We waited 60 minutes for our food, my corn on the cob was completely burnt. The staff very slow even though the restaurant wasn't full. Tables were not cleared or cleaned. Leftover food was on the floor. This was the worst Nando's we ate at. Not going to Nandos in Maidstone again!

The staff here were absolutely amazing, really impressed at how enthusiastic they all are and how helpful they are. Adrian especially made us feel very welcome, he was polite, happy and very enthusiastic. He was welcoming from the second we walked in to the moment we left. thankyou again

Came in for a cheeky nandos and its was amazing, we where seat right away and told that we can put our bags behind the booth to make sure we had enough space, it was quite busy for a sunday but the atmosphere and service where amazing, accidentally got given a extra beer, offered to pay for it but was told its on the house which is amazing, 10/10, and thanks to the manger on shift who was outstanding and really put a smile on our faces

Online order made for collection, placed the order 1 hour before chosen time , it was evident that the food had been sat for sometime awaiting my collection as the chicken was very dry when inspected. On the flip side the staff were very friendly and nice, just a shame they'd not timed the preparation of my order correctly .

If we hadn’t had to pay up front we’d have walked out. Prioritising online orders over sit in customers we waited 5 minutes to order whilst they were on the phone. Food was standard Nando’s quality once it arrived after 50 minutes

I was out with family celebrating my granddaughters birthday. The meal was tasting great and then at the end of the meal my older son tipped the rest of a bottle of ketchup his daughter had been using to finish some chips off and out came from the ketchup bottle chicken skin that had been put in there. The manager didn’t even offer refund just said he checks the bottles every day. That was disgusting and customers should be aware! I won’t be eating there again and Nando’s should offer ketchup in sealed packets only. My granddaughter could have been very unwell on her birthday due to this.

It was a good experience to eat at Nando’s. My wife and I enjoyed the place and service, it creates a friendly atmosphere and makes you want to come back. The staff is efficient and friendly, we enjoyed conversations and cracking a few jokes. The food is well seasoned and nice, but sadly it is a surprise how small the portions are. This is my only criticism as when I ate in different Nando’s few years ago the portions seemed larger. With all that in mind it is definitely a recommended place to go and we hope to come back again.

Came here with friends for a birthday lunch. As a veggie I ordered the mushroom and halloumi burger and after a ridiculous wait I was brought a chicken burger. CHICKEN… I am a vegetarian and I find this unacceptable. It then took another 20 minutes to griddle a mushroom.

The service is good, and the employees were friendly. The location is convenient, although the establishment's interior is a little tired. The food is a mixed bag: the chicken was excellent, but the Peri-Salted chips just tasted like oven fries (in other branches, they're spicier for some reason?) and the frozen yogurt was outright foul. Value for money was acceptable - not more, not less. Overall: meh. Not great, not awful (except for the yogurt, which should be avoided like the plague). If you come here, stick to the chicken and you'll likely have a better time.

The place could be improved a little more. However, the food is delicious and the portions are sufficient. Although chain restaurants normally do not offer very delicious food, this place is quite successful. I recommend you to come.

Been to aylsford South loads of times today very disappointing service ok but not as helpfull as usual ignore customers speak to them thay look away I give good reviews but not this time spent a lot of money for bad service sorry tean asked about reward staff on till don't know about rewards

How the heck they get a 4.4 is outrageous!!!! The food we ordered was an absolute shock! Disgusting to say the least!!!!!!! And to not even offer a refund and take their bowl of dog food back is outrageous, Nandos will never see me again!!!!

We invited our grandchildren over to share a take out from Nando’s Maidstone we placed our order and waited patiently An hour and a half later the delivery arrived at a cost of 80 pounds sadly the chicken itself was missing with some side orders meaning the family would not be eating more so the grandchildren who had waited for the so called treat of their choice. I called the branch the call was diverted to an off shore customer care facility i believe in America following another 2 hours on the phone they refunded the chicken element alone and assumed the matter was closed. My family had not eaten and the experience was unacceptable so i drove to the branch. I spoke with Adam the the branch manager who was completely unaware of the issues as the customer car apparently do not update the branches. Regardless i expressed my disappointment with the lack of food delivered and how my family had gone hungry as a result of this poor service at a cost of 80 pounds less the 21 pounds offered as a refund from the customer care to be credited some 5 days after the event. The branch manager Adam offered to intervene with a request for a full refund and a complimentary invite to the branch for us to attend. An email was sent from the branch manager outlining his proposals and detailing the actions he would be taking to make a positive offer to redeem the experience. Since that date we have sent 4 emails and made 3 calls to the branch to confirm the situation as it has remained unresolved. Apparently our emails have not been actioned at branch level the customer care has closed the complaint without a refund and the complimentary invite has at no time been formally confirmed or detailed as to what exactly it would include implied or otherwise. We called the branch today apparently no emails were responded to as they claim they never received them no calls were actioned because no one bothered and apparently voice mail messages were left but there is no account or evidence of these either. We having waited three weeks to have a full refund as promised and a good will gesture confirmed are now still out of pocket for goods not received and no recourse either as the complaint has been closed by Nando’s. I would advise any one ordering a take out to call into the branch in person to place your order and check it prior to leaving as if you allow for the service to be managed by their third party provider they will take no responsibility or action any refunds or even ensure that you and your family are actually fed which was the purpose of the transaction simply our money in return for a complete order of food which never materialised. Not good for a company that claims otherwise …

