Nando's in Preston

Lovely service, manager was super friendly and even gave us some extra broccoli as one of the ingredients from our salads had run out. Food was delicious with gluten free options available. The over all place was very clean and had a great atmosphere. I’ve not always had a good experience with Nando’s but this one’s definitely worth going to.

Quick and friendly service and the food was really good. Nice and clean facilities and well set out inside. The only downside was that the portion size seemed slightly smaller than other nandos i have been to.

Visited today the restaurant was really busy but spotlessly clean. A lovely Lady called Alicia showed us to our table and made us feel really welcomed and explained how we can order. The meal arrived very quickly and was very enjoyable

Went out for an Iftar meal tonight with my cousins and it was 2 of their first time to Nando’s and they were very happy with the food and the service was absolute quality, even though there was an increased wait time the server Kalantha made sure that everything was up to standard and took care of us the best way possible.

Met with friends but not the best food, expensive and the restaurant is in need of a good clean.

Food was really good and, surprisingly, quicker to the table than many McDonald's

Service was poor, needed to request them to remove the previous occupants drinks glasses, when they brought the food they didn't bring any glasses or the sauces that were paid for and we had to wait for cutlery to be cleaned for 5 mins after receiving our food. The rice was dry and microwaved.

A great place for some spicy grilled chicken to pick right off the bone.

Best Nando’s I’ve been to! Service so nice and super quick. Food was really hot and delicious. The manager was so kind too and offered us extra for our 12 year olds birthday. Will definitely visit again!

Wednesday night- Food was spot on, unreal customer service the manager especially was top draw! Checking in on us and being helpful he Made the experience different to other Nando’s chains top man!

£45 for Chicken… Toilets are minging… doesn’t accept blue light unless the girl behind the till feels like she’s in a good mood. Did it for the customer in front, but was told we couldn’t.

Food was meh, had better from there, I know football was on and busy but it was very average.

Unacceptable service. Initially had to wait for a table, not a problem but when you look around the restaurant and there are 3/4 empty clean tables that aren’t being used and when you finally get seated it’s on one of the tables that have been empty the whole time! How can you order 2 meals at the same time 1 of them come and 5 minutes later the sides for the second meal arrive with no main to go with the sides and a further 5 minutes before the main came and the only response be “I don’t know how this can happen” and the additional side was burnt and greasy. A manager that doesn’t care! Completely unacceptable! 3-5 days for a refund, guess that will come before the meal…

Not a bad nandos. Staff were very friendly, but far too busy for the number of staff on. So the place looked an absolute shambles. But the staff were ace

Good service. Nice atmosphere. Plant based options were delicious too . Of course have NHS badge take it for 20% off. Blue light isn't part of % off

Usually very very good but last visit was poor. Takeaway orders were overtaking demand so our food took ages to arrive and toddler was getting tired. When it did arrive it was small portion of fries and overgrilled chicken. Meal was at least saved by one very helpful team member who got toddlers food done as a priority. Hopefully back to five stars next visit.

Worst Nandos I've ever been to. Staff unorganized. There were no forks out so lots of tables including ours had to wait 10 mins for a fork, after asking staff multiple times. Manager glued to his phone the whole time. The floor and tables were a mess. Toilets were filthier than bar on a Saturday night. Part of our order was missed and we had to ask for multiple times before it was brought over. Overall frustrating and tiring experience. Food was okay. People chose Nandos because they are used to a certain level of service and quality when they visit. This restaurant did not live up to expectations.

Seated at a table ordered through the app as requested 60 min wait for the food to arrive separately at the table. Food undercooked. Rude staff, equally rude manager worst independent Nando’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. Lancaster and Manchester are in a different league to this one. Avoid!

A great place to stop. After a long journey as a family, we needed a place to recharge. Staff were friendly and attentive. Manager was absolutely on the ball. Our food requirements were met perfectly. We would whole heartedly recommend this Nandos.

I cannot rave about this place enough. We (2 adults & 2 children) stopped in on the spur of the moment as what should have been a 3.5 hour journey had taken us 7 hours & we were tired, hungry & grumpy. The manager, Yousuf, welcomed us & found us a nice table. He was meticulous about my daughter's milk allergy too. Having ordered, we were told the food would take 35 minutes but I think it took about 15-20. The food was hot, perfectly cooked & delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful & efficient.The atmosphere in the restaurant was buzzing but not overwhelming. We liked the lighting particularly. As we left, feeling much better, Yousuf wished us a safe onward journey. We will definitely stop in here again if we are in the area.

Had been to Nando’s this evening what a lovely experience. The staff was very welcoming and the manager Yusuf has given me and my friend the best service I could ever receive at a restaurant. Must try

First time at this nandos branch and very disappointed. Slow service and mediocre food. It took 25 mins to seat us despite half the restaurant being empty and plenty of staff working. The food took 30 mins after ordering to arrive. My husband had to go up and ask if our food was ready as there were lots of plates sat on the counter waiting to be served. Our food was already there and arrived cold/ just warm! We only ordered 1 chicken butterfly and a half chicken with the loaded fries. The new loaded fries again were disappointing, there was so little cheese on it we had to actually look for it. The chicken butterfly was dry. It didn’t appear understaffed so I don’t understand the reason for such delays and poor service.

