The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Very long wait for food to arrive despite being pretty empty and chicken was stone cold. Sent back a ‘medium’ chicken but instead got a ‘hot’ back instead. I guess she must’ve thought I meant it wasn’t spicy enough lol. My chips were also gone I asked her if she had my chips but she smiled and said ‘you’re welcome, enjoy’.

The food is good but nothing special, I wouldn’t go here for a date but the atmosphere is suitable for a group of friends I could imagine as it’s almost a sort of diner vibe. Also be warned that you’re expected to order on an app as some people aren’t a fan of that.

Every time we have a trip to Covent Garden, we like to visit Laduree as a treat for a cake and a champagne or hot chocolate. Today was our most disappointing visit ever. The staff were so uninterested & rude, they also told us we couldn’t order cake, yet when we looked around, other people were ordering and having cake delivered to their tables after we were told we couldn’t have them. Most of the young boys who were serving need to pull their trousers up, as they blatantly had their trousers pulled down under their briefs so their pants and backside were on show, not great when you’re working in a food establishment. I understand this may be a fashion statement for some but when working at somewhere like Laduree, maybe pull your trousers up for service and not walk around with your butt hanging out?

The worst Nando’s I’ve been to. Literally 1 tiny strip bit of chicken and an empty pitta for £9. See the picture, what a joke.

Not the best of experiences! We did think it was closed as it was dimly lit from outside! This place used to be absolutely thriving with a great team and very good food. My food was so lacking ! It didn't look anything like on the menu. It was so disappointing! The staff lacked enthusiasm, there was loads of them but only two staff appeared to be actually putting in an effort. The woman who was constantly working in the kitchen and what looked to be the manageress. It could do with a refurbishment in here! We took a guest for his birthday. Perhaps we will go to the one at the Tollgate!

Terrible service. Food was ordered on the app which is highly encouraged at this Nando’s. Food didn’t come it was until we enquired about the whereabouts l. No apologies given. When I complained no one seemed to care. I never do reviews but I feel like I was forced to with this kind of service. On top of that the food served was cold. Well done Nando’s Ashford.

A Great Family Meal at Nando's Had a family meal at Nando's and it didn’t disappoint. The food was packed with flavor and served to perfection. The table was filled with classics like peri-peri chicken, perfectly seasoned and cooked, paired with sides like crispy chips, which were golden and fresh. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Their service added to the overall experience, making us feel welcomed and well looked after. The variety of sauces allowed us to customize the heat and flavor to everyone’s taste—from mild and tangy to fiery hot. Portions were generous, and the food arrived promptly and warm. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and excellent service, making it the perfect spot for a family outing. We’ll definitely be back for another round of peri-peri goodness.

Restaurant can get quite busy, great service. Food good with different spice options to fit all tastebuds. Felt restaurant was slightly cold atmosphere which could’ve been warmer. Food well-presented. Unlimited drinks which is a bonus. Easy to find eatery in the new barcode complex.

Worst nandos I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot! No cuttlery, no plates, no serviettes and the food was burnt. The manager, Ramy, was not helpful at all. The best he could do was offer me a free dessert! Absolutely ridiculous!

There was a time in dinner and feeling hungry. Decided to get some nibbles from here to enjoy in hotel and later go out for dinner. Even though the atmosphere was very awesome as usual in most of Nando’s but i took some stuff away. Service was quick and good. Location is great around all the other eateries and drinking places.

We always find the food at Nando’s is tasty and we visit on a regular basis because of this. Staff are friendly, but appear to be too busy or otherwise occupied. We ordered via the app and collected our cutlery, but no forks were available. We asked for forks and were told they would get some. We also asked for vinegar, but was told there is none in the restaurant, this has happened on previous occasions! Please re stock. Our main course arrived before our starter and before our drinks and we still had no forks, so we couldn’t eat and food was getting cold! We chased up the starters, drinks and forks and the staff apologised. On our departure there was quite a few staff members downstairs standing around having a chat rather than paying attention to customers needs.

The food was absolutely delightful, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, complemented by a friendly service that made the dining experience truly enjoyable.