Very attentive and polite staff

2 out of the 3 times here, and my order was missing items that had been paid for. The manager is quite quick to rectify it, but it will be better to reduce errors. My advice is to check your receipt to ensure nothing is missed out before leaving the restaurant.

Service was fantastic from both the manager on the shift (3rd December evening) and the staff. Food was hot and quickly delivered. Shame about the clientele at the time as they were rude and uncaring towards the staff

Extremely pleased with my experience. Food was good but the customer service was extraordinary. We where served by Arek who is probably way over qualified to be working here as he provided us with the best service I’ve ever received. I’m astounded and will be returning.

The service is so poor. I made an order and it never arrived only to be told they will get back to me in 48 hours. So disappointed. They don't care

So today a friend and I went for an early lunch at Maidstone’s branch!! We were shown to a table, which unfortunately had some dirt on the table so we moved to a new table. The cutlery was dirty on the first floor, I informed Chloe (host) and she was very helpful and made my visit very welcoming. Will definitely be back again just because of such a welcoming host!!

I rarely get to visit Maidstone Nandos since moving away but when I do come back, they never disappoint. Today was no different, I believe it was the shift manager or team leader around 7pm today met me at door with a smile on his face ready to give me my food. Although, he brought me the wrong persons food to begin with. He was a jolly and happy guy and it made me smile. Thanks dude

Not best nandos ever as my creamy mash was more lumpy powder mash but it was changed and 2nd time was ok

our waiter Arek was so lovely, with great conversation skills. the food was good too!! will definitely come back.

We were seated downstairs despite tables of two being available upstairs, which meant we were more prone to children (toddlers) being sat near us - luckily those that were seated around us were fairly quiet. We were surprised at how slow the food took to arrive - unusual for Nandos. We ordered online (2 mins) and waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. My partner was frequently looking over towards the kitchen, and it looked like the chefs spent more time looking at the order screen rather than cooking. We did notice food being served and sat on the hot plates for a while before being collected and delivered to tables - the couple 2 seats away from us did comment on food being ‘warm’. 2 of the 4 chicken thighs on my plate did not have the usual chargrill colour or texture to them which was disappointing - I had to leave the skin to the side.

Never come back! Especially with the kids!

Quite disappointed! Always has excellent service and food but this time it was not so. We waited nearly 50 mins for our meal and then decided to get it as a takeaway inside of eat in. We were offered natas as compensation which was nice but got home and our chicken was very, very tough. Won't be going back any time soon!!

I’ve recently moved to Maidstone and decided to have dinner at the Local Nando’s today and when I walked I was greeted by a friendly guy called Antonio, we had a funny chitchat. Service at the tills was so pleasant and Sandra was so lovely/polite. Thank you team for your lovely service today. Much appreciated.

I’ve been to numerous Nando’s all over London, have also been to Nandos at Bluewater. Nando’s Maidstone has to be the worst Nando’s restaurant ever. The food isn’t seasoned properly, always luke warm and seems to be run by kids who don’t have a clue. Tonight was the last straw, we ordered a take-away this time from Nando’s Maidstone and seriously never eating or ordering from here again. Most of our food was missing, food was cold and not seasoned properly. The price we payed for a meal for two people, it was not worth it at all.

Absolutely terrible, chip and rice sizes halved since last time, food was cold. Restaurant was empty but yet it still took 45 minutes to get served because their primary focus was on delivery food. Restaurant staff looked embarrassed and other customers also had a bad experience. Overall a terrible experience, do not dine here. 😕

Frankie smashed it for us and my constant questions and can I have this and that or if this is possible 😆 absolute legend and the garlic bbq is amazing. I love extra hot but the taste and tanginess is just lovely. Highly recommend

They refused to accept my Nando’s rewards which is misleading and was written by Nando’s themselves. It was quite embarrassing to argue and bargain

Dinner on a Sunday evening - there was issues in the kitchen with delays on people’s food when we arrived causing a lot of people to complain. We did not have any delays luckily. However, this review is for a lovely chap, Alex. He was helpful and polite to every customer that complained and he rushed around and done his best to resolve all issues. He is a complete asset to Nandos.

