this Starbucks is on one of the busiest roads in Surrey, being closed due to staff not showing up for work it’s pretty barbaric. Now sitting outside the store with a huge queue outside waiting for staff to turn up.

Soul Coffee? More like Soulless coffee! Where they extract every drop of effort from their staff, leaving them drained and bitter like the overpriced coffee. The franchise only care about their profit line and it shows by how they treat there staff. 55p above minimum wage for a supervisor is a joke when they expect the world from you.

Toilets are rotten. Wet floors, stinky, no toilet roll, hand dryer doesn't work, hole in door. Staff were friendly and fast.

Normally such a good atmosphere, but music way too loud to work with. I visit a lot of Starbucks, and this is the one with the most invasive music. When I asked them to turn it down, they said there was a meeting going on, and it wasn't possible. I really hope that one day someone gets control of the sound volume and lowers it for the benefit of customers who want a more peaceful place to be. Update: sounds levels better now, but that particular Starbucks still has a habit of chatting to each other and ignoring customers a bit. Hopefully that'll change, because they're lovely people! Update: music is really annoying again! Getting better with customers, though.

I just quickly popped in for a couple of pastries for my daughter. Service efficient and pastry fresh.

Nice place off motorway-quiet place! The best served Caramel Macchiato taste! One negative thing is they let dogs in as you can see on the floors and table there are animal hairs. Spacious car park with countryside views

Ordered a Venti drink, and the drive arrived with the cup only 3/4 full… If I wanted a medium I’d have paid for a medium :/

Quiet Starbucks but quick and friendly service. Nearly missed it as there was very little signage from the nearby carpark indicating it was a Starbucks. I only realised when I saw someone with a Starbucks cup.

The lock on the accessible toilet has been broken for 3 months +. It was broken by a locksmith! Attempts to get someone back have, reportedly, been ignored. The situation is not acceptable.

I'm gonna give this top marks this place. This place is always where I stop to have a coffee on the way into London and maybe use the toilet everything is amazing

It's a very convenient stop for petrol and an Marks and Spencer food. Coffee is good. Staff are good. Free WiFi. What let's this place down are the toilets which can only be described as disgustingly grim. I have never found them to be clean whenever we have stopped here. They are to be avoided and used only in a dire emergency.

The best staff especially the management team and great coffee. Always an interesting selection of music. Unhurried no fuss I work on the road and often customers have set up an "office space" comfortably.

Slow service and staff got our order completely wrong. Ordered two lattes and a cappuccino but ended up with two cappuccinos only. Staff seemed very chatty between themselves but not paying much attention to customers or to orders. Limited choice of food for vegetarians.

Stopped for a quick coffee and to use the toilet, major props to Ryan who served us who was extremely friendly and professional. 3 toilets are available and whilst not the most clean, are good for a service station.

I rocked up during a bit of a lunch rush, but the staff were absolutely on it and Ash at the till might just be the most genuinely lovely and upbeat guy I've seen. I was fairly grumpy before but massively cheered up with how nice he was, and ended up with a delicious frappuccino! Great work and thank you!!

Nothing about the shop as such but the environment around the store and carpark spaces is strewn with rubbish and very unappealing. Paradise for vermin. The cafe itself is clean inside. Starbucks and BP need to work together to sort out the outside area it's vile. Update: the outside areas were noticeably cleaner today. Thank goodness!

2 lovely ladies served us, they were really friendly and smiley. When my friend spilled her drink they quickly came over and cleared it up and made her a new one with no charge.

Two toilets out of use, and the one that was open has a broken toilet seat taped up with sticky tape! Not very hygienic! Staff were chatting for a while before they served me. Drink was nice though

This morning at 06:30 I went in to get some much needed coffee. A man named Ash served me and really made my day with his smile and lovely attitude, especially for so early in the morning, thanks Ash!

My review is more about the petrol station ... has a cash point, toilets, papers, plenty of parking, and a good selection of foods and drink via the M&S shop. Plenty to choose from.

