Very busy, but very vibrant ,service was good

We have just enjoyed our walking group Christmas lunch here today. All 17 couldn’t praise the staff enough for their pleasant, professional and efficient service. The food was excellent too both in quality, and presentation . Everyone was impressed with the superb food and the selection of choices available. We appreciated the separate area we were given and wanted to express our sincere thanks to all. Hope to return soon. Merry Christmas to all.

Staff no good customer services person making up Sandwiches with no gloves Apron hair net or face mask they sneezed and used there hand to pick up 3 fillings without washing there hands so the sandwich and all the fillings they touched were all considered with there germs they sneezed onto there hand then went out to serve the customer and there party the food I asked them as they were passing me if they were actually going to serve the sandwiches after sneezing into there hands they said no I didn't when she came back I told her she had to stop the people eating them or I would let the full store know I did write a letter but no reply I watched this happen and I'm a health and safety leader as well as working in the Hospital for over 23 years and not one person were not dressed or protecting the food that they were selling I have reported it to the Council so they can check it out thank god I was only getting a coffee and that's done in front of you so they have to watch what there doing

Drove to Dobbie's for lunch at 1pm today. The roll and sandwich counter was busy as usual, but the hot food counter was empty, I liked the look of the cauliflour cheese, a waited to be served, and waited, and waited. To my left people were being served, to my right ( coffee point) people we being served, i made a point of looking like I would like to be served, i noticed a staff member or possibly the cafe boss made a great job of ignoring me as she wandered backward and forth several times. Eventually I gave up, I shan't be going to Debbie's Ayr any more.

Food better than expected, so pretty good quality and price for quick lunch out.

Why oh why won’t you cater indoors ( and outdoors just now) for the many dog walkers in the park? Today there are no tables and seats on the terrace to allow any dog walkers who don’t mind the damp to have a hot drink . There is a conservatory and I fail to understand why that can’t be used for doggy folk . It’s a huge omission in the service provided and means we rarely use the cafe . Please re think this . After all it means business for you!

Needs more staff. Often have to wait to be served. Beans were cold, but a quick zap in the microwave fixed it.

One member of staff should not be public facing - twice I have been in over the last 6 months and the same member of staff doesn't care how she talks to customers- food and coffee lovely and other staff really nice though such a shame

Cash only - didn't tell us until they made the food, no sign either. Counter girl had a dripping miserable face, spoke and sounded, acted and looked like an absolute horror of a young girl. Girl also glared us out the building, looking us up and down. Was impressive when we first went in as we had never been there before. Safe to say the girls rotten attitude and lack of service skills will ensure we most certainly do not go there again. The older lady was lovely however, she tried to offer an alternative method of paying. Unfortunately the counter girl already set our minds in stone to leave.

met my friend for breakfast and they suggested this wee gem in the Savoy centre I had never been before (can't remember the last time I was even in the centre) spotlessly clean and very cosy staff were lovely noticed that when they bring your tea the teabag is separate which suited me as I like my tea weak another nice touch I noticed was they cut your breakfast roll in half which to me gives better presentation I will be back highly recommend if your in the area 5*

Mostly good but we were missing the mineral water and one chipotle dip which was sad

If I could give zero stars I would. Cold food, bacon, lorne sausage over cooked and dry and as for the tattie scone I couldn't get the fork in to it not cut it with a knife. Avoid at all costs

Great drinks, great food, great service, adorable bar dog and a perfect dive/sports bar atmosphere right on the water. Complete with black ball table. So happy we stumbled upon it.

Great store and open 24 hrs a day. They had a good range of product. There is a shortage of staff so the shelves empty, but if you can get a staff member/agency worker they will help get things out for you. Everyone was very friendly!
