Really amazing service. Good food unlike last time I had at another branch was bit burnt. Had to order more and take some away too

About what you can expect from a semi-fine dining restaurant. Food was nice and hot, and the Fanta chicken that I love had a nice taste. All as usual. We had a family meal I believe; me, my parents and siblings all shared it and were full up. Approx 50 pound spent and we had leftovers worth 2 people even after the 5 of us hungry people munched on the food. Met this really nice guy who makes the food, he’s doing business studies I believe. Waitress was very nice. Atmosphere is also about what you can expect from Nando’s. A bit less decorative than Nando’s in Balham but still nice. Only thing bad about the restaurant was the bottomless soft serve machine broke down. It’s my favourite part of Nando’s. However, this probably won’t affect you as much as it does me so I’ll give it a 3.8/5. Thanks

The restaurant hanged up on me and wont picked up the next call. Tbh Nandos UK hs the worst service ever ngl. Nandos in another country is just fine.

What good service! It was our first time here and the staff was super attentive, they explained to us how the service works with great patience. 10/10 the wings, super delicious, with a real grill flavor and the sauce met my expectations. The guy at the reception and the girl who served us at the table are THE BEST.

Worst Nando’s ever. I wish I could give zero. I ordered online and it said the order would be ready in 20 mins but I waited for 40 mins while the restaurant was not busy at all. I don’t know what kind of chicken leg takes 40 mins to cook. Maybe they start from killing the chicken. And the staffs were unhelpful and unapologetic. Very unpleasant experience. Hideous.

The food is exquisite!! The dishes were super abundant and 4 people ate for 90 pounds! Super economical 🤤 the waitress was always very attentive, her name is Jessica ☺️I highly recommend it!! Without a doubt we will return

A few months ago, I visited this Nando’s with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Poly and Blossom for their warm smiles and outstanding service, it truly made our visit even better !

Excellence service from William and Pri really greatful

Went here for the first time in months for a lunch hour with my wife who was working, and was so disappointed by the service at the counter. I was stood behind someone ordering and with no one behind me. When the customer finished ordering and went back to his table, the member of staff walked off. He came back and instead of serving me, answered the phone and spoke for over 5 minutes. After he got off the phone, he looked at me and said he'll be a few minutes - at this point I showed my annoyance and told him that he needs take my order (and that I am on a lunch hour) instead of answering the phone - that's the basics of customer service - serve the person in front of you. His response was that customers have the option to order online, to which I replied that I chose the option to order at the counter and that should be respected. He continued to repeat that I have the option to order online as he basted more chicken. He gave me an emergency service discount for the inconvenience but I would have rather just been served properly. The only decent thing was the member of staff upstairs who was both attentive and kind. I will not be going here again to be made to feel like I'm not welcome.

Visited for a small birthday party for my daughter. Last minute decision but the staff promptly offered seating area for 12+ kids plus 6 adults. Food and drinks was delivered promptly and staff assisted with storing the cake in the fridge for us. Thank you very much to all the staff and keep up with the good work. Cheers

Chicken was a a little undercooked and honestly that peri peri mac and cheese was nothing to write home about. But the Fanta chicken was superb!

Bad service and poor customer service

William at the Westbourne Grove Nando’s provided excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude really enhanced the experience. Would definitely recommend!

OMG. I came to review and see that thr problem existed 5 years ago also. Its gone on thar long! Its now worse. The staff hide in the kitchen not cooking, the waiting staff the cleaning staff all hide their to not do any work. This nanfos is so diety and you rarely find a table because.... its dirty and unccleared after previous customers because the staff, who appear to be illegal immigrants, dont want to earn their money. Just receive handouts. No one wishes to present themselves as the manager, and nandos has no telephone number for head office. Its disgusting and a mouse ran over my foot while I waited to receive junkfood. That's it, I'm done!.... previous review 5 years ago: Mostly tasteless greasy junk at stupid prices for what it is, but if u treat it as a Kentucky fried chicken with the food brought to ur table, slightly better, then you wont be disappointed. Dont bother asking ur food the way u want it, eg extra well cooked, because in my entire multiple years of going, it has never been honoured. There are many decent REAL restaurants to go to instead for similar prices, but some people have weird tastes lol.

We visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday night without a reservation to celebrate my son’s birthday with his friends—12 children and 8 adults. Despite the large group and the weekend rush, the staff was incredibly welcoming and found us seating within 5-7 minutes. They set us up with two tables upstairs, and the entire staff was polite and attentive. A special thank-you to the lady named Blossom! She was absolutely amazing—polite, friendly, and her service was outstanding. Even with the children running up and down, she handled everything with grace. I noticed her coming out of the kitchen with her hands full of food, yet she always had a warm smile and a professional attitude. Blossom truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Thank you for such a memorable experience! We will definitely be back.

