Great value. The only reason for 4 stars on the food was that the beef was a bit chewy even though it looked fine. A very minor point though..

was in today for dinner and had a great experience, Amy and Natasha were a great help and they made me feel very welcomed

We dine here often, always service with a smile :) great atmosphere, and even better that it’s dog friendly! Food is always hot a tasty, I am vegetarian and there is a good selection for me. Kids love the play park. I would definitely recommend for families or even a few drinks with friends.

We tried to order at the table. The app was very slow and took me a while to get through the order process. Once I got to the payment page it told me that online orders were unavailable. This wasn’t a big deal though, and didn’t affect our experience.( We were on the wifi as the signal in the restaurant isn’t great) The gent serving the meat was very friendly and helpful. We’ve been served by him a couple times now and he’s always been lovely. The bar staff when ordering were also very friendly. Food was fresh, and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Had a lovely meal here on Good Friday. Carvery was very nice and there is quite a large menu of alternatives should you wish. We went as a family of 10 6 Adults and 4 Teenagers. All sauces the kids wanted were accommodated and we made a error in ordering which was dealt with really quickly and with no fuss! Leanne was very friendly and all food was hot and well presented, thank you for sorting out our mistake in ordering!

We had the best experience at Broadwood Farm, highly recommend. The staff are lovely, very welcoming, great with the kids and fast service with a smile. Ordered burger meals, kids meals and the carvery and everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. I have to mention the roasties from the carvery as my favourite, kept wanting more, best roasties I’ve had. Great value for money. Will definitely be returning.

Popped in for a carvery (but it was about ten thirty) the breakfast service was on till 11.30am. As were were Hungary we opted for a large breakfast with a Coffee and a Pepsi. Filled our plate and l enjoyed my pork link sausage, bacon, potato scones, lorn sausages, hash brown, beans and black pudding. All the food was enjoyable and the black pudding was a mild flavour and l thoroughly enjoyed it. I had just finished the last of my food and was drinking my Pepsi when the young lady asked if we would like to go back to the breakfast bar to fill up. We both declined the offer as we were full up. Lovely food, service, and although not full of customers, it was a nice, clean and tidy setting. I will call in again on another day

Lovely Sunday carvery with my family. The place was packed which can only speak volumes for the food. We had the carvery but there was also a menu available too. The food was lovely and cocktails were just as delicious. We will be back!

Waited 35 mins in a queue for the carvery as only one serving and takeaway orders took priority. My daughter was finished her meal by the time I got back to the table. The beef was fatty and tasted like shoe leather. Potatoes were lumpy, no taste to the gravy. Complete waste of money

Great place for a carvery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went down for the carvery but I'll definitely be back on Tues and next Mon as Mon is 50% off on burgers and Tues is 50% off on pizzas. Think I've found my new restaurant

The service was excellent and the carvery was delicious. Loads of seats and a great selection of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend.

Finally visited Broadwood Farm and boy wish I had done it sooner. Husband and myself ordered the large carvery. Meat options were roast beef, baked gammon and roast turkey. All meats were tender and juicy and the chef was so pleasant. Good choice of accompanying vegetables and the pearce de resistance was the home made gravy. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately they had decided to clean the pipes that morning meaning the coolers hadn't been on long enough for the draught beers and lagers to be cold enough meaning a warm pint which was not very good Looks a nice place though for a meal and drink

A good place to go to get value for money, especially with the roast dinners. Very friendly staff who brought water for the guide dog without being asked, showing a propensity for being proactive. A microwave to heat food after being picked at the Buffett would help with the temperature of the food once it is ready to be eaten. Maybe one with a 30 second option only for simplicity?. Parking restrictions have been introduced so don't forget to register your car at the entrance when you arrive by car 2 for 1 pizzas 🍕 on a Tuesday sounds attractive. Must try it out. Good range of desserts. They are dog friendly and have a bowl set up at the fireplace.

Very cozy wee carvary, only complaint is the sweet dispensers next to ice cream machine that is easy to assume is included in the unlimited Sunday deal but acc costs extra

We went for dinner the meal was very good and the service was very good.this was not a happy time as we're mouning the loss of a family member so we eat and left

Had the carvery meal tonight. Simply the best carvery I have ever eaten. The meat was perfectly cooked as was the veg. Service was great staff friendly.

Booked table for 9 for birthday dinner. Mix up with our booking. Waited for 5mins then they took us to 3tables that had been thrown together. Not 2 of the them the same height. Right in a corner beside the toilets. Adults ordered carvery and kids chicken nuggets. Nuggets hard and over cooked. Mashed potatoes had uncooked lumps in. Cauli was brick hard. Beef was inedible. Not one of us could chew it. That's the second time the beef has been disgusting. Did not even stay for coffee/tea or light the birthday cake. Came home and did that. Will DEFINITELY not eat there again. No third chances. Thanks for spoiling our family birthday dinner.

This place is cheap but cheerful, the breakfast buffet was almost finished for the day but the nice lady behind the bar went out her way to make sure the chef cooked more for us, she was super friendly and the food was excellent for the price, was very impressed and will defo be back

Went here for a Christmas eve late lunch/dinner. Every member of staff we encountered were super nice and friendly. All adults had the carvery which was nice. The wee one had the burger which wasn't nice (seems to be typical of kids menus in this country unfortunately) She didn't eat it but the chips and salad were ok.

