Tom. Hows volar el mejor bar tierno por ahí no podía describir lo amable y cálido acogedor que era. Hice mi cumpleaños tan especial y nunca olvidaré mi calle 21 con Tom empezando mi noche libre tan especial como él lo ha hecho! Si vas a ensuciar el martini yo nunca lo debatiría, es tan bueno que la comida era 100% encantadora y las bebidas eran para morirse! ¡La calle 21 estaba muy bien gastada! ¡Todo gracias a Tom!

Everything to do with this hotel now is abysmal, Hotel ,cafe ,arrival,departure .That's it and no one anywhere to care or online .Never again .

The food was amazing and very tasty! Very kind and friendly staff! The view was magical!

I was very disappointed to find that this branch of cafe Nero is no longer dog friendly. I have been many times with my dog but no longer allowed.

Had a meal last night, 6 of us, new menu. I had the Alabama Burger, it was fabulous. Everyone loved their food and service was spot on. Smashed it again Pantmawr Inn. We will be back.

Not impressed with their service on this occasion . I know there was an international match on but we were there at a decent time and they were not flooded with people. We ordered on their app and waited . 40 mins later and no breakfast . Asked the server who said meals were taking 30 mins . So , over time with ours . When she checked she said they were just plating up the last one ! 10 mins later I went back up to the bar , she went and checked and came back and said they were doing the eggs . Different stories and time delay was not acceptable to our party so I requested a refund which they did Staff on tables were lovely but it seems they need better management with their meals .

They don’t clean the pipes enough

The venue very kindly let us use the upstairs space to host a pub quiz in honour of Ty Hafan for free. Thank you Ethan for looking after us!

Even though food tasted nice the portion size of my hunter’s chicken is absolutely shocking! For an adult meal I expected more. (I had already eaten a few chips) my brother ended up having the exact same thing as myself and his was a lot bigger than my tiny chicken. One family member had their soup and the rest of us had to wait and additional 15-20 minutes before the rest of us can have food! (Party of 9) other people were sitting down after we arrived and their food was coming out before us which was quite annoying. First time I’ve visited and I’m quite disappointed.
