me and a few of my pals went here for lunch it was braw and i a ball with the worker there very kind young ladies they are. Very imprssed.

Would give less if it was an option. Arrived with my wife and two young grandchildren, given a table and menu. It was just after 5 pm, there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. It was cold inside and after 15 min of being ignored we left, without even being asked if all was well. Absolutely no idea why they are open.

Visito joes con frecuencia y tanto el café como la comida son geniales, perfectos si quieres algo bueno y rápido. El personal también es muy agradable, Tereza y Daniel son siempre muy serviciales.

Ha pasado un año desde la última vez que visité este café situado justo dentro de la entrada de ARI. Hay una buena gama de aperitivos ligeros calientes y fríos y bebidas. El servicio siempre había sido razonablemente rápido a pesar de algunas grandes colas en el mostrador donde realiza su pedido.

Beautiful Garden Centre and Restuarant but WAY too expensive. My Server was No. 30 (elderly lady with short grey hair and glasses) I asked for toast and eggs and she asked “0ne slice of toast and one egg”? I said any cafe when asking for toast and eggs it’s normally two slices of toast and two eggs. She said there was a “new system” and it was one slice of toast and one egg unless you ask for two?! Ridiculous.

I’m on holiday with family members thought we would go to costa for a little brunch ordered our food and drinks everything was fine up until the point members of staff were taking turns holding a child behind the counter where they serve customers this is absolutely disgraceful and a matter of health and safety because the staff after holding the child then began serving people no hand washing or anything the child was running about while members of staff came out with hot drinks and nearly fell over the child won’t be back. First visit. Decent coffee. Nice seating area. Will return.

I don’t normally leave reviews however the service in here is so poor I feel it’s needed. This has to be the slowest barista/service I have experienced. I’ve been in here a few times over the year to grab a “quick” coffee before work but the workers are painfully slow. Cream runs out- no replacement cream so everything stops while that one barista gets another one. No skimmed milk in fridge so everything stops while they go and get more from the back. No tables free apart from dirty ones with used plates and cups, que all the way back to the door. One barista making drinks with 6 tickets on the counter and you’re waiting 15 minutes to get a coffee to grab and go. Every visit I have had this has been the experience I have had more or less. More training and improved service flow is needed. Every other costa I’ve been in, in the surrounding areas is brilliant. This one always is a awful experience.

Always closed and when you do order it takes them 2 hours with cold disgusting donuts they really should up date stuff or just close hardly open as it is 😪😪

Staff have got a very bad attitude. I will never go back to this place again. That's a fact.

He was so great, really understood where we were coming from and what we were trying to do. He had great ideas and was so fast! Really great to work with all around.

No había ambiente y la comida muy decepcionante... no tenía grandes expectativas aparte de comida decente del pub. La pizza era como la más barata que se podía conseguir de los alimentos agrícolas y mi hamburguesa de pollo era de nuevo una hamburguesa congelada. Bastante justo si los precios cobrados eran precios de alimentos agrícolas pero la comida no era barata. No volveré.

I would really appreciate it if the restaurant can decide on the size of the chips. It went from small bowl to large bowl and now it is small bowl again. I ordered seasoned chips and it came without seasoning. When I asked the staff they said they did put seasoning on but there clearly wasn't. Their attitude was less than pleasant. Tables full of dirty dishes. Not a returning customer.
