Bunny Malone's in North Lanarkshire

Food was nice, however the place needs a clean, as do the staffs outfits and attitude. Not sure if they just had a bad day when we went, it was pretty awful. However, got to say the food was lovely.

Go in regularly when my son visits Motherwell. Great food, cleanliness and staff are great. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Recently redecorated, love the food and the service is always friendly and quick, not many places in 2023 that you can get a breakfast and coffee for £6

Staff is always friendly. Always asks how the customers are doing. Service is quick and food is amazing. Wouldn't go to any other cafe.

Food is OK, Coffee is awful, like the worst coffee I've ever had, staff are very rude and always seem annoyed. I prefer Scoffs around the corner.

Was in Motherwell found this great we cafe called bunny malone's staff was great waitress lynn was very friendly food was great kids loved it great value for money if your looking for a home cooked meal visit we will definitely be back

I couldn’t agree more with the previous reviewer.s saying that the staff are rude and unfriendly this is the same experience I have had today the 7th of October 2020. I visited with my young daughter who is only 4 went in sat at a table and the lady with blonde hair came over and replied YES very rude I ordered a cup of tea and a roll and scrambled egg and as for a cone for my daughter said there machine was broke so fair enough then she asked me to move because there was only two of us and complained because my daughter wasn’t having anything IAm a paying customer how do they know what your going to order before you sit down and what does it matter that my daughter wasn’t having anything IHave paid for food and a drink they have Teririble manners so when I got my scrambled egg it got thrown down at my table when I went on to complain about the service she telling me she had a family to feed not myProblem she then let two other people to sit at the seat she asked me to move from and her excuse if you can callIt that was they are both eating your running a cafe your meant to serve the paying public and if you don’tWant to eat anything that shouldn’t matter they should remember that they need customer to survive will never go back if you want good friendly customer service go to scoffs or costa they are always friendly polite and helpful PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE HOPEFULLY THEY Will GO BUST

At first I was happy there were partitions between tables as they were very close but after a closer look I realised there was no glass or Perspex In them! What a joke. No protection at all never mind two meter distance!

I've been to this cafe a good few times when I'm visiting Motherwell. When it's very busy I understand they don't have time to talk. But when it's very quiet and not to busy I have got that feeling of I don't belong there.I've had some good days there and some not so good. It's a cafe that runs with that very well known saying. If they know you and have time for you then they will have conversations with you. If your face fits your very welcome and if it doesn't then expect very bad service. This is to me definitely not customer friendly service. There always very good to there regular customer's and guarantee always have time for. But when I go in treated with such rejection and that feeling of they don't want me in there cafe. Subway staff could learn and teach them very good customer service with a friendly smile. It's very bad manners and rude to run a cafe with such ignorance to visitors feelings. Now I was born with slight learning difficulties and went to special schools and I also have mental health issues and suffered childhood rejection. I would just like to know why out of many cafes I visit I'm treated with disrespect and ignored at Bunny Malons Motherwell. This isn't how I was raised up by my parents.Now I know it's not me because if it was the other cafes I visit would treat me the same way and none of them don't because they have feelings and very good manners customer service. I only put in how I'm treated.

Unfriendly Staff Member who claimed to be owner, she was rude after ordering saying everyone at the table must order in which 2/3 of us had ordered a breakfast.

Really friendly people, cheap and simple eats, less than 5 minutes walk from the station.

Went today to have a couple of coffees & catchup with my sister, we won't go back the young lady who took our order for coffee only was sullen & we had just finished our coffee when a lady came up & asked us if there was anything else.I replied not just now but we would be ordering again she amazed me by telling us there were people waiting for a table to order food & it was implied we should leave when I asked if she wanted us to go she changed tack but my sister & I decided we were not welcome & left.Go to the windmill or scoffs where you get a warm welcome

Bunny Malone's is my favourite place to go for lunch in Motherwell. The food is great and it is a cozy place

Looking at the above reviews disappoints me. The cafe is fantastic and the staff are all in the ball. Quick efficient and have a lovely sense of humour to the customer service. I think the complaining pair above are a bit snobby. The food was excellent and I will definitely be back ThanksCraig

If you are looking for a friendly cafe this is not for you, staff were rude and tea was a cup of water with a tea bag. A good morning and a smile would have been nice.

Well staff are unfriendly no manners give customers dirty looks you get food thrown at you wouldn't recommend this cafe to any one It's a shame as food is great nice decor Will not return again it shuold be avoided

If you are looking for a friendly and welcoming café this is not for you.When you've taken a seat and are ready to order, the server attends your table bringing with her what is without doubt the most abrupt manner I have ever experienced in a café! They don't say "Hi, what can I get you today?" It's more a demanding "YES?" (the capitals are by no means an exaggeration) This made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. The whole point of running a café is for your customers to enjoy the experience and come back but they obviously didn't get the memo. I ordered a coffee and a snack to eat and it was more or less thrown down at my table when it was ready. Customer service skills in this establishment are zero which is very disappointing as the coffee is lovely and very reasonably priced. They completely fail on the customer service side of the business with their abrupt and aggressive style of serving. I don't think I'll be going back in a hurry.

Went in here to have a roll and sausage and take a pill. The Morton's roll was excellent. The sausage was tasteless and the onion half cooked. The told me they didn't have any tap water. I hope this was a lie because they couldn't wash their hands after they had been to the toilet. Wont be back
