Was pretty quiet when we visited for lunch. Considering how quiet it was service was a little on the slow side but thankfully we weren’t in a rush. Staff were lovely though and the food was great!

I was here for a brunch and I was positively impressed by the quality of the food (loved the pancakes)! The staff is very nice and the place is very nice. Would definitely go back!

I've been to No11 a couple of times now. Great for drinks, with a nice atmosphere - with attentive staff. It wasn't too busy on a Friday night, but it was perfect for a date night.

This is such a cute brunch spot. The food is good but my eggs Benedict wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm. The coffee is incredible and the wifi is fast if you want to work here. The menu is great and the ingredients are fresh. The build your own brioche isn’t great and a bit soggy.

We came here for breakfast and coffee and No11 was amazing. The food was all cooked perfectly with the Eggs Benedict tasting exactly how i like them! - the blueberry pancakes however was the highlight of breakfast with a perfect balance of sweet tasting blueberry compot and the light pancakes. The atmosphere was relaxing and service was attentive but not overbearing - all in all a perfect breakfast experience and i will be returning back!

Nice breakfast, but the options are limited, the price is excellent for the quantity, the food is good, the service is excellent, and the staff are caring and friendly.

The Sunday roast was pretty good, the service was mixed. One server was very warm, everyone else we interacted with was very poor, borderline rude. There was no soap in the men's bathroom the entire time we were here, which was about 90 minutes. I mentioned three times to three different staff, the second time to who I presume to be the manager. None of them seemed particularly bothered and said they would sort it "when they had a moment". It really wasn't that busy - certainly not busy enough to justify no hygiene facilities for 90 minutes.

Service was mediocre at best. They forgot some items from.the order. And also took two hours to bring everything.

Had such a lovely evening. Food was great but the service was even better. All of the waiters were so friendly and relaxed which feels rare in London. Taymar was so great! Thank you!

Just back from lunch with two close friends who were visiting London for the first time from France and wanted a break from fried food and gravy extravaganza. We had a plant-based breakfast, blueberry pancakes and avocado on toast. Everything was spot on, service was really attentive and atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Frenchie-approved. Very hot day. Thirsty, hungry and only an hour before I had to be at London Victoria Coach Station. Called in on the off-chance as there were only a few people in there - it was 4pm. I explained my situation (dripping with sweat) and the wait staff member was really friendly, helpful and professinal and not at all phased by my request for a pint of lime squash with ice [£1!]. I took some time choosing food as I only wanted a snack and was on a restricted diet. Unfortunately my first choice was not available as there were 'no tomatoes' I had a snack plate which was more than ample and delicious but took quite some time to arrive so I had to eat it quickly, which was a shame. Another pint of lime squash was required and the wait staff didn't bat an eyelid and treated me as if I was their best customer. I'm sorry I don't remember the guy's name as he was one of the best wait staff I have met (light coloured hair with a slight European accent).

Have always loved this group of restaurants. No 11 was a perfect choice for a special occasion event. The team were so helpful, organised and everything went to plan. Plenty of drink and food options to cater for large groups too. I couldn't recommend booking No 11 more highly for a birthday/celebration. Thank you to the whole team.

Brought a party of 40-50 people. The warm welcome we received as we walked through the doors, the attentive service throughout the night, and the genuine smiles on your team's faces made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food, and it has become a topic of conversation even now, weeks after the event. What truly set our experience apart was the way the staff anticipated our needs and desires. They made sure every detail was perfect, and their willingness to cater to our special requests did not go unnoticed.

Number 11 was a great place for our university reunion. Good ambience and relaxed vibe. Restaurant was well prepared for our group of 11. We had one long table with plenty of space around. Background sound levels were good for conversation. The food was good, and there was plenty of choice with vegetarian options. We were looked after by Maria, nothing was too much trouble and service was well timed. There were many positive comments from the group. Thanks, Number 11, for helping make our day special!

A wonderful location for a lazy lunch with friends. The restaurant easily catered for our group of 9. The menu has such a wide choice that every member had no difficulty in choosing a delicious option. Great service from an attentive team and individual payments were efficiently managed. Very disappointing service. Just came back from the restaurant and I’m fuming, by far one the worst experience I had dinning out. My mom accidentally brushed her hand against the waitress belly (she is pregnant) while trying to get her attention and she completely flipped on her, got aggressive while saying ‘do not touch me’. I understand people have boundaries and that they need to be enforced, but there was no reason to get aggressive and treat us in such a rude way. My mom left in tears wondering what she have done wrong. This was one of my favourite restaurants, but I will not be coming back.

I like the quietness and coziness of this place that attracts a youngish professional crowd. The food menu’ is modern british, the cocktail menu quiete interesting. The service was friendly and attentive. Loved our informal Monday dinner there.

