Endo's Place in Gedling

Extremely disappointed! My family have been having deliveries from endos for years and it was always our favourite but it has gone downhill the past few times we have had it. I ordered a chicken meat and chips. It came as donner meat and chips and some of the lettuce was brown! The rest of the food was alright but not to the standard that it used to be! The person on the phone also read the meals back to us so we had ordered the right things.

I have ordered from here for years, it was our go to place. Now the food come cold the portions are smaller, the chips are anaemic and the price has gone up massively. Who orders a takeaway then has to finish cooking it? The new website is a joke, just processing an order is hard work. Won't be going back.

Been ordering food from them for years and it’s gone down hill. Chips more like mash potato just mush. Nan bread was soggy been sweating in the wrapper loads of onion ends in the salad. Not worth the premium prices

I love Endos, the lamb and chicken shish kebabs are 👌🏼 just need a tad improvement when it comes to lettuce distribution!

Order was delivered incomplete, Chocolate Fudge Cake was left off.

Amazing food, wonderful staff, the best chicken doner in Nottingham! Absolutely excellent, highly recommended going here!

2 of the pizzas in the order were obviously not carried horizontally , as when the boxes were opened the toppings were all in one corner ! toppings which included sweetcorn that I was charged £1.20 for , a can of sweetcorn is only about 50p . for an order that cost me just shy of £40 I would have expected a little more care with my order ! needless to say I won't be using endo's again .

missing sausage again and the chips looked like they were scared of the fryer most of the chips went in the bin not like them at all very disappointed this time.

As always. endos never disappoint. got combo kebab. lamb and chicken shish. Kebab, salad and sauce were all packed separately. very nice large pieces of lamb and chicken. Salad was spot on. everything ripe and fresh. if it was my takeaway, I wouldn't change a thing. 10/10

Thought we would try and will not order again the chips were far from cooked and the kebab meat was the cheapest frozen meat u get in farm foods. Definitely not proper kebab meat. small pieces and horrible. Put me off ordering a take out. Without seeing the meat cooked in front of you and cut off. Don't order.

Very happy with delivery time, one of the meals was missing sauce and the other had no salt on the chips but it was still lovely :)

Great as always. lamb Cookes spot on as usual. fresh salad. can't go wrong with an endos. abit expensive but fair enough.

salad ok but I hate olives and 2 much onion.

The bacon cheeseburger was too salty i had to take off the bacon. The pizza was nice just not hot enough and the chips needed another 10 minutes in the fryer and came soggy and cold.

chips were not nice and hard over cook.

none of us finished our kebabs as the lamb was fatty and the sauces not quite right. all in all a mid tier kebab at best

Ordered at 5.30pm - delivery time stated as 35-50mins. Came at 6.55pm after I called twice to chase the order, the staff member did apologise stating “they were really busy” The app was not updating for info &when it did update stated that it was delivered & enjoy your food! It was another 15 minutes before it arrived. The chips were just cooked, but came quite soggy. Gravy was too thick and didn’t pour out, came out in lumps! Mushy peas were BRIGHT green & too thick - Cod was really good.

Good had split in the bag and everything was covered in grease and sauce food tasted nice though

We usually go to Georgios Sneinton Dale massive portions two kebab and chips does three family members with meat to save Endos portions very small and to be honest for £20 for two donner kebab chips and salad very pricey, perhaps take a visit to Georgios and see how they provide for their customers.

The food didn’t arrive and had no phone call … ordered in time and needed it the most as it was my brothers funeral … such a let down

Food was cold and really greasy

Wouldn’t let me upload the video from my doorbell but the delivery guy while waiting for me to answer the door decided to spit on the floor and whole doing that almost dropped our food I am disgusted in this behavior and due to that our food ended up a mess

The chips was cold hard and inedible it looked like they was cooked yesterday

We love endos but today we was really disappointed we are regular customers with endos and the food is usually HOT and fresh however we spend £39 tonight and the fish was cold really cold to the point we had to try microwave it and the chips was cold as well, nuggets was cold also needed to be microwaved and the only thing that was luke warm was the cheese bacon burger and the chicken fillet burger even the large peas was not to temperature. £39 down the drain unfortunately :(

Been a regular for years but have to say over the last few months the customer service has been fantastic 1...they called us to check our order, as my husband had ordered the wrong kebab. 2....today we got a little extra parcel in our order xxxx much appreciated. Little extra touches really make a difference thank you endos x

Dry, cold And cardboard flavored chips. Very very dissapointed. The curry sauce was nice but the chips were like chewing on a cereal box and completely tasteless. Will not go here again

the food arrived cold the sausage looked under Cooked the peas weren't proper chip shop mushy peas and the chips looked like they were leftovers from dinner time were hard to swallow

I ordered a large chicken kebab meat and chip....was not large at all!

The quality of the food was quite disappointing, the mushy peas were a bit hard. The fish seemed a bit hard and the batter was very greasy. The chips were ok. Such a shame as have ordered from them quite a bit in the past year.

I order from here regularly and never have a problem but tonight they forgot both orders of chips and the pie

Ordered for New Year’s Eve. A big family event. They were on time and the food was excellent. They were kind enough to add two bottles of wine completely free. Definitely recommend.

Really disappointing food. Everything was anaemic. Chips were cold and borderline cooked, battered sausage was soggy and pie was cold in the middle. Would not recommend or try it again.

Kebab meat on its charged me 850 was 750 on line. Got it home the worst kebab meat I have ever had Put it in the bin. Will never go back ever. Plus you want customer service think again

We always order from Endos. This was the first time through Just Eat. The pizzas are always hot when we get them, the chips are also hot too. We'd definitely recommend them, never had bad food yet

One of my cheeseburgers was wrong ended up having salad on it as well as sauce which resulted in it being left because of the sauce as she is allergic to some sauces and we wasn’t sure what sauce was on it so we didn’t want to risk it. And was missing a kebab however the kebab situation was resolved.

Been coming here years cos the Food’s absolutely banging. Kebabs - amazing, fish n chips - unreal, pizzas - always cooked to perfection. They do a wide variety but they do it all really well 10/10s don’t go anywhere else

Chips wasn’t cooked fresh and was really hard and chewy, ordered a large gravy and received curry sauce instead. Overall very poor and not what you would expect from here.

Used to use these regularly but won't bother any more. Expensive, small portion s and sneaky. Just eats offer on Tuesday is unavailable as they show closed . Go on thier page , no 20% discount and you can order .. Portion pitiful..very small poor salad. Very expensive for a poor take away
