Wait times on a Friday and Saturday evening are quite long, especially on match days at the nearby stadium. Mixed range of staff in that some or really polite and others look like they don’t want to be there. Food is great, same as most other Nando’s, loud music makes it difficult to have a conversation if you’re in a group

Food was nice, came quickly, good value. One staff member had an argument with one of our table seemingly over nothing, only to be corrected by her manager and apologise and bring over the disputed dish.

The fat Buddha cocktail was the best cocktail I’ve ever had. The food was so yummy and our waitress was lovely. It’s a little hard to find because it’s behind a cafe.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting "Nando's" yesterday evening at 7PM and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't soon forget – though I wish I could after how many drinks I had and the rude customer service I received. Upon entering, I was greeted by the unmistakable aroma of body odour and despair of cooking. The decor was a charming mix of sticky tables and lights that can give you a headache and a cozy living vibe to the place a cozy uncomfortable vibe. I decided to brave it and ordered the which promised a mountain of crispy chicken and golden fries. After what felt like an eternity (or maybe just 20 minutes), my food finally arrived. The chicken looked like it had been burned and charcoal grilled to death in the fires of Mount Doom. The skin was so rubbery and greasy and fatty I could have used it to lubricate a car engine. One bite and I was transported to a world of regret what a waste of money. The chicken inside was as dry as the Sahara Desert, and I found myself chewing endlessly, hoping to find some semblance of moisture. Spoiler alert: there was none! The chips were another story. They were cold as snow luke warm luke cold you have been warned, and had the texture of soggy cardboard. I suspect they had been fried sometime last week and left to marinate in their own sadness of saw dust not very peri peri then is it? The only seasoning they had seen was the salt from my tears. To wash down this culinary catastrophe, I ordered a soda a bottomless soda. It arrived flat and warm out of the machine, a fitting end to this tragic meal. I left Nando's with a heavy heart and an even heavier stomach, vowing never to return. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to ruin your evening out with friends or family or stereotypical loud and noisy teenagers and kids alike. And question your life choices while you look around you! Nando's located inside the town of Wokingham is the spot for you. One star, because zero wasn't an option. Thanks Nando's! Thanks Google! Came on Monday night for my Boyfriend's Birthday. Food is nice however it is a bit overpriced in my opinion..one of the dishes was burned (the courgette mucver). The desserts were really nice though. We were in the basement where the ambiance is not great in my opinion.. Service is good although the staff took some time to acknoledge us when we arrived ( despite we had a table booked)..but i must say it was quite busy. Overall i would recommend it if you are willing to spend some money and if your table is upstairs :)

Disgusting service from the manager! Me and my friends go to Nando’s far too often, but this Wednesday just gone, just after 9pm, we went in. Ordered the usual, the manager served us on the till and was quite abrupt & rushy, but that was not the problem. Our food arrived, my order was wrong, I asked for my usual ordered with an item to be added. It wasn’t. The member of staff who brought the food was really polite and said no problem, I’ll be right back. The manager then came straight over to the table and without saying a word put the card reader in my face! Said I have to pay for the extra, and said this quite rudely. I explained it is what I ordered and he may have misheard, and I would have happily paid it, if he explained without an attitude towards myself and the group that it just wasn’t put through. I said I wasn’t going to pay again because he didn’t hear the order - only because of the way he spoke and the disgusting attitude. Again, we do go to Nando’s far too often, we clearly have a problem😂 But if that manager is there again we will happily just leave. Never had customer service so poor and with an attitude of he clearly doesn’t want to be there.
