The store layout is good with nice artwork and decorations but the staff are sometimes not very friendly (most are). You got my order wrong a few times too and I was warned by your manager taylor for contacting head office too many times

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nando's! Even though the place was packed with big groups of rugby players, the service was flawless, and we still had an amazing time. Amanda, the manager, and Pranita went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness and professionalism honestly made us feel like we were dining at the Hilton, not Nando's! The food was delicious as always, but it was really the outstanding service that made our visit memorable. Thank you again for making our night so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back <3

Based on my postive experiences in the US at my regular Nando's spots, I expected nothing less here. 1. The hummus was not as refreshing and had a subpar taste compared to my US locations. 2. The chicken wings were the best of the dishes I ordered and that was in part to the sauce although they had a sight kick to them. 3. The half chicken was not as tender as I was hoping for and this was a big letdown. Overall, not bad to start the day off, but definitely could have been way better 🤷🏽‍♂️

This is Ladurée, known for its famous macarons that I tried and fell in love with in Paris on the Champs-Élysées. It’s definitely number one when it comes to macarons—they’re so fresh, fluffy, and delicious. The Americano coffee is served in a small decanter with a narrow opening at the top, so you have to pour it into your cup yourself. It’s a good design, but I wonder if the narrow top is meant to keep the coffee hot longer. The upstairs terrace is lovely, overlooking the marketplace where street artists usually perform.

Quality and taste of food is very pathetic.... Feels like the taste is going down

Went in for dinner today at 1.30pm and the host said that they had no chicken on the bone. For a restaurant which sells chicken it left us both thinking what is going on with management. For an establishment to not have essential stock is highly disappointing.

Been here a few times and as its a nandos, obviously it was as expected. Food was great straight off the grill like usual. Place was clean and easy to get a table when I came mid week. Service was very friendly. There was a bit of a wait on the food but didn't mind, as at least it's fresher. But staff came and apologised still which was nice of them to even say. Great place and I'll be back!

Love coming to Nandos. I had to lea e a review in regards to how good the staff are here. They really what make co.ing here great. A big shout out to Michelle, who is working the sunday shift 14/10/2024. I had an issue with lifestyle vouchers that ended up with ten long codes that Michelle had to type in. Michelle did it with grace and a great sense of humour.

First time my husband and I went there and we wasn't sure. We did think about going to 5 guys and their outside tables inshore looked absolutely shocking.. ..the girl at the service desk was very helpful and pleasant.. the menu was tasty.. tho I would say that the plate size needs to be looked at . Other wise would go again.

The staff are very rude and would not recommend at all!!!!
