This is the tastiest cheesy takeaway pizza I have had in ages!! Ordered online, said it was gong to take a while, called up to see if we could get it any earlier and was delivered so quickly with no fuss! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Lasagna was stodgy and dry (we couldn't finish it), and the burger had mayonnaise and salad on it despite not wanting either of those things! They do great pizza though!

We’ve ordered from here so many times and it’s always been amazing. Ordered kebab meat and chips x2 and it was the worst thing I’ve had. The meat was in tiny bits and just resembled cat food had to use a spoon to attempt to eat it. The entire meal was that greasy the chips were just mushy sticks of oily grease after three mouthfuls it felt like I had bitten in to a brick of lard. The order arrived within 20minutes of ordering after giving an hour estimate. Really disappointed in the quality.

Food is nice but I always get short changed on dips. If we order 2 withs that come with 2 dips, we’re meant to get 4 dips but you always give 3. Happens every single time.

pizza arrived Luke warm unlike previous orders came nice and hot but unfortunately didn't enjoy cold pizza I would rather wait longer and get pizza sent out hot rather than eating cold hopefully a one off I'll order again to see if improves as generally they get it spot on

Not only are they always late the delivery driver speaks little English and is extremely rude the large chips for £3 are a small child’s portion I paid for a double pepperoni then paid £2 for extra pepperoni for there to be one per slice absolutely appalling prices for the service and portions will not be going here again

Terrible experience! Came a hour late, waited 2hrs for my food in total! came in a damaged box pizza all over and stuck to the sides. curly fries was over cooked and solid to eat. Absolutely shocking

Pizza was small, too much sauce on the pizza the chips were over cooked.

Ordered a 18 inch pizza came like this, rang up and was told if we touch the pizza they wont replace it, so we left it had to wait another half hour for another pizza then they sent us a 16inch out! We ordered a 18inch not use them ever again!

We arrived a little early to pick up but it was ready in a few minutes. Everything was hot and crispy as it should be and Mum loved her pizza just as much as we loved our calzones. I love that this place is one of the few if not only pizza place that will make any of its pizzas as a calzone. Just a shame there is no special offer on calzones as there is on pizza. Nevertheless, fab pizzas.

This place has really gone down hill, didn't even get the correct fries on this order, inconsistent, and yesterday when we had a different order the beef wraps were disgusting, just mush and didnt listen to comments. We are done with this place.

This was my first time ordering here. I was 50p short of having the exact amount, so had to give another £10 note. The worker told me not to worry about the 50p and I could just bring it next time. I don't live in the area so knew it was unlikely I'd be visiting again in the near future, so went to my car and found 50p in the cup holder. I just thought this was a really nice bit of customer service on their part. I'm not a regular, they've never seen me before, yet they were willing to let me off. The pizza and chips meet the family seal of approval, so overall a good choice.

Tasty, hot and simply delicious calzones. Would just like it made easier to tell which ones are vegetarian and which not. If can't on calzone itself then write it on box or stick receipt on it with veggie one circled?

Pizza delivered late, the pizza delivered wasn’t the one ordered. Received a pizza containing pepperoni and I don’t eat pork. Pizza went straight in the bin, no refund or replacement pizza offered.

Wow! I was sick of ordering disgusting pizza/kebab takeaways in Nottingham and wasting my money. Saw that Cucina had good reviews so gave it a go and WOW! The food quality is AMAZING. This will definetley be my regular from now on 🍕🍔🍟🍗❤️