Decor unfortunately not very inspiring but the place is clean and the hot drinks and food provided are just what one needs for a break from the traffic.

Five stars for a fairly well-functioning free WiFi, the toilets are even clean, I am writing about this because many comments say they are dirty, in general the center of the cafe is very atmospheric.

Stopped off to grab a coffee and use toilets, only one loo available, so was queuing for ages. A worker was putting all the chairs on the table, it was 4 pm, don't think they closed till 6pm, I asked if they were closing as I wanted a drink, she said nah not yet? I was slightly 😕 confused, anyway eventually get to the 1 loo in operation even tho there were 4, got inside and omg I'd had rather gone outside, shocking, it smelt revolting, urine everywhere absolutely filthy! Obvious they only had 1 open so they didn't have to clean all 4, starbucks check your facilities!!! Needless to say Costa here I come

Staff member made fun of my drink order in front of me to another staff member. Order was an iced pumpkin spiced latte, this was a few months ago on a hot day so don’t see why this was an issue.

I don't know why we keep on stopping at this Starbucks, we always leave feeling a bit dirty and needing to wash our hands somewhere else... Toilets filthy, always, every single time we stop there. No soap last time, mentioned it to the staff and all they did is to give me a bottle of hand gel which they then left near the food counter. Floor sticky throughout the building, ran out of pastries at 11:00 am (really!?? It's a Starbucks for goodness sake! isn't that your job to have enough pastries for the whoooooole day?) I had to return to the till twice: to get a spoon to eat my yogurt, then to get the cookie which they forgot to give us. Basically, we only go there because we have no choice!

Photo attached is of the 1 toilet available for guests. Mother and young child went in before me, dad and son waiting after me plus another nan. Unacceptable for a 'services'. (Ripley services on A3 northbound). And this was about 6 30pm on a Sunday. Imagine the queue for the loos on a busy Saturday!! No fruit toast left sadly....my favourite. Just had a packet of crisps and a gingerbread latte. By the time I got back from the loo....you need your receipt with the code on to get into the toilet....my gingerbread latter's luke warm and the cream gad dissolved. Tasted OK but not my best Starbucks experience.

Dreadful.... only stopped for an eggnog latte... took ages and nobody was in there

The toilets here had not been cleaned. We needed our receipt to use them which had tiny numbers on it. The disabled toilet was flooded and the sink tap was jammed off! Food and service was fine.

Starbucks at its usual ... service quicker than usual which was nice. One Toilet was being fixed the other working and clean.

It's a roadside Starbucks coffee house. It sells coffee and pastries. What else do you expect? It's a bit dark and clearly not designed to induce you to stay long. You just drunk your coffee,eat your pastry and use the loo, then you're back on your way up the A3.

Usual nice coffee and Tuna melt. Friendly staff.

It's pretty good for a services. I'd say it inevitably needs to be cleaned more frequently, but it's high volume so I guess that's excusable. The toilets definitely do need cleaning more frequently, given their usage....but at the same time, the state some people leave it in also means I can understand why you wouldn't want to 🤢 - I feel like it would be an easier job for the staff of they were paid a bit more and given more equipment for that specific job.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, plenty of parking right outside and well stocked.

Called in to use the toilets, which were clean and accessible. We grabbed some cookies and a drink as well, all of which were tasty. Staff were friendly and there was lots of seating, plus a woman who resembled my mum!

Staff attentive and friendly. . Onlybthree stars due tonthe condition of the outside seating area which looks as if he has not been cleaned for a very long time. Lots of cobwebs and a broken umbrella did nothing to enhance the overall look.

Friendly staff. Shame about location and you get a driver who is careless about how they open their car and ding your door. Could happen anyway but I rated this place a 4 star.

Wouldn’t serve me at 6.57pm when it states online & on the door that they close at 7.30pm. Even if they closed at 7pm could have still made me a drink. I’ve worked in coffee shops for years and would never turn a customer away towards closing time - it’s pure laziness & selfish
