Ruby Jeans Burgers in Guildford

Beware when ordering food from this shop. Call them to check if item available if you don't want to lose your money. Ordered from just eat a week ago the items I ordered were unavailable. The staff cancelled my order on the phone with me. My order was placed via just eat and all now 11 days after I'm still waiting for my refund. Just eat customer service is invisible and can't be contacted via phone calls. Very bad customer service. Next time there an option to mark sold out item or unavailable items.

Epic burgers. One of my favourites I've had in Guildford. On the pricey side but places offering that experience are few and far between

I never wrote a review for food before but this place was well deserving one of the best burgers I have had in a while. I ordered the big cow highly recommend this burger for anyone trying it the flavour slaps 10/10.

Food arrived cold, dry burger and no garlic bread came! Very disappointed :(

Immense burgers delivered in quick time! I ordered the boss burger and it landed after 25 minutes. The burger was huge and full of flavour and the chips... get this... WEREN'T wet! I would definitely recommend. Prices are on the high side but I'd argue it's worth it as a boss burger is so filling you'll not need sides!

Absolutely dreadful. Unseasoned, tiny and a complete waste of money. The photo is their £4 portion of chips. £4 for that!!

OK - So here goes! After reading Richards review below and thought ‘yeah right..!’ Another expensive burger that you try once and never order again! ..I eventually decided to ignore my normal take away and give these guys a try…… holy s#*t!!!! After the first bite I wanted to write a review!!!! I went for the Boss Burger and I now understand where Richard is now coming from!!! It’s a quality burger, the meat is incredible the sauces, bun and salad fresh … f#%k even the packaging was impressive!!!! 10/10 Lads - Well Done!!! I’ll be coming back for sure!!!!!

Honestly, HANDS DOWN..... THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! I eat a lot of burgers. Mouthwatering. I cannot recommend Ruby's enough. If I could, I would order this everyday. Truly amazing burgers!! TREAT YOURSELF!! GO ON!!! You will not regret it (I do not no Ruby and I have not been asked to write this review, I was just blown away along with my housemates!!).

It was mega 100% ordering again.