Shown our table no communication . After 15 mins I went to enquire when our order would be taken to discover no table service . Perhaps could have been told that on arrival. So with 2 young children with me I had to lift my bag and take them over to serve myself. Juggle with 3 plates and 2 young. Children. Then discovered had to make on toast and coffee. I am sure the staff would appreciate tips at this time of year but no table Service. I paid for breakfast with Santa. Where was he . No Xmas songs etc. we err them taken to see Santa in another room. Children given a gift. I couldn’t believe that their gift was merely drawing items and pencils which are generally given to children when eating f any other time of year. All in a waste of money.

Absolutely awful. Have you ever been to carvery that has no meat? Well try this one. We were told by the chef after ordering our meal that they only had ham and it was just the end of the ham. The turkey and roast beef would not be ready for another hour. We had two hungry children with us so we had to leave. Customer service atrocious. Tried to speak to a manger. Never appeared Tried telephoning for hours when I got home . Still waiting to be connected. Will not be back and I encourage everyone else reading this to avoid this place.

Been going here for few years with my sons ,ain't partnerships with PALS a charity for families with ASN children, every year they close to public and make us feel at home,also been to pizza making parties here ,staff go above and beyond making the vist very special

Was at Broadwood Farm on Saturday for our Christmas lunch as part of PALS group. Food was amazing, staff were great and the atmosphere for our kids was exactly what we needed. These guys do an amazing job and have looked after us and our kids for 8 years and always been brilliant. Carvery was brilliant. Massive thanks to all staff concerned 😊 if you haven't been, you need to go try it 😊

Food was cold. Very very sparing with carvery meat. Not very good quality for the price.

It was my Mums 84th birthday and I took her for a nice lunch. Food was really tasty but the only downside was that the carvery food was cold

Food is average the gravy is like water was very tasteless, the choc fudge cake tastes burnt and the macaroni tastes like a ready meal

Ovecharged for my meal as it wasnt discounted properly. Questioned it but told it was right. Got a receipt and it wasnt. Had to go back to till and wait ages to get it checked meaning my meal got cold to be told by someone else i right and had been overcharged by £8 and had to get the money refunded.. dinner was cold by time i got back. Also £4 for a draught soda is ridiculous

When visiting my family, I was invented to go for some food. To say it was a mistake would be an understatement. The member of staff was informed by myself that the food at the carvery was dried up and needed replacing, nothing was replaced. The ham was wafer thin and tasteless, the beef was full of fat and gristle. As we were leaving I took some photos. The food was not good.

One of the best places I've ever been to. Food was excellent (my plate was overflowing), good choice of food on the menu. Staff are friendly and helpful, and service is first class. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's clean and tidy, and well maintained. Easy to find with plenty of parking spaces, but do remember to input your reg number on arrival, (one of these private land numbers). Would highly recommend to anyone who wishes something good to eat, with great food and reasonable prices.

Dont go there between 3 30 and 6pm far to busy

Foods really nice and staff are nice too but I will not be visiting here again due to being hounded for a parking ticket although I was actually at the restaurant itself. I don't encourage anyone to visit here if parking at the restaurant as I parked right in front of the restaurant legally and have been receiving parking tickets and fines and now debt collectors contacting my parents house. We have reached out to the restaurant and spoke with various management specifically to no avail. This has been going on for months, It's actually terribly poor to be honest.

Brilliant food, the best carvery I've had in a long time.

I went here for the first time with a friend and family. We all had a great experience, with friendly staff good food and all for a very reasonable price.

Attentive, friendly & accommodating staff. Food was lacklustre and of low quality. Lots of unwanted burger toppings to disguise the thin grey cheap meat. Advertised stone baked pizzas were dried out like cardboard and flavourless. "Meat feast" was anything but, really disappointing. Why on earth can an adult not order off the kids menu if thats what they want? Weird. Much more could be done with the kids outside play area, really basic, largely underutilised space. I'll go to my local McD's for a better, cheaper burger or Wetherspoons next time. There is a reason the place is like a ghost town at lunchtime. Staff were great though.

Service was quick and friendly. Would have preferred to order from a real person not an app. Lot of items missing from menu. Food good for the price. No vegan desserts on the menu.

Good value, unexpected stop on way back from airport

Broadwood Farm is a great family friendly restaurant. Can walk in find a seat and have a good meal. Friendly staff, good choice of food from the menu if a roast carvery isn't your thing. Great atmosphere and good for party bookings. Affordable prices for all.

Absolutely fantastic. Well done to the team here because the service me and my family received here was brilliant. Both girls that interacted with us on the day were lovely. Very friendly and had great chat. The chef carving the meats was also great. He was really good with the kids too. It was a breath of fresh air to get such great service. Food was also very good. The carvery I would highly recommend and it wasn’t overly expensive.

Always enjoyed going here with my family and we go often but you forget once to put your vehicle details into the computer and get an £85 fine. Disgusted ! And won't be back !

Amazing place, fantastic staff, perfect food

After a long day of travelling back from our holiday we decided to pop in here for dinner on our way home. 3 adults, a child & toddler who all had a carvery & a juice each and we were £46, bargain! The carvery was amazing, compared to others we’ve had in restaurants this one was 100% the best. We will definitely come back. Staff were lovely, quick service bringing our drinks out. Our toddler loved it, he ate loads of peas & carrots which we were surprised at, so that alone tells us we need to return lol!