Food here is always a great meal! It's nandos so what could go wrong?!! If ordering online, be sure to give at least 30mins before going to collect, as they can have delays in kitchen. I think the kitchen struggles to keep up, so there can be a wait for tables to when eating in. I guess that's the price you pay for picking a favourite spot!

Had to wait 50 minutes for food to arrive and they forgot all our sides. Table was very messy when we arrived and floor was dirty.

It's a shame places like Nandos forget they are part of a community.

Small restaurant, experienced a bit of a wait to be seated, but after we sat at our table we was seen pretty quickly, and food was good.

Ate here with my family, my daughter has a severe dairy allergy, she was made to feel really safe, the staff were well informed and extremely helpful. Her food even came out with a little flag saying allergy, we were told her food was prepared in a safe area. Wonderful food , fantastic staff definitely 5* from us

Lovley food but terrible service, everything is online to order and stuff but I came into the restaurant so I’m not always using things online. I was really disappointed and I had to get up 3 times and ask for things because I hadn’t got them yet.

I go to nandos 3 times a week all over the country. This was by far the best service I've received from all of them! I unfortunately didn't get any names, but was served by a young blonde lady who was patient, polite and welcoming and also had a bubbly young lady who served me at my table. Good service is hard to find these days and this was probably the highlight of my day! Thank you 🙏

Will not be ordering on delivery again. Missing item rice. Ordered through Nandos website was charged both a service and a delivery charge. When i called about missing side they only saw fit to refund the missing item leaving my partner with half a meal. At the very least should have refunded the service and delivery charges as they didn't serve or deliver the Complete order as expected. I did explain my feelings on this but there was no movement. Terrible customer service big companies forgetting how to treat paying customers properly. Will not be back for my regular order £45 for a 2 person meal should be looking after customers better

Greeted by a young lad named Jack. Very friendly and polite as well as great at his job. Attentive service and smiles from start to finish. He is a positive benefit to the team.

Ordered online and collected. Food wasn't ready and waited over half hour for food to be cooked, after arriving though it was hot so wasn't too painful. There were chips missing from out order! Everything else was OK Just the waiting around and the missing food. Also the peri salt was sparce on the chips.

Nice enough food but price has crept up over the years.

Delivery not fulfilled because the driver couldn't find a clearly marked house (it has TWO signs, both easily visible from the road and large) then he marked the status as delivered without telling us. If I didn't call up they would have taken my money and ran. We didn't even get our order in the end. Useless.

Ordered Nando’s via deliveroo . Once again - Half the food was missing and the rest was cold . Took over an hour longer than the promised time to reach us. NEVER AGAIN.

Popped into the maid stone branch today for a cheeky nando’s with the family. I was very impressed by the staff incredibly polite and friendly. Especially the manger. Food was fast and everything was hot. Followed the dinner up with a caramel cheesecake which is a favourite of mine.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff and the food was ....chicken. Its what it says on the tin.I felt value wise it was a little pricey for what we got and that was a medium size meal and a drink for £25.

I love Nando’s, staff isn’t always helpful and moody, managers are ok and professional, one thing I don’t like that they lie always about points card, i always hear it’s not working, leave the number with us and it will add up later and it’s never happened.. if I go other Nando’s (like Hempstead valley) they add my points right away.. I feel like I’ve been cheated in Maidstone

First time in Nando’s food was ok burger was cold but I still enjoyed it but if your going to order fizzy drinks don’t bother very watered down to the point it was like drinking water no fizz at all very disappointing all so should warn parents when ordering chicken and chips on the children’s menu that the chicken contains bones was no good for my 2 year old grandson

Ordered on Deliveroo at 9pm on a Wednesday night. You'd think it would be quiet and we would receive well presented food. I had the Fino Pitta, the chicken was burnt, the lettuce was dirty and black like it had gone off days ago, it was dry too as they hadn't put a lot of any sauce inside. We ordered peri chips and received normal chips, with no peri salt provided to put on ourselves. Basically avoid ordering on delivery as no effort was put in, disappointed really. It's difficult for me to dine in currently as I'm pregnant so delivery is an easier option, but it's disappointing when it's not worth the money.

Nothing but praise for the heroic Tony. I took a chance at wing roulette and ate what can only be described as the scorching wing of Satan himself. One bite and my eyes were bleeding, my throat had turned inside out and I sat melting into my seat. My mouth was an erupting volcano. To my relief, amongst the chaos, Tony came rushing to my aid. She doused me in lemon and herb sauce whilst wafting me repeatedly with a pitta bread, truly above and beyond service. Tony saved my life.
