where do I start, food was very late. i tried to call them on the number advertised on their website, the number is an invalid number. the food was cold, dry, burnt and tasteless. you’re better off eating cardboard. I ordered two large sauce (cost £1.20 in total) which did not come with the order. overall the worst experience of ordering food ever, almost everything I could of think off went wrong. I would steer well clear, never again will I ever order from this place I’d rather eat food out of the bin before I eat food from this place. I left one star which is one too many. very, very disappointed.

absolutely rubbish resturant❗️ I have ordered a platter of lamb chops Adana kebab etc... it came burnt, black charcoal pieces with no meat on it. This is serious for the health and I advise those to consider twice before ordering from this cancer restaurant. Please do not risk your life and eat these kind of foods which are burnt. the restaurant owner must check the chefs cooking and the burnts bits that are supplied to the CUSTOMERS which thy should not make other people eat IF THEY DONT WANT TO EAT THIS THEMSELVES. . THEY REQUIRE GORDAN RAMSAY IN THE RESTAURANT. THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS HELP.

The food was tasteless. I literally had to re cook the chicken with more salt and spices. The garlic bread and the flat bread were so dry, I couldn't eat more than two bites. The salad literally had 2 pieces of cucumber and tomato and a whole bunch of letus. I didn't pay 13 pounds for a box of dry bread chicken and letus.. Please don't order for this place if you want to eat good tasting food.

chicken donner had a funny taste to it. Lamb wasn’t great but better then the chicken. Salad was lettuce cucumber and very few red onion. Chips were ok. Wouldn’t order again!

Disappointing. I ordered the Adiva Grill Feast for 19.95. I'm so glad I didn't order anything else. I was not impressed with anything including the salad. Cheap meat -tough, no flavour, the rice had no flavour. It was warm though. We called and asked specifically for fresh baked bread. They still gave us pita bread. I'm not going to use them again. I even called and asked if they food was gonna be good. The guy said "It should be." Jokes.

I orderd Helim and I recieved soggy breaded mozzarella sticks? The chicken was plain and I didn't get any salad which I asked for. I waited over 2 hours for it and it's inedible such a shame.

Would not call this a Turkish cuisine at all, they gave us pitta bread instead of your normal Turkish bread, the Adana kebab and sheesh kebab all tasted like Indian spices. The lamb chops you could tell it’s the back chop of a sheep. The rice was not nice at all.

This is a Turkish restaurant, food is good, but the salad is not a Turkish salad, really disappointed. The restaurant needs to give something other then a few pieces of lettuce, or see how other Turkish restaurants do their salads.

Though the food from Adiva is excellent, this order was MORE an hour late from the scheduled delivery time and two and a half hours from when it was ordered. Moreover, I received a text from Just Eat 90 minutes ago *somehow* saying that it was on its way (which it clearly wasn't). The restaurant didn't contact me to tell me that it would be late, and when I contacted Just Eat, they told me that they weren't responsible either. Incredibly frustrating. NOW - more than an hour late, the status of my delivery on Just Eat's website has changed to say it was magically "Delivered" 70 minutes ago and yet nothing's arrived. When it finally arrived - an hour and twenty minutes late - it was cold.

Food arrived half an hour late. Order was wrong. I ordered a kebab, but instead got meat and sauce in a plastic tub with no bread. Seriously? Never ordering from here again.

I had been loath to leave a negative review, as service from Adiva has been good in the past, however, last night my food was delivered 45 minutes after the projected delivery time (itself an hour and 45 minutes after the order was placed). I accept that it was a Friday night, but two and a half hours to get food delivered is just ridiculous! When I rang (15 minutes after the meal was due, and two hours after it was ordered) I was told that the delivery guy had left some time prior, but may have been delayed due to the rain. Fair enough. He also said that I was the first delivery that they guy was due to make. OK, well, GoogleMaps says that the journey takes 15 minutes by road. So, either the guy on the phone was lying, or the delivery guy took a VERY scenic route to get to me (in fact the guy could actually have walked it to me - seriously, GoogleMaps says 49-52 minutes, I've done it in 40). When the food was delivered the delivery guy was sullen, to say the least, which, given the weather was entirely understandable, but just the icing on the cake for a truly bad experience, I thought. But wait, there's more... I made the mistake of asking for vouchers or a partial refund from Just-Eat, a process which, thanks to their truly awful bot or sub-literate customer service person (I honestly don't know which - Alan Turing must be rolling on his grave) has taken a further 45 minutes of my time, and still hasn't been done. In addition my two requests to be put onto a manager have been ignored. So far I've been offered six nuggets free with my next meal (funnily enough we didn't order nuggets from a Turkish Restaurant, we ordered hummus, falafel, dolma, borek and soujoc), and a refund on the Baklava they weren't able to supply. No. How about a refund for the full value of the ruined meal, plus extra for wasting my time! Vouchers won't cut it, as it seems clear that my two and a half years using Just-Eat are at an end.

They replaced one of my items, Soujoc, with Hummus, because they were out, which is cheaper, and they only told me when I went to get the order. The bread that usually comes with a Hummus order was missing. Also, I had ordered an extra flat bread, which was also missing.

The food was 45 minutes late, I called the restaurant and was met with an answerphone. After spending 30 minutes messaging Just Eat, the food arrived - cold and dry. Extremely poor service and substandard food

The driver called the restaurant and we were told we could get a refund from Just Eat for the missing food or get 30% off our next order. pretty mediocre for the price you pay. compared to other Turkish restaurants it’s quite small portions and the doner meat is not true lamb.

I do not like leaving bad reviews but I have made an exception for this place. The mixed grill was not fresh, it was burnt and I felt like I was eating rubber. The lahmacun was poorly made, the mince I could barely see on the lahmacun. And well the doner kebab, for over £6 it was the biggest rip off, the doner meat was poor and the pitta, I would not call it that. Very unsatisfied, we had to cook and chuck it away. I don’t even like efes but I’d rather go there than here any day.

I'm not (yet) familiar with Turkish dishes but from what I've tasted from this restaurant, I will be sure to explore more. Shoutout to the delivery guy who got lost looking for the flat in the building but was still so nice. Shame I forgot to get your name. You're a star!

The kebab was the worst kebab I have ever had.

Deliver was over 40 minuets late and food came cold! usually restaurants refund customers when in the fault or gives it at a discount at least! However instead I was given attitude and told ‘we don’t serve free food here’.
