The products at the Starbucks are on par with usual, but there is always a long weight compared to your usual Starbucks. I'm not sure why, but every time I go here, I end up losing a small portion of my life waiting for my coffee which would otherwise take 3 or 4 minutes at somewhere else. Considering this starbox is at a petrol station in a busy area, you would think that they are used to the amount of footfall. If you're considering a drive through here, it will turn into a day trip. I wouldn't bother wasting the petrol as you probably will have to fill up again after queuing for so long. Luckily, there's a petrol garage next door.

The delivery driver was not friendly at all. He did not speak and made me feel very uncomfortable!! Such a shame when most people are very nice and friendly!! Wish I could take the tip back now!!!! But hey ho!

Service is exceptionally slow. I know they run a drive thru as well but there was zero sense of urgency to get orders done. There was a constant flow of cars so their orders were prioritised over those who had come in to have refreshments. Good job my friend and I were not in a hurry.

Loud background music and kids running around. Lots of cutlery left on tables and bins full.

We visit to a coffee on way home but have to say recently a beautiful husky dog was up on the furniture and staff ignored it. Today a child was running around screaming fine up to a point butt its not a playground but a cafe where some people want a quiet drink. Staff need to set some rules.

I was happy to see this lovely driver today as he is always polite and friendly. He is always well presented and delivers with care and a big smile so, in my eyes, the perfect example for all. Merry Christmas.

Good service only thing that was wrong is that I got no sugar or butter for my croissant. they need to put them items in. But apart from that it was lovely

The wait time every time I come here is appalling. Waiting over 12mins for a simple latte. And that is an average time over the 4 times coming here.

Turn up at 2115. Say it shuts at 2130. Door locked, lights on. As I pull away after double checking closing time. Which is still before 2130. Staff appear to start their clear up. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Very slow service, especially the drive thru. Took 25 minutes to get my coffee, and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The staff were standing around on their phone, doing nothing.

Went this evening with my 3 kids to have a hot chocolate and have a treat and the staff were so friendly. My kids can’t wait to go back and say it’s their favourite cafe! Thanks to Lia, Paige and Charlotte for making my kids smile

Expensive food and pathetic customer service. Considering the food and drinks are extortionate, you would have thought the customer service would be on point. The toilets are disgusting, and the sugar and napkin table is filthy. Lazy staff! They rarely clean up. Staff attitude is also rude and offhand. They like chatting more than working.

they didn't have the items we ordered (halloween gingerbread)so they gave us gingerbread bears instead and gave us an extra one which was very nice :)

The friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. It makes such a difference to be greeted with a smile in the morning.

I have never seen 6 people struggle to make 5 drinks in a span of 15 minutes before. Toilets dirty, bin overflowing, got a cappuccino instead of latte. Whole crew needs retraining and some motivation cause that’s just funny to look at. Pure vibes, half asleep, lost between a coffee machine and a food display like it’s a maze 😂

The place is filthy they rarely clean up. Staff attitude is rude and offhand. Not a pleasant place to relax in at all. Staff like chatting more than working.

I suppose because it's next to petrol station the atmosphere is very different to let's say in town centre. Very nice and helpful team, just felt little sad as there was not many people inside. I love the convenience of drive thru 👍🏼

Staff are lovely, but the whole place (drive through and inside) is just so unbelievably slow. They seem to be working quite hard at fulfilling orders, so I can only think that it's inadequately staffed.

9 times out of 10 it's not great here. I always end up walking out wondering why I had even bothered. Honestly feel like most of the time it's just a waste of money. I always ask for an extra shot of coffee in my drink and have rarely even got it.... coffee tastes like water.

So as the drive thru is poor, tried going in and sitting in … Cake served in a bag and coffee in take out cup. I give up as I already had been given some rewards because of poor service last week. Staff need a refresh and training as prices are higher and quality is terrible

Just a Starbucks. I don’t know what part of their inner workings or systems sounds like a deranged fruit machine, but I wish they’d turn it off or down.

they must train the staff to be rude they dont know how to say thank you. really weird. The staff are rude they don't know how to say hello when you walk in or thanks you when you order a drink. Very unwelcoming. Maybe they're better for drive though 🥴

Such a rave of negative reviews. And mine is no exception. Specifically asked for semi skimmed milk but the waiter still made it with oat milk. Useless.

Caramel frappe is always good …. BUT THIS IS THE 2nd or 3rd time IVE BEEN SENT DRINKS WITH NO STRAWS !

