The food is good but nothing special, I wouldn’t go here for a date but the atmosphere is suitable for a group of friends I could imagine as it’s almost a sort of diner vibe. Also be warned that you’re expected to order on an app as some people aren’t a fan of that.

Came in during a busy period and was attended to immediately. Food arrive less than 5 minutes after ordering and was flipping delicious. Probably the best Nando’s in London. Timi was super friendly and made sure my friends and I had a great experience!

While the food itself was always up to standard, the service experience was less than ideal. Ordering multiple dishes at once through the app resulted in long wait times and cold food. It’s unfortunate that it took multiple escalations to rectify the situation, but this is a problem that can be easily resolved.

Today, my family’s choice of restaurant ended up being a major disappointment, earning it a 1-star review from me. Unfortunately, I also had to file a formal complaint with the management team. I arrived with my family, including two young kids and a buggy. Right in front of us, a group of kids were play-fighting and using highly inappropriate language. Concerned, I tried to get the attention of a staff member, but she completely ignored us. Admittedly, the restaurant wasn’t too busy, so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she might not have heard me. We then took the lift downstairs, hoping for a quieter space, only to encounter the same staff member. She didn’t appear to be in a hurry or overwhelmed by work. I called out to her again, but still got no response. I had to chase after her to explain why we had come downstairs. Before I could even explain, she rudely interrupted me, asking in an aggressive tone why I was there and insisting that I should have waited to be seated. Her unprofessional and hostile attitude was displayed in front of my entire family. I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—I was simply trying to move my family away from the disruptive group upstairs. Sadly, this particular staff member seemed to have some serious issues. I’ve always considered Nando’s to have excellent standards for recruitment, but in this case, it seems like they’ve made a poor choice. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope management takes action to address the situation.

Good atmosphere as it was busy. Had to wait a few minutes for a table after they had managed to fit us in. Helpful staff and the food came out very quickly. The food was of the usual good quality.

Excellent time out with friends a couple weeks ago. First time trying nandos and it was excellent.

It didn't arrive for over 30 minutes after ordering, so I asked them to confirm my order, and they brought it right away;; The chicken was heavily salted, so I drank a lot of water because it was so salty. For sides, steamed broccoli and tomato salad are recommended, and spicy rice is not recommended because the rice is overcooked and the unique spice flavor is weak. It didn't taste very good haha. It was a place you could easily go to, but the taste wasn't anything special.

One of my favourite Nandos in London. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The employee Sooraj was incredibly helpful and elevated our experience in this store. We tried the new Fanta flavoured chicken and it is perfect for people that love sweet flavours. Would recommend to everyone.

The food is better than any of the other fast food chains in the area. Basically everything is made with chicken and you can request the degree of spiciness you want the food with. There are gluten-free options. I would prefer to be asked for my order at the table.

Accessible by lift (90 degree turn opening) Not ideal for a boot mobility scooter but i managed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcome, catered for my allergies. Service is a little slow when busy on weekend but we were happy enough to wait with our unlimited refills.

Just down the road from our hotel is this perfectly adequate Nandos which we were incredibly grateful for, having spent all day on our feet and not particularly wanting to go too far for dinner. There is nothing particularly noteworthy about this restaurant. It is much the same as any other Nandos you can visit across the country/globe. The staff - principally youngsters as you would expect - all seemed nice, and the kitchen seemed very efficient, as we weren't waiting too long for our orders. The food itself was as nice as it ever is in Nandos. I'm partial to Nandos but don't have it very often. It never disappoints, and this one certainly didn't. A good choice.

Friendly staff. There are many vegan and gluten free options. And the sauce is delicious. We Got humus and sweet potato’s. We got the salad and spicy bean burger. All were great.

First time having Nando’s. I had very high expectations. The service was really good and the atmosphere was great. The food was alright nothing crazy. The sauces were very good I must say. The prices are expensive but I guess that’s to keep up with inflation and what not. 40£ for 2 meals. Had to try it at least once, will I be coming back? I don’t know maybe I had the wrong meal but I don’t think I enjoyed the food enough to try it again.

Pooja was absolutely lovely and accommodated us very well. She is so attentive and checked on me and my friends a good amount of times. Absolutely lovely and kind hearted lady and I only met her for like 30 minutes.

Worst nandos I've ever had. I ordered peri chips and they didn't come. I also ordered chicken burger plain it came eith 3 different sauces. Burger was also supposed to be hot and it came mild. When I complained I was told that was what I ordered so that's what I got. After speaking to a manager I got a refund.

