Food 10/10 The staff need to be mentioned. Even when they are short staffed, they did an amazing job. Service never lagged and were super accommodating. Honeslty staff 10/10

Walked into this nandos at around half 4 in the afternoon, i asked for a table just for 1 and was told i couldnt be seated eventhough there was at least 8 empty tables in front of my eyes, i was told i could still order takeaway, so why could i not dine in? Asked how long the wait time is, got told half an hour, and i replied that i didnt mind waiting for the food but they still said they couldnt seat me.

This was the new experience in Nando’s never been before. Like the hygiene stuff was missing specially the people who are cooking inside the kitchen some of them not wearing hair net to protect their hairs to not to fall in food. The waiting was log and they treat people accordingly to the table for 4 or 2 what ever is the size of people. That was strange again. Like the hygiene was not maintained accordingly to the Nando’s standards. They have very less start hardly 10 almost and it was very busy, because it was on Sunday I don’t blame service because of the less staff. The staff members are very nice and they try to help us. The food was not Hot when they served us. Food was delicious so no more complaints.

We came here for my partner’s birthday lunch and it was great! The server Rabi was really attentive and even gave us a freebie, making the experience that much better. Definitely recommend, will be coming back!

Good food but the staff,just WOW! Zee was so kind and helpful ,this girl knows how to deliver a good costumer service,give this girl a raise and a higher position!!!Everybody that served us was really nice in fact! Although the food take an age to arrive and we had plans for after so we were in a rush , Abdullah was very kind and accommodating , rushed food when it was needed particularly when we were feeling stressed and ‘applied some pressure’

Great service yesterday for my friend and I who had lunch here, special mention to the lovely lady checking in and taking care of us!

I ordered a food and haven't received my order. App just changed status as delivered and probably the delivery driver gave my food to a random person. They didn't want to send me another order.

We throughly enjoyed dinner at Nando’s today. Syeda was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and well cooked.

Stopped off for lunch. Really lovely food and friendly staff. The online ordering system was broken so people had to queue, crowding the area a little. Also ladies' toilet out of order which as a little inconvenient. Still a really enjoyable lunch though.

Food is always good and as expected, but there was a huge delay between the orders being delivered, I.e. a slice of cheesecake took over 30 minutes to come from the point of order? Also, it felt as though staff selected who they wanted to speak with? Other than showing us to our table, we got no communication from any staff?

Had the best Nando’s experience ever thanks to Zee. He was incredibly attentive and made sure any issues were sorted out promptly.

This was the place I visited to grab something for me and my friend in London. Had nachos and drinks here. Good food, service etc.. crowded area.

I usually don't complain in my reviews for the restaurants and Nandos usually is the place where you get good food and pleasant service. This time however we were a bit disappointed with everything. Food gets 4* as apparently they've run out of the butterfly chicken weeks ago, which makes us wonder how fresh the food was + this is something that we would usually go for and is a staple in Nando's menu. My fiance's got some odd chip that was covered with vinegar even though he hasn't used it for anything. We've asked to be moved to the lower level as there were plenty of seats available there, but we were told that we have to crowd on the upper floor as we were given a table next to other people. We waited really long to have our glasses delivered too and the place was not really bursting with customers.

Waiting time near to zero. Good and tasty food. Team always checking up on customers to know how are they doing. Overall it was a good experience for me, I would recommend passing by this Nando’s for experiencing very good chickens.

Food is usual nandos. Decent. I put 4 not less cause you know what to expect. Every time I go they water down the coke even more, obviously this is not the fault of the guys that work there but upper management decision to cut costs. Also could have been cleaner and tables a bit more spaced out. Tired of rubbing elbows with strangers

Just another Nandos. Soaks in the famished city operators after a hard day's work or a drink. It gets loud but that's to be expected. Good service as usual at the chain. And of course good grilled chicken, fries, sides, sauces.

Did a great job catering for gluten free meals and avoiding cross contamination; have celiac/coeliac and didn’t get sick. Those with allergies need to order at the till. Food came out flagged.

Conhecido restaurante de frango numa boa atmosfera mas sinceramente acho bem complicado para quem vai na primeira vez. Infelizmente a experiência não foi muito boa porque em dia de chuva e com 3 carrinhos de bebé, nem foram capazes de ajudar a entrar nem subir os degraus. O frango é grande demais e fica muito seco.

Chicken is very dry, place is so noisy you can't hear yourself think. Staff are all lovely though. Good for a quick bite to eat

This nando's is too chaotic. I've been here three times and every time i come they're always out of everything, including chicken. The staff are here also dgaf and sometimes randomly substitute parts of your meal without asking. However one waitress did give us free pastel de nata at the end which was very nice of her. Although on the whole I'd rather have just got what i ordered.

The staff are friendly and good service here. Have been twice with a large group recently and they have always done what they could to accommodate us with no trouble. Usually plenty of space and not too busy. Food is a little bit average in this one and can be a bit dry but would still go if I need something to eat.