I’ve ordered medium cappuccino to go and at home I realised that I have slightly more than half of cup( no I didn’t drink it before that coffee was not for me) , I understand that u may be busy but it doesn’t mean that customers can be charged full price and receive half of product!

Bad I spilt it on my £70 keyboard 😭 this wasn’t no £10 coffee, this was £80!

All food was good and drinks were either melted or freezing, the delivery driver was at the restaurant for over 40 minutes so don’t believe he swiped probably at the restaurant. I would like a full refund as this has been the second time now in only a week.

Came here for a catchup with one of my friends. When I asked a staff member (blonde girl) if I could use a takeaway cup to heat my son’s bottle up she rolled her eyes at me and asked what size I wanted. Guessing before I interrupted them chatting instead of working… when I replied with “tall” please I totally forgot that a tall is infact a small so when she handed me it I said “oh no, please could I have the largest one you do”, the girl continued to roll her eyes and said in a sarky voice “well this is a venti”.. so rude.

Its a Starbucks. It convenient and clean. It lacks range and the prices are high. But reliable.

Way too expensive - not great food - service is very slow! Really not acceptable in this day and age!

The staff were courteous and nice however, found it striking that everyone stood in line was asked a name except for me. I understand I'm a Sikh man with a turban however, I felt an assumption was made that my name would be difficult to pronounce. I have a very simple name and wish an assumption was not automatically made based on my appearance.

It's coffee, it's starbucks... It's just as you expect.

Paid for venti and got half a cup

The “signature” breakfast sandwich was very poor. Just a pretzel bun with remnants of bacon on it. There was no egg on it and very little sauce. Wayyyy overpriced.

i ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini and got a cheese panini i got a note saying i could refund through the app i am wanting to refund it please

Quite possible the slowest coffee shop and drive through in the country. It would literally be quicker to get a meal in a restaurant than get a coffee here. Terrible service. Go somewhere else.

I went to Starbucks around 9:00 and they closed the frappe machines to early I asked why they shut early and said “well it’s new years” but on the website says nothing about new years effecting hours as they’re a service station every on the menu should be available till closing time, I also asked “James” to take my blue light card and said they don’t expect them ? When I know they do

As usual, nice coffee place, kind and prompt staff but they got our coffees wrong ☺️ The toffee nut latte requested With cream came without, and no topping, and the eggnog latte came with whipped cream 😁 Also, and that's almost every coffee shop, you ask for a tall/small coffee size and they feel obliged, or something, to fill up the paper cup with milk! I would ideally like to taste the coffee in my drink, not milk with coffee flavour 🙄

This place is great, i come grab my coffee everyday since they opened all staff are friendly and sweet. To be honest they get such a hard time from people and some of these reviews are really unfair as you can only work with what your given and the space. Great coffee and always service with a smile no matter how busy it is. I don’t mind waiting for my coffee as it’s worth it.

I was sent an ordinary croissant instead of the almond croissant I ordered. Otherwise all good.

Called in late evening the place was quiet. However for the end of the day the place was very clean and tidy.

Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive and was cold when it turned up

Delivery driver came to the door and said this Starbucks does not exist, he put in the address and called and said there was no answer. Still have not received my food

Car park can be busy but lovely place.

Terribly slow service. So many staff but they make serving coffee seem like rocket science. I feel a little bit of leadership and structure would be a simple answer so that a queue isn't tailing out into the road like usual.

Don't bother with the "drive-thru" which is essentially a car park.... Have never known a slower service. Really need to pick up the speed. Nearly half an hour to get through....

Absolutely horrifying customer service. We went through drive and waited at the intercom for 4 minutes, nobody took our order so we decided to go through the window and when we got there we waited four minutes before someone took our order - both staff members saw us waiting but nobody acknowledged that we were waiting. We ordered a cappuccino and half the cup was empty and the staff member didn’t even bother to put the cardboard cup holder onto the cup. Don’t bother going here unless you’re happy to pay £4.15 for absolute rubbish.

The slowest Starbucks in the entire of the UK. Whether inside or drive through the whole experience takes forever.

Drive through backed up so parked up and went in , the staff are just chasing away and the supervisor was just standing there on her phone . No urgency and waited 20 mins for two drinks .

Used the drive through it was a 20 minute wait and when i asked server why such a wait he said we are busy no sorry or anything. First and last time i will use it.

Was a standard starbuck. I came here to stop for a short break. The wait time for collecting drinks is ridiculous. It looked very unorganised and under staffed. I appreciate the drive thru is priority but the wait time was terrible considering there was only one other ahead of me
