The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

We’ve been coming here for several years, but this year in particular, we found ourselves less and less satisfied with each trip. Although the food is tasty, the portion sizes are very small for the high prices, and we have left on several occasions still hungry. You can get more satisfying and equally as tasty meals at different restaurants for more affordable prices, which is a deal breaker, especially in this economy.

Been to Gem quite a few times over the years and they never failed to deliver excellent food and excellent service with decent prices. The latest visit just confirmed this. Great selection of generously sized dishes kept our group busy and happy on a budget! Highly recommend. Check it out online.

The chicken was stale and looked like it had been sitting somewhere for a long time, then warmed and served to us. I’ve had that chicken in other restaurants and definitely wasn’t the same.

The most delicious seasoned marinated yummy goodness 🤩 First ever going to any Nando’s before and they exceeded my expectations. Great staff they were very nice and helpful and warm inviting environment 🥰 The food was good I didn’t want the moment to end. I highly recommend this location and the restaurant in general. Also the chicken gravy is amazing 👌

Was never my fave place but things change and now can't keep away peacefull and quite cosy

The atmosphere is great. The food was delicious and the wine selection complimented the food nicely. The whiskey selection is limited with the top end being Lagavulin but Robin, amazing sevices with food recomendation. will come back.

I called today ( Fri 39th August at 15.30) to meet a lady working at reception on the spa. She had no interest in giving me advice regarding memberships and the phone line abruptly cut out. Very strange, Safe to say customer service is not on their priority list.

I’ve been coming to Nando’s in Bletchley for the past few years. The meals are consistently good, much like most Nando’s, but nothing particularly standout. During my recent visit, the chicken was slightly pink, and the chips were served cold, which was disappointing. On the positive side, I tried the cheesy pitta for the first time, and it was delicious. The Fino Pitta was excellent—I really enjoyed the combination of chicken, halloumi, caramelised onions, and other great flavors. The staff are always friendly, and the service is consistently good.

The worst Nandos I've ever been to. Dirty toilet. No plates available. No music playing. Cold food. Spicy burger instead of lemon and herbs. Woodside Nandos is much better.

My recent visit to Nando's was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, my friends and I were ignored upon arrival and left waiting for 15 minutes. When we attempted to find assistance, the manager, Ben, rudely instructed us to wait to be seated. After an additional 10-minute wait, we had to approach him again, only to be met with dismissive behavior and a poor attitude. This was particularly frustrating as we had a toddler and a 9-month-old baby with us, and we were all very hungry. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction, the manager asked us to leave ( Ben), stating we were not welcome. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this establishment.

Nice and fresh food by the river, thames and after a lovely meal don forgot to try a Portuguese pastel de Nata or custard cake 🎂

Very long wait for food to arrive despite being pretty empty and chicken was stone cold. Sent back a ‘medium’ chicken but instead got a ‘hot’ back instead. I guess she must’ve thought I meant it wasn’t spicy enough lol. My chips were also gone I asked her if she had my chips but she smiled and said ‘you’re welcome, enjoy’.