Service Is so good Blossom was very nice and made very funny jokes I think she’s the best waiter I’ve ever seen in my life she would check up to see if we are fine and of course I have to give her a review there was no unclean things in the table and yeah it has to be a 5 star

After waiting an hour and 25 minutes to get our mains, to be told that it was our fault for ordering starters, even the table next to us laughed. The manager's in complete denial. All staff admitted it was excessively long because all the other tables that came after us got all of their food but the manager just could not hold his hands up and accept that he was at fault. With such arrogance I feel like not to go there again. Total refusal for any compensation made out he was doing us a favor. It was actually quite laughable. Mohammed was a true gentleman but he was limited in what he could do.

I’ve been having Nandos at least once a month for over 15 years and today I can honestly say was my worst experience. No one greeted my sister and I. We had to seat ourselves, which was a task as most of the tables were dirty from previous guests. I went to the till and ordered as I wanted to specify what piece of chicken I wanted, the man at the till was welcoming and polite. We then had to wait 35 minutes for our food. When the food came it was stone cold, I was in disbelief that they presented us with that cold food. We sent our food back and was given fresh sides but the chicken was just drenched in more sauce reheated for a few seconds and handed back to us. We sent it back again. We sat with our sides as we waited for the chicken. By this time we had already lost our appetite having to sit surrounded by tables with leftover food. We were not asked how the food as we usually are. We still had our red stick on our table at the end of our meal. Terrible experience and a big waste of money. Quite disappointing as we visited her last week and our host Blossom was lovely but they were clearly extremely under staffed today. I won’t be back.

Nice place with delicious chicken We love the bottom less cola option and chicken thighs were good. The only thing was that the lettuce of Caesar salad was not fresh.

No queue. Food was served within minutes of us placing our order. Lovely cute Nando’s in a nice location. Close by to the tube station.

Mohammed was very helpful with taking our order to serving us. He was continuously checking if we was OK and if we needed anything else. He was happy to be as helpful as he could be

The food was lukewarm and the chicken tasted “funny” and not fresh. The staff wasn’t especially friendly but wasn’t rude either they were pretty busy and it was hard to stop them in their tracks to ask them a question. The music and vibes were nice though this is probably the worst Nando’s I have ever eaten at sadly.

Had a great lunch there on Saturday 1 PM. Got seated quickly and had the full platter, which was excellent. Thank you to Jess for her service.

I’m a regular here at Nando’s Bayswater and the customer service is always amazing. All the staff go above and beyond not to mention the food is delicious. I would like to thank William in particular for always greeting us with a warm welcome and making sure we are always satisfied.

I went for dinner with a group of about 9 people, they made a few adjustments to one of the seating spots upstairs and made enough room for all of us. They have excellent waiters and servers, who made sure we were comfortable and satisfied at every point during our dining. They would come over often to check on us and provide us with anything we needed. I had the loaded fries, butterfly chicken and peri salted fries. The creamy mash wasn’t fantastic but it was edible I guess, the rest however were quite okay.

Food was amazing and our waiter Beto was even better, fantastic service :)

This is one of my favorite restaurants all over the world. Food is excellent, service as well, what about the taste? The best all tims! With a variety of options that suits all tastes! I would like specially to thank Jordana for helping me preparing the table and get it cleaned quickly , gave me the option to order via QR code .. as I mentioned I can’t go upstairs due to pregnancy she totally understand and stand long. Big thanks for her!!

I enjoyed my experience in this Nando’s , Nando’s has been a regular spot for me and my friends , but in my experience in this place , William was absolutely amazing and took great care of our group. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much to the team , and I want to thank Blossom because she was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing people, amazing service, amazing food and just one of the best restaurants ive ever been to. One of the servers came and checked up on us and gave us great recommendation every so while... Just amazing!

Would give 0 if I could… I completely forgot after we came here about a year ago just how bad the chicken was and it all came back once we ate it again. I got a half chicken & chips. Struggled to finish both and has actually put me off Nando’s completely!! How can you ignore all these terrible reviews, reflection of really bad management & if I’m honest with these standards I’m actually surprised you are running. The chicken had horrible red bits of blood, was chewy and did not taste fresh at ALL! The chips genuinely tasted like frozen ones, horrible after taste and again not fresh at all. Come on, you’re in Bayswater! A place you would least expect such terrible quality of food! The lady actually asked me at the end how I felt about the food, I was honest and said I didn’t enjoy it at all because I was that disappointed. My dad also tried and completely agreed! The lady offered to get another chicken saying it was a bad one which of course I couldn’t think of anything worse as I knew it would be exactly the same! She said she was sorry and that she’d tell the manager, I watched her and she said nothing to him and they carried on with service as normal. Clearly you do not care about customer service & that you are building a terrible reputation. After that second experience, I will NEVER be returning again and strongly advise everyone else not to! I wish I took pictures so you could see for yourself. It truly put me and my family off having nandos ever again which is such a shame as I know other branches aren’t like this but it was genuinely that bad!!

Food is good, portion sizes vary a lot though, I don't know if it's because of shrinkflation but butterfly chicken and fries side size has gotten noticeably smaller. Also tables upstairs are very wonky. Particularly table 23. Staff is very friendly plus tables near window are great.

