Food was delicious and red hot when it arrived, they didn’t have one item I ordered so was called and was able to change what I wanted. Will definitely be ordering again

One of the best pizza in Nottingham and my GO TO. I’ve been ordering from here for 10 years, the food has always been outstanding. They have recently updated their menu and added even more delicious pizza combos. The shop is always clean the owner always takes hygiene very seriously (5 stars hygiene rating) and the staff are always warm and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Reasonably priced, freshly made food and delivered early.

Very happy with food and service - replaced a pizza that had mushrooms on it - the issue is with Just Eat app - I clicked place order again (identical to last time) but it didn’t take the dietary requirements through again - so absolutely no mistake from the restaurant but they were good enough to supply another pizza free of charge - highly recommended

I’ve been coming to this pizza place for years now, and I’ve never been let down. Seriously, best pizza in the world!

Me and my friends ate at this place after sports practice. We ordered 2x 12” . We were completely stuffed! Amazing food. The pizza was fresh & hot and they gave us two free dips to try with our pizza mild chilli and galic mayo. Both were amazing and the food was absolutely delicious nice fluffy dough and crispy crust. I normally don’t eat the crust, but i did on this occasion! Absolutely Recommend!

I bought a mamma Mia pizza, chicken Shish kebab and BBQ wings from this place. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! The best pizza hands down! Dough was nice and fluffy yet the crust was crispy. The shish kebab was one of the best kebab in the UK, still juicy and hot when we got it! Oh and the manager kindly sent us two free homemade dips which were AMAZING! One garlic Mayo and the other mild chilli. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 👍🏼

Ordered a pizza and a few sides. The “crunchy” wings are basically just hot (bland) sauce with no coating. So not crunchy. The pizza without exaggerating had no tomato sauce. Pizza its self is super flat and dry. Wouldn’t recommend or use again. Disappointing.

Driver rang to say its raining and he didnt want to get wet ! could i go to the bottom of the rd to fetch order tbf our rd is a bit tight but id paid for deliver i also didnt want to get wet either also couldnt leave the house because i got young kids bit cheeky really

Great service & delivery time but one of the dishes was nearly burnt and dry.

Burger had a little too much sauce on so when you went to bite into the burger the burger fell out the bun so was little messy but great tast great products great portion amount everything was amazing other than too much sauce in the burger maybe was just a one off

It said an hour wait for delivery and it was here in around 35 minutes. Everything was red hot, tasty and can't fault anything. I would really reccomend the garlic mushrooms with cheese ( battered Garlic mushrooms with cheese on top )

Always like ordering here, unfortunately a slight order mess up as the pizza was covered in mushrooms which wasn't on the menu for what I ordered and unfortunately I hate, so had to pick off a lot.

Pasta was amazing havnt ordered here in a while as they kept getting it wrong wasnt dissapointed this time

Been buying pizzas for the last 20yrs from pizza exchange in Arnold. My previous order was ok, not there best but every one has an off day, but todays food was terrible, potatoes skins under cooked and hard, both pizza had way too much basil, over powering the food. Time to try another pizza outlet

Very disappointed, haven’t ordered for a long time and won’t be ordering again. Food cooked to a poor standard, ordered a mixed grill which came with garlic bread and received a garlic bread with about 3 pieces of meat on! The pasta dish which I used to order regularly, looked like someone had vomited in a foil tray- pasta undercooked and sauce nothing like it was before.

First time in years I’ve had food from Pizza Exchange and the chicken was not cooked fully and in the Nan bread full of oil, not good at all, should advertise, if you go in cash only, even though there was a card machine available, very dissatisfied 😞

Specifically said no mayo on chicken burger as my son doesnt like it ended up going to waste !

Ordered 2 pizzas and fries the pizza was near enough burnt and the pepperoni was disgusting was more like chorizo when I called to explain what my complaint was the shop staff wasn’t interested will never go here again.

