I entered the store with the intention of ordering a battered sausage, but then I didn't. It turns out I didn't want one, but I'm sure one could have been provided had I wanted it. I procured a large chips and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars

Great local pub with music and sports

Visit here often as go shopping in nearby aldi. In the beginning when it opened it was brilliant and staff so attentive. Over time it’s got progressively worse and this morning it was at a low. Waited over 5 minutes to be served as member of staff was cooking for other customers and then was quite rude to be honest. I asked about rewards against cups and she said it was on limited ones. No markings on merchandise to say what was allowed. In Starbucks EB Bodelwyddan they are all marked and staff are so friendly. Tables hadn’t been cleared and it took three different staff to make our drinks. So disappointing. Just returned from New York our staff in the UK need to take a lesson from Them.

Service was good a little unclear where to qué to order initially, coffee wasn't the best, pastry was nice by the register, food was ok and reasonably priced. Toilets down stairs - so may not suit everyone.

Always a friendly welcome. Drinks served quickly. Clean facilities and a popular venue.

I've been going to Frank and Tony's since I was a kid in the late 1950's. I love the place. When I'm not adventuring around the planet, I still love a steamed steak and kidney pie. May it continue it's wonderful reputation in Mario's capable stewarding.

This is what "fresh to order" looks like. If you can't cook chips, or send them in an edible fashion, perhaps a chip shop isn't for you? These chips were as dry as a rotting floorboard. The owner will no doubt play the denial game and wash off any responsibility, but the truth of the matter is that elephants have great memories - and so do your customers.

Lovely spot to enjoy food and drinks after walking to the Watkins waterfall. Service was great, staff were really friendly. Best Chardonnay I've had in a pub and food was amazing. Highly recommend.

Extremely frustrating experience with a complete disregard for allergy sufferers. My daughter aged 26 years ordered and was told she could not have the desired dish. The manager was heard to say “she either has an allergy or she doesn’t, so she cannot have it.” This is incorrect information and not how allergies work. She was not allergic to the ingredients he was talking about.

Lovely pub/restaurant with good outdoor seating area, facing the quiet road. Standard pub grub menu, but very nicely done. We had the pie and the gammon - both of which were very good, and the chips were of a much better standard than most pub chips. Friendly and efficient service, too.

Food absolutely terrible. My friend and I ordered fish and chips thought you can't go wrong with that. We were both presented with over cooked fish that you could knock the fish and hear the burnt crispy battered fish. Had to tell the waiter we could not eat the fish and 2 fresh fish and chips had to be cooked. Again.

Went in for a bit of food and to kill time. Well the food has improved immensely, I had the gammon, best I've ever had, 2 eggs, at last someone knows how to cook an egg properly!. Great service friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere nothing jarring. Well worth the money food so good I had the lime dessert!! A good choice. Although busy didn't have to wait long. . Served promplty by friendly staff tables needed wiping though and clearing.There were seats available and the floor was relatively clean

Ordered the 3 meals for £14.95 chicken wings chicken strips chicken nuggets The portions were very small 5 small chicken nuggets chicken wings think there was 4/5 embarrassing, then no sauces came had to pay for 3 selected sauces £2.45 so £17.95 all in not great Waitress behind bar was rude again and signal for the app was horrendous Will be carful what I order next
