I used to live local and this was my go to place, ordered my food and everything was on point! Their los pollos sauce is absolutely amazing!

My go to Peri Peri chicken place, better than the well known generic slightly bland one. Just has much much more flavour. The Los Pollos sauce is something else. My go to for close to 10 years.

Food was delivered before the time but i felt whilst eating it that it looked undercooked. I just woke up from sleep and vomitted it back out. Bun was stale but I ate it because I was hungry, never again

What an amazing place in Kentish Town. Every time I’ve been here the food has been spot on. The service was perfect each time. Good prices and good quality when delivered too. I would strongly recommend this place.

Alot of options and very tasty, just one thing missing is the option to choose the sauce on the burgers/wraps and pitta options. Other than that would highly recommend

I paid for 2 drinks I only received the 7up but not the tango. Bit disappointing as they're usually very very good and it's my usual go to for food delivery as the quality is really great. Shame the missing drink was a let down on this occasion.

Coming home from work, I decided to order from JustEat as I was hungry and too tired to cook. It came late however, leaving me hungrier and tired. I feel that I should have used another service or cooked myself. I'm not very happy.

This is the 3rd time I am ordering from this restaurant, and I have even introduced colleagues to the restaurant, but last night not only was my food 45mins late bit it is the second time I have ordered corn with my meal and received severely burnt corn that I had to throw away. I took a picture for reference as I was disappointed.

The food was good, but presentation was a letdown. It leaked all over the paper bag because it was served in a paper foil sleeve that spilt. It would have been nice to have cutlery and paper plate too. It was a tasty meal though.

Food quality has gone down. Best positive thing is big boss man delivered the food. Overall milkshake was super runny chicken wasn’t cooked proper. Won’t be ordering here for a while. Thanks anyways.

sadly the burger i ordered was not great quality. very soggy with 2 massive beef patties which i could tell were frozen and not freshly made in house, it almost fell apart immediately and really not very tasty at all.. the fries were bang average and the hot wings very average too. they used to do chicken really well unsure why quality has gone downhill. overall - overpriced for quality standard.

Best delivery people are from Los Pollos, so kind and smiley! We are local and devoted to this place. Food always hot, grilled with those nice black bits left from the grill, packed well to save heat, coleslaw fresh and crispy. My daughter always orders milkshakes, her number 1. I never failed or with lamb, or chicken, or fries, it's the food you can rely on, delivered with heart <3

The food tasted great and packed with flavour. Surprisingly the chicken burgers were better than the beef burger. But would deffo order again!

The food was great and big man the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful as always.

Ordered the mix platter sizzler and peri peri wings. Absolutely dreadful. The quarter chicken was the driest I have ever tasted! The chicken wings were grilled to blandness and the rice is disgusting! Overall horrible meal, not to mention an hour delay in arriving! The lamb chop was quite nice but only one, the rest of it is garbage!

Driver didn’t contact me when outside my premises food was left at bottom of flat cold and items missing

Food was amazing it was one of the best burgers ive had in a long time, it was cooked perfectly, however i was missing sauces from my order along with missing ingredients from my burger also.

Delivery rider made me come out in the rain and get my food. Not a good service.

The food was cold, the milkshake was sickening and tasted like something else was mixed in it and the burger burn was ripped open on the top. I’ve ordered from Los Pollos many times but this time the food was awful and much later than stated with no explanation . I won’t be ordering from there again

Good quality food everything tasted fresh and delivery was on time which was amazing. My POV is the juicy Lucy burger was far too cheesy and creamy for my tastebuds I would much prefer fried onions and gherkin options if it was made available. Overall great thank you!

First time customer, recommended by a friend. I got a meal for 2 and the portions were perfect. The chicken was full of flavor and the sweet chilli and Los pollos sauce added the right kick. Only thing is, the chicken could have done with a few more minutes cooking time on the grill. I will be ordering again though.

Did not like Tamarind sauce in burger. Twisters were over fried.

It’s over rated. I had chicken wings and it was tasteless. I don’t taste no lemon herb here. Just plain. Burger is alright. Also I have requested for sauces in my note. They have not giving me any which was annoying I had to eat without the sauces.