Always quick delivery (tip the driver folks) and one of the best pizzas that i know about. Highly recommend (not a great experience on last use unfortunately so changed my review. The order was all wrong was over charged really disappointing as I thought I had found a good pizza place)

I ordered garlic bread, and got a flavourless tomatoe and cheese pizza instead, and ordered ravioli only to recieve a spicy penne pasta. Called to report the mistake to be told that this was ravioli (clearly not, and not what I've had from them before, but he wouldn't be told otherwise). The guy did offer to resend the garlic bread, but I'll never use them again. The pasta was not edible as it was too spicy.

3 times I’ve ordered from here and they’ve forgotten my bottle of Pepsi. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Pizza came chargrilled rang them up and they tried to tell me it was because its fresh dough but all the other local pizza places don't burn there pizzas then I had to go and collect the new pizzas after I paid for delivery do not order from here

Order wring chicken burger came with cheese on it pasta was completely wrong to what i ordered so was the kebab ordered salad and sauce didnt get either seeing as it was a nearly 60 pound order would of liked to recieved the right things

When I ordered it said the estimated delivery time was 8-8:20 pm which was already 1hr/ 1hr 20 after I ordered which was fine however it didn’t arrive until 8:50pm, when I rang to see where my order was they didn’t seem to know where or which order it was eventually they told me it would be with me any minute but it wasn’t delivered for another 20 minutes. The food wasn’t worth the wait the chips were all cold and soggy, onion rings were soggy and stuck to the bag and the kebab was dripping with grease I won’t be ordering again for awhile very disappointing

Absolutely shocking £16 for 2 freezing cold jacket potatoes, hard cold coleslaw and tine had a table spoon of tuna hidden under coleslaw and no cheese on cheese and beans jacket will not be ordering again

If you’re ordering here, do NOT use the Just Eat website, phone them up and order directly through them. I ordered a 12’’ cheese and tomato with jalepeno cheese bites, on the website it was £9.50 and £4.80, where in their paper menu it was £8.20 and £4. The food was amazing and ready to collect in just 20 minutes, I recommend it.

Food average kebabs well over priced for what u get had 3 pieces of lamb and 3 pieces of chicken for near enough £9 6 pieces of chicken on other kebab £9 and a 8 inch garlic pizza bread near enough £6 wow.... cost me over £27 including delivery for 2 people to still be hungry... never again ... at least if you charge so much give value for money instead of ripping people off wouldn't mind if it was amazing food but for average, no thank you!

Delivery went from 45mins to an hour. We had called and was told that it would be sent out in 2 mins ( it's 10 mins away) and 45 mins, almost 2 hours after it was ordered, it arrived. Garlic bread was cold, garlic mushrooms were chewy and pasta warm but quite bland. Guys, if you are busy please just reject the order.

Placed an order a few times now from this restaurant the last order came to £13.70 i just had a £20 the driver only had £2 change on him. It makes a big difference so i wont be ordering from this restaurant anymore.

Fast delivery and amazing food, the only down fall was for the amount we paid for the kebabs nearly 9 and 7 pounds I would of expected abit more, very small portions, more like a kids meal. But overall very tasty.

Ordered pizza and fries online waited an hour no food phoned up they had no record was told to ring another number which I did they had no record either 😡so phoned shop ordered stuffed crust prosto and fries , asked for fries no salt came with loads of salt and ended up with ham and pineapple phoned shop all woman on end of phone said was sorry me and hubby were starving only ate slice each ended up throwing in bin , phoned shop he said we should of phoned they would of swopped it I was never offered it to be swopped all I got was sorry waste of money will never use pizza exchange again 😡😡😡😡

We often have pizza and burgers from here, usually pretty good. Sometimes the chips are too salty. I have had burgers which were not fully cooked and they have got the pizza order wrong a couple of times. When they get the order right the food is good, which is usually the case, they have just let themselves down a few times over the last decade.
