The Burger Hut in Preston

Milkshake machine was broken, service was poor, food was average, will not be returning again.

Terrible food and service! Chicken was full of spice and think they put the whole bottle of red salt on the chips. Couldn’t eat anything straight in the bin unfortunately will not be ordering again! Also cash only and don’t think the staff understand English as I said no spice🙄

There are nice meals here! The BBQ wings! Are absolutely tasty. Donner kebab is really nice as well and the hot dogs are a great variety of flavours

Chicken wings totally overcooked, chewy and dry. They also taste as though they are old as they smell and have a weird texture. It was so bad I left half of the food there without eating it. Service is very bad, they don’t take card and the workers do their own thing. Only good thing is the chips. Don’t visit this place unless you want to have a tummy ache the morning after. Avoid at all cost

Nice food, lovely chicken wings which have improved in the last couple of months, before then they were so tiny. Just wish this place would go on Deliveroo which I prefer to just eat. If the owner is reading please go on Deliveroo, thanks

Spacious Dining Area On Upstairs , Garlic mayo is my Favourite , you can have unlimited Garlic mayo , Roased Chicken Pizza will have Ultimate taste which is my Favourite Across Preston

Burger Hut ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just took out the kids for a meal at Burger Hut. When I told them where we were going, their eyes lit up. Thing I like about burger hut is their consistency. Many establishments keep up the standards for the first 6 months or so. Very few have the good old traditional passion like the burger hut team. We ordered 2x Burgir Sulaimani meals, 1x plain chicken fillet burger meal and a 7inch pizza meal. Kids have now come home with full bellies and plenty of left overs. And it all cost only £21.80. Whats not to love? Burger Hut ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very dissapointed with the sumo fried burger. The bread was stale and the hash brown was not fried properly. For the price I paid this was not the best despite being a regular

Ordered for the first time this evening, through UberEats. Took about an hour to arrive and the food was cold (I live 1.6 miles away). Drink missing from the kids meal too. Wouldn’t order again.

Staff are disgustingly rude, salad and sauce is guaranteed not how you ordered it. Sometimes the food is cold. I have been there many times over the past few years, the food is ok, but the people running it couldn't give a toss. Tables are always dirty My mate had a hair in the burger once, told the staff to get another burger, he took it downstairs to the manager, we could hear the manager shouting loudly saying he's doing this for a refund, all we wanted was another burger (preferably without fried hair!). Son called them the other night to confirm they are closing at 11. We got there at 10.15 to be told they don't have any chicken left, they had shut the pizza oven off, no wings! Still ordered some burgers and chips and rice box an large chips (rice tasted like plastic). We got the food and then got told we couldn't eat inside as they wanted to close the shop early, after much aggravation they let us eat in. Opened the food and realised there was no large chips, had to go down an ask for them! What if we had taken the food home! All staff are miserable/rude and there is no cleanliness about this place. This place could be so much better as the food when it's done right is quite nice. I personally would not go back but I have to as this is the only place my son eats from in Preston! Please owners of Burger Hut, buckle up with the attitude problems, giving the correct order, not missing items and general cleanliness. I know u can do better.

Ordered food 45 mins earlier and went there. They didn't even start cooking and because of them I was too much late for work. Even after I reach there in shop, they still took 30 more mins to give it.

Very rude customer service when i asked anything one short guy speak with me like very rude and i feel very uncomfortable and charging extra pounds for making spacie and believe me it's very wrong if you like to take extra no worries but speak with customer nicely

Horrible experience Food was cold the chips were rock hard and thin. Got the food after 1hr even though there was just 1 customer. The tables weren't clean. The trash was full and was falling on the floor.

We ordered burger, wings donna, chips and Naan Food was cold and overpriced for small portion. 5.40 for this much of Donna and cold Naan customer service 4/10, Food 1/10 Wings were nice out of all them. No salad with the meal after paying that much

Thr most rude service I have ever experienced in my life. They want to tell you what you have to have on your burger. They put you hold for 5mins as you can hear them talking about their personal matters in the back. Truly disgusted

Found this place just by chance and was impressed the burgers are great and you get a lit for your money . Staff are chatty and friendly and spk english so you dont wait with any awkward silences . Very clean and modern based on meadow street not far from the bus station a little hard to find if you dont know the area but worth getting on google maps and finding and will deffo go back was impressed nice little find tbh jobs a good n as we prestonians say lol 👍🏻

My first visit here. Was impressed. 6 of us ate, was very reasonably priced, staff was friendly, the seating area was comfortable and clean.

