Just been served the worst coffee I’ve ever had from A Costa cafe and the staff weren’t interested If you like costa DO NOT buy from #tescobellshill

Quick service coffee brought to table, breakfast just shortly usually I have finished my coffee before I get breakfast well done 15th August

Somehow, driver managed to deliver my £40+ order to the wrong address, instead delivering a meal that’s evidently for a child. Time to only give your orders to be delivered by COMPETENT and FLUENT English speakers cause this is just ABYSMAL!

Ordered 3 meals and one coffee.. received 1 meal and coffee lying on its side in a bag half empty.

We have given this cafe a few chances and there has been no improvement. On each visit we have had to clear the table ourselves, sometimes you can find used plates etc on most tables, very poor. The food when it eventually arrives,leaves much to be desired and isn't particularly warm either. Very disappointed in our most recent visit, not a mistake we will make again.

Went this morning for breakfast paid 5 pounds 50 for a small sausage 2 hash browns 1 potato scone some beans and a piece of bacon the size of a 50 pence piece. Showed it to the manager and asked if he thought it was value for money he replied its company rules. Would have been better with a bacon roll. Won't be back

Great menu selection, not your standard menu. Great service and value for money. Be good to offer a decaffeinated coffee selection.

Driver was so lovely! And the roll was nice too, I made a mistake and ordered a Latte but that's on me😅. Still great though!

I waited dquite a while for my food. Food wasn't the best scampi and chips both were overcooked. I get it was after three and the cafe closes at 4pm on a Sunday. However I was the only customer in the cafe at this time so I expected my food to be better than what I received.

The food we received was good, but one whole meal was missing for the second consecutive time. If you happen to order two of the same item they never seem to notice and only ever send one.

Friendly staff and quick service. Hot drinks were served in a quick manner as was the food to follow. The crispy chicken burger was delicious as too the chicken strips. Iced coffee was nice too, all came to a reasonable price! Will be back.

Lovely food and the chunky chips are amazing! All arrived piping hot.

Really poor this time with the wrong items on the breakfast. Food was cold, toast was rock hard. The actual quality of the food was so poor. Very disappointed

Usually good, but everything in the breakfast and two rolls for my wife was way undercooked. Every item of breakfast, even the toast was more like bread.

Arrived quick. Pleasant delivery person. Went downhill from there. No hash browns or potatoe scones. Send link sausage instead of square. Black pudding like rubber .

I dis not get my food, i was in all day and it did not come, i tried phoning the restaurant and tried looking for just eat number

My brioche bun was rock solid. It has been over cooked and was inedible

On every occasion that I have ordered food from here there are items missing. On this occasion it was every extra item added to the breakfast meals. This is not the first time, and as much as the food is nice, and the delivery time is great, this is becoming a bit of a joke. There is also no way to contact the restaurant directly, instead you get transferred to a call centre/directory. Spent 10 minutes trying to get through and couldn’t do so.

Hash browns and tomato were in order when i asked for them to be removed. Asked for chocolate buttons. Instead they sent me orange chocolate buttons.

Best breakfast in bellshil by far, non greasy great tasting. Fab fab fab.

One breakfast was incorrect but the food in general is lovely.

the food was good but the webpage could have a function to remove items (like Tomato) from the order

No coffee, im not happy about paying a pound for a potatoe scone instead of black pudding and the driver was incredibly rude !

The burger doesn't have what it said it would in it

Ordered the breakfast, paid extra for square sausage, extra black pudding & tattie scone never got them. Also put in notes to not include egg as I can't eat egg but this was overlooked

Delivery driver was excellent.

The restaurant couldn't be bothered to phone to say that they were out of pumpkin latte and sweet potato fries but still charged for them .

Quite busy could do with another staff member food service a little slow but staff friendly and cheerful otherwise 5 star

If I could give the cafe more stars I would,,food cooked fresh and to perfection, staff lovely and friendly. The best place to eat in bellshill

I would appreciate it if the breakfasts contain what it says it is supposed to contain, this is the third time there has been items missing, if it didn’t say those items then I would pay to add them .. also I specified potato scone not fried bread which you gave me eventhough it says tatie scone on the receipts attatched to the bag..

Avoid like the plague! Just received a breakfast, the bacon looks a funny colour, they charged £1.50 for a slice of toast with NO butter and £2.90 for a kids toast n beans with NO butter. It's actually disgusting!!

Sweet potatoe fires had a horrible after taste and were soggy. Fish was very oily and also chewy.

One of the worst tasting breakfast iv ever had... everything tastes like it was deep fat fried. The cooler drink was nice...... so was the cup full of ice it came with two sips and its done dont waste your cash.

Not a brilliant breakfast. But for price acceptable.

It's ok for a quick coffee or lunch and child friendly.