The worst nandos I've ever been to. I've been to nandos in 3 different countries including here in the UK (2 different cities) and all was very authentic and very nice. However, this branch failed to even meet the bar minimum by any chance. I have paid £25 for lunch for one person and the experience was horrible. Food wasn't very good in general, the rice was horrible in taste and was very oily. Salad was tasting horrible and the chicken wasn't fresh along with so many blood clots. The guy was about to scam me for £50 (thankfully I remembered before leaving the cashier and took it back from him).

By far the best Nando’s branch, very clean and the food is fresh every time. Special mention to Freddie who was very friendly and approachable, he delivered top notch customer service. I couldn’t help but notice how he meticulously kept the sauces/drinks area/tables clean. Nando’s is very lucky to have him. Thank you Freddie!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I have been to many Nandos before and this was my first time trying Nandos Bayswater since I just moved here in Westbourne Grove and I thought I would be a regular in this branch since it's a minute walk from where I live. I already know how it works so when I stood by the entrance, the staff could see me but no one was attending to me so I decided to just choose a table number so I can go ahead to the counter to order since there are lots of empty tables anyway on both floors (upstairs and downstairs). To my surprise, the male manager with blonde hair asked if I was doing takeaway and I said I am sitting in and he told me to go back to the front door and wait for someone to take me to a table. I was already waiting there for another 15 minutes, I could see lots of empty tables and yet when the female waitress approached me, I told her I am still waiting to be taken to a table then a couple came in the door and she decided to just ignore me and went straight to taking the couple to their seat. I don't know if it was because I was Asian and the couple were Caucasians but I was really humiliated so I just left. Looking at the horrendous reviews here from people who experienced the same, I won't ever go back to this branch again.

We waited 30 minutes to be seated after the staff told us our table would be ready in 5. Then we waited another 30 minutes for our food, while we didn’t even get glasses. One portion came 15 minutes before the other one and only after we asked for it (and for the glasses). The staff was really confused when we asked for glasses, like he didn’t understand what we meant. The tables next to us were dirty and nobody put away the dishes after the guests left. The food was also not that good (the chicken was dry and the mashed potatoes too).

ALSO, MANAGER DIEGO IS THE WORST PERSON EVER!!!!!!! HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! DON’T KNOW HOW HE EVEN BECAME A MANAGER!!!!!! GENERALLY, AVOID THIS NANDO’S AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TAKING THE PISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location had good service in the past. Today I had the most unwelcoming experience with very rude behaviour. Taking a wrong order and than having the audacity to tell me it was my fault!!! Experience with both employees was terrible. Avoid this location !

I last ate at this Nando’s about 9 years ago. The standards have dropped. The friendliness of the serving staff was missing. However, the only dish I had was salad and that was well made and delicious

The service at this store is horrendous. A total of four people working a full restaurant. Waiting times for tables and food are extremely long. Not a fault of the staff, they’re just very overworked and understaffed.

The food was excellently prepared. But the chef Thiago and his staff made it more memorable. I thought Nando's was average, but this place changed my mind for the better.

Can't begin to describe what an awful experience I had here. Service was super slow. Took 40 mins jus to order and get the table cleaned. There was no air conditioning as far as I could tell so it was very stuffy. Worst of all the food was awfully dry. The chicken, rice, chips and creamy mash tasted like they'd been made the day before. To top it all off, the cutlery was filthy dirty and the drinks had no fizz whatsoever. All for the pristine price of £30. Id rather go to my local chicken shop next time. Disgusting really.

Excellent service, food was cooked and served on time. Ayani was really helpful and has been very kind for the past 10+ times I’ve visited and assisted me with everything I’ve needed help with. Excellent person all round, makes the dining experience way better.

Went to Nando’s Bayswater for family dinner last night. As our family favourite Going Nando’s for years. Never had that bad experience before. Front door staff are not very welcoming. Having waited for 30 minutes for table even though restaurant looks empty. After order it took 45 minutes to get your food but I am ok with that issue is chicken was cold and dry! I never had that bad chicken in Nando’s before. No one ask us about our food. Terrible customer service.

Extraordinary flavor, appreciated when you are traveling. The best cost-benefit in the area. I hope to be able to return soon.

Visited Nando's Bayswater for our peri peri fix: the food was good, atmosphere were fine, but what made our time there a truly 5/5 experience was our server, Mohamed (Mo). Single-handedly keeping the whole of the upper floor satisfied and was constantly on the go to ensure everyone upstairs was satisfied and looked after. From the moment we were seated to the minute we left, Mo barely took a second to stop and breathe, he was everywhere helping everyone and doing an exceptional job! I never leave reviews, but for his service and hard work alone, I felt I had to take the time to commend him for -- and I'm not exaggerating when I say this -- the BEST customer service I've experience in my 2 years living in London. Polite, efficient and on the ball: GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