Would give zero stars if possible!!!Ordered some wings along with some burgers, 2 hours and still not ready. No apologies and no customer service skills. They were just being rude. Eventually food was ready but everything was cold, the wings had been reheated so many times that they became like bullets. Chewy and dry and couldn’t eat at all. The burger was nice even though it was cold and the chicken on it was practically like cardboard thin and you couldn’t even taste it. Rang up and still no apology but they offered to do the food again next time (like I was gonna go back) and asked for money back as had to throw mist the food away. They have a no refund policy apparently. Worst place and worst service ever. Don’t understand why you would want to go back to this place for. Happened about 2 months ago but forgot to put review on till now. Your policy is not to refund and I’m definitely not coming back to try your food again. Your prices have gone up but quality has dropped

Pizza was not fully cooked. Fruit shake had no fruit but only ice cream. No sauces provided with £42 of order. Never ordering again

The seating area was freezing. Toilet had water all over the floor. Food was ok

Chilli sauce was not tasty at all. Too watery and strong spice flavours. Sully burger was thin as anything and the coating was again too heavy on the dry spices. Not a good experience.

Got a sully burger by itself and a 6 wings, was a 30 minute wait.for takeaway sully burger had no taste, wings were basic

Made an order for two chicken wraps, one sumo fried burger and one monster burger. Really enjoyed the food nice and hot not much of a wait! The flavour from the chicken was on point, I would definitely recommend the Monster Burger.

I personally go for sully burger ( that's what they call it). Not too hot and not too mild, Just right. They use unseeded flour bun which has beautiful taste on its own. The rest items looks tempting but needs to try it on... The fries are nice n crunchy. beautiful..

I placed an order in person not phone order bought food home and it was cold rang to complain and staff tried to justify that it was my fault also attitude over phone from member of staff absolutely rubbish service

If you love burgers this will be you're favorite place . Must try the chicken wings.

Visited by a client recommendation and first impressions is its very modern and looks great. I order a spicy chicken option and it was made as requested and tasted fantastic. If I lived closer this would be a regular stop off for me, great food.

Nice food but they struggle to manage orders especially at the weekend. You order and you have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes...

The chicken burger was on par with the beef, tough and chewy. Considering they have increased the prices by around 50% (including kids meals), the quality of food is awful. Atleast there was consistency, all the food was consistently BAD!!

Every time I visit here the food is always good. It isn't overly greasy like other take outs. I really like the chips and monster burger, I also recommend the chicken wraps. Very tasty and not just bog standard. It isn't expensive and I would say it is good for the price. The staff are always nice too. You receive a buzzer so you could go to the shop if you wanted whilst you wait. There is also the choice to sit in. I believe they don't currently have a delivery service.

Hi. I had a burger there on the 29.10.19. The place looked new and tidy. I ordered a spicy burger. When I tasted that it didn't taste very well but l didn't expect much from the place like that. Very little I knew about what was about to happen. After few hours my stomach became quite sore. Night was difficult with stomach and headache. But the worst started in the morning. Vomiting and diarrhoea. My stomach wouldn't accept anything, drink or food. Shivers and general weakness. Had to take off sick from work. Stayed in bed all day only to go to toilet to void or throw. Horrible experience I wouldn't wish to my worst enemy. Please avoid eating there. Unless you want to get seriously poisoned.

Food is delicious in particular the chicken burgers. Cheesy bombers are very tasty.Usually get food for delivery on a weekday. Really enjoyed it. Service overall is good.

The staff are so kind, was served as soon as I stepped inside. was given a small red buzzer thing, I could take it out of the store which meant I didn't have to wait inside standing like a lemon- so I went to home bargains and did some shopping, when my order was ready it buzzed and I walked back. they gave me my food, some sauces and napkins. and waved me goodbye. I got home and ate my food- I ordered a Burnout meal which comes with the burger, chips and a canned drink. It tasted absolutely delicious. my new favourite spot!!!

Went from Chorley to pickup a large order (just under £45). Got home and discovered we were a box of chips short. Not good enough.

Great place, had a vehhie burger, Chips and soft drink and this place is worth worth a visit if you want a quality burger and a pleasant atmosphere to have it in. I cab honestly recommend this place. It was very clean and the service was great. The guy I spoke with is the owner and he he was telling me how he set the store up and what he has done in the past. Keep up the great work and will be back again I give this place a 10 out of 10.

The best burger in town The Suly Burger

This is a new burger joint that opened in Preston last year and gained a bit of online hype. We decided to check it out. We ordered our food and then went upstairs to our table. Once the order was ready, our buzzer went off. We did not wait too long for the food. We ordered a mixture of burgers and grilled chicken. I thought the grilled chicken was nice, the others thought the burgers were just average. It was moderately busy when we went. It was good but nothing outstanding.

Had a delicious chicken wrap. Perfect Lunch time treat!!

Really nice place, very quick service and friendly staff. Food was nice and cooked well, plenty of seating upstairs as well as public toilets and separate hand washing facilities. Mojitos and milkshakes are very good and everything is very reasonably priced too.
