Love Bites in North Lanarkshire

Ordered a wrap and chips but received a wrap with half a packet of crisps, no refund or message to advise

I placed an order on 3rd of April with just eat and love bites cancelled the order only after 2hrs waiting it told me it wasn’t taking orders anymore y after waiting 2 hrs they tell me that’s poor

Food is beautiful and plentiful staff are really friendly and the shop is spotless

Spicy chicken in the panini was cold and cheese wasnt melted.

Was all soggy chips where like mush

Hot food was super delicious! The salad was fresh and crunchy! A very tasty egg mayo roll too!. Sweet driver as well! Would order here again, no hesitation. Thank you!

First time ordering from here. Ordered a wrap for my daughter and a tuna salad box for myself...delivery was quicker than estimated time. Prices are great. When i opened the box to my salad i waa pleasantly surprised and i enjoyed every bite. So love bites you have a new regular customer. Will be recommending.

Coffee and hot chocolate were lookwarm, I paid for cheese in my scrambled egg and didn't get it either, pretty poor to be honest

The workers where handling raw meat and touching other ingredients/other people’s food without washing there hands and the quality of food for the price you pay is completely off, definitely wouldn’t recommend it too anyone by far the worst deli I’ve experienced.

overpriced, cookie dough was wrong and sloppy. Options were to expensive and waffles were undercooked

Ordered pasta bolognese with garlic bread. Arrived quickly. Good sized portion. Really tasty, and was still nice and hot.

Ordered food and gave an estimated delivery time. Delivery time came and went , no updates on app other than your order has been accepted . Then a notification to say food had been delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they were really busy and the order was being made now. Half an hour passed and I phoned back . The woman on the phone was extremely cheeky and rude when I asked where my order was and basically said they were really busy and couldn’t give me an update. When food eventually came the delivery driver was very apologetic. Food was okay but not worth the wait.

Put juice in the bag that wasnt ordered ... waiti for it phones me threatning that shes coming to my door for 4 pound be the last i will be ordering from here and urban spice needs to learn how to speak to people correctly ps the chicken burger bun was burnt

Food really bland, chips hard in the middle, toasties are rubbery, cakes been lying too long and the owner is rude & aggressive. Would definitely save your money and avoid.

I ordered soup and it was cold when it came, I also ordered from the ‘Healthy Section’ and got grilled peri chicken which comes with grilled vegetables and salad but what came was the chicken inside a wrap with just normal salad inside with cheese and some kind of sauce and a side of chips which I was not expecting or wanting. I phoned up but they said that that’s how they do it and I’d have to take it up with just eat which I don’t understand how because it’s the food that’s wrong, didn’t want a refund just wanted what I ordered as I can’t exactly eat what they gave me. The funny thing is there’s a separate option called ‘Wraps’ so that just makes it confusing and they need to fix it for anyone else who ends up in my situation. Not pleased

Very friendly chatty staff, lovely fresh cooked food, very reasonably priced. Quite a large menu with a selection of cakes and desserts on offer. Definitely be back again

Food was late , half the order was wrong , woman’s attitude was terrible on the phone basically saying that after waiting over an hour for delivery which is wrong I would have to wait to she fixes her other orders then she would remake mine & send it , shocking service & a bad attitude!

Got my salad box which came without the chips or chicken tikka (argued on the phone that it said chicken at there end no chips when they delivered the same thing yesterday so how has it changed) paid for 2 extra sausage on the roll only came with 1, also over an hour late with delivery. I understand the schools finish up today but my order was placed an hour before schools finished and if you can’t keep up with orders you shouldn’t be taking more on normally rave about this place too

Waited an hour and a half for toasties and chips. After an hour of no updates at all I got one saying my order had been delivered, enjoy my food and please leave a review. Couldn’t get through to the shop on the phone and when I finally did they just said it was a mistake and that was someone else’s food that had been delivered ours was on the way. Came another half an hour later and it wasn’t worth waiting an hour and a half for. Won’t order from here again

We ordered food for 4 people. Our food was 20 minutes late and on top of that one of the orders was totally wrong. We ordered a roll with haggis and egg on it and we got a roll with haggis and potato scone on it.

Order was late and also was said to be delivered but wasn’t. I live 0.1 miles away from love bites and was still charged the £2.50 delivery. The order has still not been delivered 20 mins late and has said to be out for delivery for 10mins now when it is not even a 2minute drive up the street. For reasons I cannot leave the house to collect.

2 of the baked potato’s missing side salad which is charged at 50p and 1 baked potato missing coleslaw which is also an extra 50p

Toasties and baguettes are tasty although the desert box for 1 arrived without the ice cream and the portion is small for what you pay for hence the 4 stars

Breakfast to share was brilliant!! So many items, all hot and with 2 rolls-£7 absolutely amazing price. Lovely lattes were also hot! Will most definitely order again 😊😊

delivery was delayed not once but twice and food was almost cold when arrived.

Delivery driver was rude & asked for a further cash payment towards delivery even although we had already paid £3 by card when placing order. Called restaurant to enquire to be told by rude lady that due to address there was additional charge,this was not stated when ordering! Quality of food certainly did not meet the £3 paid let alone an additional charge! Never again

Ordered a last minute lunch to celebrate a lockdown birthday today and thought to try this place due to the cake selection but ordered some meals too and was not disappointed! Really tasty and quicker delivery than expected - will be recommending!

I asked for cripsy bacon which was cooked and no more big difference from asking for it crispy amd specifically asked for no mushrooms or onions if they could add tattie scone and sausage not one of these things were noted or done

Cracking breakfasts cooked perfectly and not dripping in grease like most others.

Didn’t receive 2 tubs of ice cream, ended up with extra slush and both were melted. 40 min extra wait- don’t mind that if received right order, not happy.

Slush puppy melted, chicken tikka panini was worst ever, mozzarella dippers cold, chips n curry, 2 words won’t be back. Absolute joke of a place.

Good food. Over priced. Delivery for Carfin, knewarthill etc is £1. Delivery to Motherwell is £3, ridiculous. They don’t have options to add extras such as cheese with your chips and curry and when it comes it’s an extra £1. Heavily overpriced shop. Only thing I can say is majority of food is good. Think they need to review there website on here and get it updated.

Food ordered for 12.30 turned up at 11.30. Waffle was awful this time.