I recently visited Nando's and, while the quality of the food was commendable, my overall experience was significantly marred by poor management and service inefficiencies. Upon ordering, I was informed that the chicken liver, which was listed as available on the menu, was actually out of stock. This discrepancy between the menu and actual stock was quite disappointing. Furthermore, the wait time for my order was excessively long, amounting to nearly an hour and ten minutes. Despite the waiter's offer of a complimentary dessert as compensation, I declined, as I believe such fundamental issues should not occur in the first place. It is a matter of basic principles and customer respect. While the food quality met my expectations, the management's handling of staff and menu availability was subpar. Improved coordination and accurate representation of menu items are essential to ensure a satisfactory dining experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly, as Nando's has the potential to provide an excellent dining experience with the right operational adjustments.

Nando's never disappoints. Absolutely delicious. Friendly host, easy to order via phone or app and great service. Lemon zest flavoring is my fave topped with your choice of spice 😋.

Food and service took about 8 years to achieve anything. Staff were fighting with each other which at least provided us some entertainment as the starvation withered away our bodies. Food was tasty once it finally arrived.

They were packed on a friday evening but we were able to secure a table in the basement. Kudos on the ordering system. It is seamless and the food arrived impeccably within a few minutes. The food is good but the chicken butterfly was exceptional.

Note: whenever I come here, they never bring food altogether, so my friend is gonna get hers 5-10 mins first and I’ve to wait. However today they told me after I ordered that they don’t have breast piece chicken and it’s going to take 20-25 mins and they got my friends food. What kind of service is this, I could have just come alone then?? The manager needs to wake up here!

It was my first time ever at a Nando’s after all, I’ve been seeing branches everywhere but I was displeased when I ordered and got my food. The portion was ridiculous, I paid £15 but I wished I had taken my stipend elsewhere. A chicken thigh looked it was a chick’s and not an actual chicken. The service was great! Syeda was really nice but I’d hoped to be more impressed by Nando’s. I hope to never have to go into another one again.

Walked into this nandos at around half 4 in the afternoon, i asked for a table just for 1 and was told i couldnt be seated eventhough there was at least 8 empty tables in front of my eyes, i was told i could still order takeaway, so why could i not dine in? Asked how long the wait time is, got told half an hour, and i replied that i didnt mind waiting for the food but they still said they couldnt seat me.

This was the new experience in Nando’s never been before. Like the hygiene stuff was missing specially the people who are cooking inside the kitchen some of them not wearing hair net to protect their hairs to not to fall in food. The waiting was log and they treat people accordingly to the table for 4 or 2 what ever is the size of people. That was strange again. Like the hygiene was not maintained accordingly to the Nando’s standards. They have very less start hardly 10 almost and it was very busy, because it was on Sunday I don’t blame service because of the less staff. The staff members are very nice and they try to help us. The food was not Hot when they served us. Food was delicious so no more complaints.

Can’t go wrong with Nando’s. The only thing I would suggest is to make the sauces less sour…

This was the place I visited to grab something for me and my friend in London. Had nachos and drinks here. Good food, service etc.. crowded area.

I usually don't complain in my reviews for the restaurants and Nandos usually is the place where you get good food and pleasant service. This time however we were a bit disappointed with everything. Food gets 4* as apparently they've run out of the butterfly chicken weeks ago, which makes us wonder how fresh the food was + this is something that we would usually go for and is a staple in Nando's menu. My fiance's got some odd chip that was covered with vinegar even though he hasn't used it for anything. We've asked to be moved to the lower level as there were plenty of seats available there, but we were told that we have to crowd on the upper floor as we were given a table next to other people. We waited really long to have our glasses delivered too and the place was not really bursting with customers.

Waiting time near to zero. Good and tasty food. Team always checking up on customers to know how are they doing. Overall it was a good experience for me, I would recommend passing by this Nando’s for experiencing very good chickens.

Just another Nandos. Soaks in the famished city operators after a hard day's work or a drink. It gets loud but that's to be expected. Good service as usual at the chain. And of course good grilled chicken, fries, sides, sauces.

Did a great job catering for gluten free meals and avoiding cross contamination; have celiac/coeliac and didn’t get sick. Those with allergies need to order at the till. Food came out flagged.

Conhecido restaurante de frango numa boa atmosfera mas sinceramente acho bem complicado para quem vai na primeira vez. Infelizmente a experiência não foi muito boa porque em dia de chuva e com 3 carrinhos de bebé, nem foram capazes de ajudar a entrar nem subir os degraus. O frango é grande demais e fica muito seco.

Chicken is very dry, place is so noisy you can't hear yourself think. Staff are all lovely though. Good for a quick bite to eat