What a perfect way to end the day on a wednesday! This was my second time here and I absolutely adore this place. The food is simply fantastic and rich, the atmosphere is calm, cosy, comfortable but chique! Sam was wonderful at taking care of us, great costumer service. I’m very pleased! Lovely experience.

Staff here last week were livesavers. I was stranded with a dead phone, no debit card and no transport out of there. Even though the place was about to close they let me sit in, charge my phone and really helped me get myself home (which was about 80 miles out of London). To the three of you working Saturday 02/09, thank you!!

Had an evening bottomless dinner, and the food and drink was amazing! Great value for bottomless drinks, not your normal one or two drinks, but a whole menu of cocktails! The food was great and came out very prompt! Our two waitresses (Karina and Alisha) were extremely attentive, and great fun! Waiting on us hand and foot, we never fault forgotten or neglected! Highly recommend - 10/10

Ah, No. 11, the restaurant where we defied all odds to have a memorable brunch! Picture this: a trio of exhausted souls stumbling in like the cast of a sleep-deprived sitcom. My ex-housemate, our brave friend surviving on 1.5 hours of sleep after a wild night out, and me, valiantly battling tonsillitis – a sight for sore eyes, indeed! We had grand plans for the bottomless brunch, but at 11:30 am, facing endless mimosas felt more like a punishment than a treat. So, we wisely downgraded to bottom-ful brunch instead. The smart choice, you know! I decided to go for the smoked salmon and eggs on toast, and it was a revelation. The eggs were cooked just the way I like them – a tiny victory amidst our chaotic morning. As the food worked its magic, I felt a glimmer of improvement, so I thought, why not push the boundaries and order an espresso martini? Now, let me tell you, the service might have been a bit slow, but when that martini arrived, it was like a beacon of hope. Sipping it, I felt the alcohol hit the back of my throat like a champ, only to be followed by a momentary regret as my body rebelled against my caffeine and vodka combo. But hey, in the end, the strong martini acted like a numbing potion, and I felt like a brave soldier conquering tonsillitis on the brunch battlefield. No. 11, thank you for the adventure – a brunch we won't soon forget! Just a pro tip: it's the perfect place to come if you need an excuse to mix medicinal drinks with delicious dishes. The booking process was really straightforward, communication before and during the event was really easy and the team were so friendly and helpful on the night! To me, it was nothing special. We went with friends with a kid so it was nice that it was spacious and not too full before noon on the weekend. But the food is just ok.

used to go here all the time a couple of years ago but this time was different. the staff was busy standing outside across the street smoking and drinking beer whilst the food was standing there waiting to get served (and went cold). The bartender (who was the only one working) was super nice and did his best to help.

The food was ok the burger was quite nice but a bit expensive, my partner had the lamb leg which was over £19 and for the price was quite small. The food overall was tasty but expensive

Spacious, nice selection of drinks and good food. I love the laid back atmosphere where you are not rushed unlike most other bars and restaurants in London.

A very disappointing visit. Our group arrived for an early evening bite and we felt the food was not edible. Not one of us could finish their plates (even the salad did not taste nice). Service was also lacking, took ages until the food was ready even though the place was half empty. One chap seemed to know what he was doing but the rest of the waiters paid no attention and ignored the guests. Real shame as the place has potential.

Really disappointed with the service and experience. When we arrived for a table I’d booked, it wasn’t laid ready. Drinks took about 20 minutes to come and our food was well over an hour. Our waitress then was surprised we hadn’t got our food, as if we weren’t her table. We then couldn’t start eating due to lack of cutlery from not having laid the table, then the fire alarm went off, no one seemed to be terribly bothered about us and felt as if we’d been left in the corner. I’d organised this as part of a day out for my friend getting married and us as a group of bridesmaids - really soured the day

This gastro pub is an old favourite of mine and has been reinvented by new owners to make it a great spot. Food and service are excellent. Looking forward to going back soon.

We hired the upstairs private room for a work party. In the run up to the event Billie was so helpful, she came back very quickly to any questions we had and was flexible when we wanted to change some of the orders at the last minute. On the evening the room was set up really nicely with drinks ready for everyone on arrival and the two team members who were serving were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were constantly checking in with us that everything was ok. We had a wonderful evening - thank you very much :)

I don't understand why this place is still in business. The service is appalling and they still charge 12.5% for it. 4 or 5 people hanging around the bar area and chatting but clearly not waiting on tables. The food is tasteless and comes in small portions.

Nice food, very good (varied) menu and friendly staff. Only a short walk from Sloane Square but much better and less crowded than the restaurants there. If one is driving, easy to park round there on weekends.
