Me and my family have been visiting this cafe for years and always been good service. However since the new ownership we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food although there were very few people in the cafe when it eventually arrived the soup was so thick you could stand your spoon up in it my toasted sandwich wasn't toasted on one side the cheese was like plastic and was a gooey not fit to be called a toasted sandwich needless to say this is our last visit when we left the cafe it was empty I wonder why?

It was a first trip to a farm for our two year old and he thoroughly enjoyed it! The play area's upgrade hasn't finished yet but didn't cause any safety issues. The £1 feed was plenty for the trip. There were lots of hand washing areas. The cafe was light, airy, clean and had plenty of food choices as reasonable prices.

A nice garden centre with a nice cafe. Lovely little treat for animal lovers too with access to a farm style attraction, note £5 entry fee for the farm attraction but looked value for money. You can see the farm from an outside area where you can eat.

A lovely hidden gem. Stumbled across this farm in search for a nice day out at the weekend. At £5pp for entry (free for under 2s) with so many lovely animals, views, quaint little cafe and gift shop…you can’t go wrong. Can buy animal feed on arrival at £1. Will deffo be returning and recommending to friends who have got children.

My friend and I visit this place about once a fortnight. It has been taken over by new owners/management recently, and the menu has changed - cooked breakfasts are now served until noon (breakfasts weren't served at all before). No main meals now (they used to serve chilli con carne, shepherd's pie, pie and chips, etc). I had a (tiny) jacket potato for £5. A slice of cake is now £4.25 a slice!! The cakes aren't even fresh or baked on the premises. We're going to go to Sprinters instead in future.

Such a perfect little farm for the kids! My four year old had the best time, feeding most of the animals ( with the feed that cost £1 you get great value for money with enough food for all of the animals you can feed) such a lovely range of animals. Also loads of outdoor play, sand pit, massive climbing frame, trim trail and a little car track. So many activities to do and the café food was lovely! The whole day out was super cheap and very cheerful :) will be visiting again!

Plus there is activities like meet exotic animals like snakes, lamb feeding and animal cuddles! All for £1 per person! Staff are kind, animals are happy recommend this little farm.

I've been here a few times and always had a lovely meal with minimal wait time... Today was completely the opposite the menu as been down scaled and doesn 't even include chips which I found really odd... Anyway when we went up to order 3 panini's and coffees we were told there was a wait of just under a hour for food.. we were gobsmacked, did we wait definitely not... we took a ride up to Brookfields where we had a lovely meal with minimal wait time... We were absolutely disgusted with how the Dumbles cafe as gone downhill.we couldn't believe in such a short time how the place as fallen, will we be going again definitely not....

Having visited two days ago for toasted tea cakes and drinks, we enjoyed the restful atmosphere, watching the families visiting the farm park, so much, that we ordered more drinks. Today was the opposite experience. No tea cakes available. No biscuits, as they had run out ( but still charge for), coffee arrived with a pool in the saucer. No apology offered and no remedy offered. Managed to mop the slops up our selves, but had to drink from an unsightly cup and saucer. Tea was not hot enough, so was barely brewed. I had to ask for more hot water. Very poor standards on the simplest of products.

Loads of seating areas outside but barred from using as there not insured! The cafes food standard has dropped dramatically despite the prices going up! We waited today for a cheese scone and one sausage roll 1 hour! And it wasn’t even busy. When asked when we might get it after 45 Minutes ‚oh they just making (?) it 5 minutes. After asking again after 15 minutes they then came. Disgusting. Also ordered 2x coffee with cream but came with milk. Unfortunately already poured milk in one coffee. So took that one back and asked for a new one and cream. No apology only was asked if I ordered the coffee with cream. Yes I did. Then a little jug of cream came but no new coffee. So back again. After waiting 20 minutes for the food had to order a 2nd coffee. All in all not very good experience. Not sure what takes so long to to heat a scone and a sausage roll up. A pity because we been before and all was fine.

We spent around two hours there. Nice place to go to with kids. There are farm animals to look at and feed, nice café to sit down, large shaded play are with picnic tables and a lovely shop. Tickets cost £5 per person at the shop. Next to the farm there is an amazing gardening centre with a large decorative plants and fruit trees collection. I have already recommended the gardening centre to a friend and she was impressed as well and she bought a Venus Flytrap there. When one Googles 'gardening centres' in Nottingham, Floralands is not popping up on top of the list, but it the best we have been to for variety of berry bushes and fruit trees.

Really disappointed, we visited here a few years ago, i cant remember how much we paid but i do remember having a nice morning out. Visited today with 2 children and 2 adults. paid £21 all together at £5 per person entry fee and £1 for a half full food bucket. We Wanted to do the lamb feeding and animal cuddling but both were sold out despite arriving at 10am and only having several people in the queue infront of us. The park is very tired, we were finished in 45 minutes and that included a play on the park! I appreciate they need the entry fee to keep going but £5 per person...including adults is way overpriced. Such a shame. We were told to come back another day to hopefully get a chance to feed the lambs, but i can safely say we won't be paying another £20 for a slow half an hour stroll and a few animals. We spoke to a few other people who had said exactly the same.