The food was very nice, although it took a long time to arrive. They also gave us a table that was in a corner right under a speaker, and the music was very loud and annoying, we could barely hear each other talking

Service was terrible. Took over30 minutes to get our food. Mostly because those who placed orders after my friend and I did, got theirs first. When I spoke to the manager to express how disappointed we were, there was no customer reimbursement because the food order was incorrect, then it was cold.

The worst Nando's I've been to in 11 years of eating there. Avoid at all costs. Consistently runs out of food pre 9pm and don't bother telling you until after you order. Customer service stinks - Lui (one of the managers there) is a disgrace.

We usually go here every Friday and 9/10 the food is great, quick and on time. However, occasionally there are delays or no seats so for that reason I've have to drop a star.

I'm actually writing this review even before leaving the restaurant! The food is wonderful and fresh, there is ample space available, not crowded, but the staff are what makes this place..."A Great Place!" A special thank you to Baby, who went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure my son and I were comfortable and enjoyed our food, this kind gentleman is a great asset to this establishment and his customer service is priceless, always smiling and happy to help! Thank you sincerely 🙏 We will be returning very soon.

The place was clean , staff friendly , and the food was quick and hot. Toilets clean . Lovely vibe for grabbing food between the lunch and dinner rush. If ever back in this part of London, I'll definitely pop into this Nando

This is our first time eating at Nando’s. Good service here, especially Sooraj, who’s been great help! Chicken’s little dry, but the sauce is spot on.

The ordering system has changed post pandemic and you need to use a QR code to order and food is brought at your table. Drinks are ordered separately. Having a Nandos account and logging in is required even if you are at the store. The food quality has remained good given that this restaurant is considered as fast food. The food was delivered super fast and all food was exactly what was ordered. I visited post 7pm on a weekday and the place was half empty and understaffed. We were advised by staff that minimum order waiting time was 25 minutes from the time of ordering. One of the group requested in the app order that her chicken was a drumstick rather than a breast. She had to wait 30 minutes waiting for her food until she was told that the kitchen had ran out of drumsticks. Eventually 10 minutes later a drumstick was found (!) and brought to the table. The manager admitted that there was a breakdown in communication and a refund was given without having to ask for it. My suggestion is that because this place gets busy on weekends and is understaffed that you allocate ample time to sit down and wait for your order and for any order mishaps.

The food was good as usual for a Nandos but I would recommend they organize themselves better. We (two people) arrived a bit before noon and the restaurant was empty and ordered straight away. We then had to wait 35+ minutes for our food to arrive when we had ordered a fully-loaded fried, a platter of sweet potato wedges and 10 wings. Other people near us who arrived around the same time as us got their food after 45+ minutes of waiting. Have been eating at various Nandos in the past and never had to wait as long as I did today.

Your typical Nando experience. Expect the normal fare of cheeky nandos However for the love of God do not come on Friday evenings. The service time is nightmarish and the chicken is lukewarm and dry. Service is untimely, but definitely polite and did offer compensatory drinks. Eat here on Friday at your own peril. On other nights it's alright.

Not a great experience today - wouldn’t do a simple substitution which I get in every other branch. Wasn’t overly welcoming either :/ For a rather lacking menu with good vegan options, it would be nice if they could accommodate like every other branch I’ve recently been into.

Good Nandos, but the waiting time could be improved.

Started ok They took our number and advised it was a ~20 minutes wait After ~30 minutes and no call - we went back. They had called the wrong number ! We ordered 3 starters to share. 1st arrived after ~30 minutes 2nd arrived after a further ~ 20 minutes 3rd just never arrived despite asking - they just came back to us Ordered red slaw as part of the main Another ~40 minutes after the 2nd starter arrived - we were told that the main was ready - but that they had no red slaw. Did we want something else ? We chose garlic bread Despite “brig ready” it took another 20 minutes to arrive We asked about the missing starter - very polite response - but no. It never arrived. The table next to us (4 people) got all of their starters and mains at different times. They walked out. It was a similar service story throughout the restaurant Never go here - awful service.

Lovely restaurant very handy you can order online just scan the we code on your table server was very helpful as it was our first time at Nando’s gave us extra ice cream as it was our first time great value and food tasted delicious would definitely go again you can refill your soft drinks as many times as you want

Hadn’t been nandos in a while, met with amazing friendly workers including the host, waiter and food runner. Particularly baby and sooraj went well out of their way to make sure everyone was having the best evening. Although busy they were very hardworking. They checked in frequently with us to make sure our food was great and service was just as good even at the end of our dining we were asked if everything was good. Had a great evening thank you very much.

Ordered 2 wraps, spicey. I received 2 half sized wraps, wrap was undercooked and the spicey was some sort of sweet sauce. Won't go back, will try somewhere else.