The chicken was not very tasty. The sauces are great and the potatoes too.

Walked into this particular Nandos, waited to be seated, but ended up seating ourselves as the majority of wait staff and cook staff were busy chatting over the bar/food service counter. Anyway, a person peeled her way away from the group to casually ask if we'd been to Nandos before "yes we have", "ok" was the reply and that was the most interaction we got from her or any member of staff. Went to counter to order food, again waited whilst I was ignored by 2 members of the team, until a tall young lad couldn't ingore me any longer and had to finish his conversation with the grill cook, to basically with the speed of a slug take my order, no sorry about the wait, let's discuss the weather, or how he hated his job (which he clearly did), he inputted my order, handed me my receipt and that was the extent of our interaction as he was clearly more concerned finishing his in-depth conversation with the young lady grill cook. The food arrived, but not before another member of staff clearly about to start his shift walked in and again all the staff again congregated around the food passe, Yadda Yadda Yadda, until another customer went to the counter to find out where his tables meal was, they split up like a well rehearsed dance company who I'll call "No eye contact". Eventually our food arrived, food ok not expecting bells & whistles luckily, but not before the young man (Slug) behind the counter didn't actually move in the 1hr we were there except to get in the way of the grill cook. All in all Nandos not your best day or maybe it was.

The food was amazing as always. Ellie, however was absolutely wonderful. Her service was incredible and she was just great! She was so nice to speak to and so kind.

Very pathetic service whenever i order from deliveroo driver standing there for ages and they don't prepare the food for them. This is the fourth time i have seen driver waiting there for more than half hour to get the food and they saying to driver you can cancel and somebody else will come to pick it up

Fantastic meal, waiter gave us the option to choose which table to sit on as it was quite. Food arrived piping hot, just how I like it. Didn’t need to wait long for me meal too. Its good place but not a lot options for veggies.

Nandos, generally, is a reminder of why we don't go more often. That chicken in my burger was whiter than my wall. When I picked the sandwich, the chicken decided to escape and run through my plate😹. A tomatoes and a lettuce can not make a burger... The starter garlic bread was the same ciabatta breat from the burger ban but toasted 🥴 Also, I'm not a fan of halal restaurants that serve alcohol. Overall, it was a great experience 👍 not to be tried in the next 10 years.

Food was good but the queue system is ridiculous and very inconvenient. We were asked to wait 45 minutes despite numerous free tables. The place feels a little run down too and dirty.

Brilliant and friendly staff. Very compassionate with my son who has ‘special needs’. Got a table within minutes even though the restaurant was busy. All because they cared !! Well to the team at Deepdale…. I wish this could said about the Blackburn restaurant…. Had to wait 40 mins and was told after 40 mins that they ran out of most items.

We was a party of 16!!! We did call in advance was told we can’t book a table I do feel this should be a option of booking for a big party but was if we pop in a hour before the time we wanted to attend then they would sort it a couple of us did that and a table was set up for us we all had already had a look at the menu and pre chose our meals so it was a case of just going to the till and ordering all 36!! Dishes at once all food was brought out piping hot and fast all food was bang on not one of us had a complaint it was just 5* from when we got there all staff was happy to help boxed was provided to carry out left over food we definitely will be visiting agen!!

Great place for a meal out although their supposedly spiciest meal on the menu isnt as spicy as they make it out to be . But delicious non the less.

Need to close for a day for a thorough clean. Toilets in need of more regular cleaning and stocking up of toilet paper. The sink was full of someone's hair in the drain! Really unpleasant. Cutlery is often dirty too. I wouldn't go back again unless cleanliness improved. Food is usually quite good.

The ambiance was absolutely lovely which was furthered by the service staff. No complaints with regards to the food and would like to give a strong recommendation to get the plain old full chicken.

Had no chips ran out and no cakes knifes and falks was dirty had to tell them the bowl had potatoes that's why dirty. This is 2nd time being to this nandos and be last. 1st time can be benefit of doubt but 2nd time. But staff did do everything they could.

We went for a lovely meal and the food was served quickly and to a good standard. The main reason I'm leaving the review though is the friendly staff. They were lovely during our meal but when I went back in after closing time to ask if a couple of them could help bump start my car in the car park, they happily obliged (in the pouring rain!). Great customer service indeed and just being nice, genuine people. Thank you!

Nice place, chicken really tender.

I found a really sharp piece of plastic in my food. It was small and sharp and I was lucky to have not swallowed it. I reported it, they gave me a refund for what I ordered but not the whole meal. They took my details down and said someone would be in touch, it’s been a week and a half and haven’t heard anything. I can’t imagine what if the same food had been given to a child, it’s so dangerous. They’re lucky they got a calm customer because others would have definitely been louder about this. Disgusting service and handling of the matter.

Dad and lad dropped in before football match. Quick to get seated. Quick to be served. Food was typical Nando’s. I must have had the smallest breast available though, despite being butterflied it was barely five mouthfuls.
