Costa in North Lanarkshire

Slowest costa ever. 4 people in line when I got there. 25 mins before I got a drink. No mobile ordering either.

Visited this Costas last week and were made to wait outside despite internal queue going down - person 'supervising' queue too busy chatting to a young lady to keep us moving - we eventually just let ourselves in.Service very slow, staff seemed to be doing a lot if clearing up rather than serving customers. Also 2 of the staff were using their mobile phones almost continually.I was not offered any sugar or other condiments and had to ask for them and for napkins and given them without any apology The staff were seen on several occasions to be adjusting their face masks then handling cups etc without washing their hands.A staff member was walking around with a spray bottle but no wiping cloth and I didn't see any tables being cleaned whilst I was there. I also had to chase up a member of staff to get a track and trace form to complete and noticed other customers not being offered theseNeedless to say WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Lovely coffee. Met friends, catchup dye to COVID. Costa happy to have cutomers! £60 parking fine. Phoned Costa no help. Basically tough luck- signage on lap post, didn’t see. Waited outside in a cold day for a table. Shoddy way to treat customers in the light on reduced trading- wont be back

I have always been a regular at Costa but I won't return after my experience today. My sister and I arrived with our babies (both in prams) and were waiting outside for the queue indoors to go down. We were abruptly greeted by Sasha who told us that there was no tables available for us. We told her this was fine and we were happy to wait but were told "I don't know how long it will be. I can't accommodate the prams and would need to give you a table for 5." We reassured her that we were happy waiting and even offered to collapse one pram but at this point Sasha become obstructive and continued to say "I cant accommodate the prams." There were several other prams in the shop and tables clearly free but this seemed to fall on deaf ears. We felt embarrassed, belittled and with no choice but to leave the queue.I am very supportive and respectful of social distancing and happy to be patient, allowing safety to be ensured. Unfortunately Costa seem to be enforcing restrictions inconsistenly and unfairly, picking and chosing who is allowed entry. As a mum with young kids, I know how hard it is to find somewhere safe and accommodating to visit with a baby. Costa have a cheek to display a purple breastfeeding friendly logo in their window when the employee today actively acted as a barrier to feeding, leaving me with a hungry baby and nowhere to safely and comfortably feed.

As always Costa are very warm, welcoming staff, the coffee house is always clean and they offer dairy alternatives which helps my daughter

First time visiting for a quick lunch. Great selection of paninis, cakes, coffees but on arrival at till to pay for it, the draught from section at back of cafe was really noticeable on a cold day like today. Air conditioning was on in the section and very few customers however front side of cafe more busier. Staff were very attentive and pleasantly

Second time visiting this Costa which is around the corner from my house.Both times they have the aircon on which makes the experience very unpleasant. Freezing cold air blowing on my head and neck.I asked the staff twice if they could turn it off, they claim it is on automatic and cannot be switched off !!!I would rather drive 25 minutes to Costa in Bothwell.

Nipped in for a quick cup of coffee before going home after a shopping trip. Quick service, friendly staff

I was informed that to receive hot coffee you need to ask for extra hot otherwise you get Luke warm. When ordering hot chocolate you expect same, but not so, hot chocolate was also Luke warm. Staff were unfriendly. Toilets were dire, floors were wet and no toilet paper available. I am a regular visitor to Costa but certainly not be visiting Costa Motherwell again!

Service here is poor and despite a really bad experience previously I still visit thinking it can’t get any worse. Last visit I had lukewarm tea and a half toasted tea cake. Will definitely NOT be back. Toilets were also pretty grim, avoid everyone.

Staff friendly and yah that's it. I dare you to order porridge from here. Coffee isn't as good as usual.

Have been numerous times to this Costa as this is my local. I've always found the staff very friendly and helpful. I never used to drink coffee or latte until Costa arrived in town, I like the crumpets in the morning or the cakes are very nice . Yes sometimes there a wait to be served and tables not cleared quickly, that's because it's always busy and the staff don't always have to clear the tables, there on it once they get time

I used to spend an average of £600 per year in Costa and most of it at this store.The service here is so poor I stopped going in despite Costa head office encouraging me with free points etc.The staff are mixed between some doing their best and others clearly unsuited to the role.The store gets closed off in part up to 3 hours early which is difficult in cold weather when all available is near a draughty front door.Strange people hang around with young staff and get given freebies by tyeir friends despite that they are off putting to other customers.The store us often left in a messy state but when bring tidied staff tend to shut off carpeted areas and lounge seats for extended periods leaving it an unsightly place to sit in but also limited for space.The manageress in the store obviously has no training in customer service as she is cheeky to customers who complain as do some teenage staff at times.The store is unprofessional compared to others in other areas of the country and better service is provided in other cafes in the town.I hate going in there and now spend my money elsewhere.

Just another average Costa here. Coffee is of the usual standard, all the staff are friendly enough. The cafe is often needing a bit of a tidy up but it can be quite busy. When it’s busy it can also be a bit slow... Nothing wrong with the place. Just average.

Great coffee and cake . Good place for a quick catch up with friends. Nice surroundings. Bit on ecpensive side tjough which is a shame.

Popped in for a quick coffee and a heat today as weather was not very nice and had some time to kill, staff nice,efficient and courteous and of course they sell amazing coffee.

Very poor, no one seemed interested . Ordered , the was asked 3 times by the barista what I ordered. Somehow the next 5 people managed to get coffee and leave before we got ours.

Metimos en un café como no había cola y un montón de escaños vacíos. Un chico estaba sirviendo pero no reconocía a mí y continuó haciendo café aunque no había nadie delante de mí. Esperé unos minutos y luego a la izquierda. Mala atención al cliente.

Recientemente inaugurado en el barrio de Costas es un soplo de aire fresco. Café, té, pasteles y sándwiches en el típico, ensayadas y Costas limpias y ambiente agradable.

Normalmente me gusta para disfrutar de un café de Costa pero este lugar fue extremadamente decepcionante. Estaba tomando en cuenta que el personal que sirve el lugar 5 con mesas desorganizado sembrados y sin duda no era ninguna urgencia por llegar sirve.

Recently visited Costa in Motherwell and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Speed of service has improved since my last visit and staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean cafe and great coffee

Shop is lovely. Plenty of seating both at the windows looking out onto the street and out the way of the windows up the back of the shop. Staff are all lovely and most of all coffee is great

Recientemente visité Motherwell en un viaje de negocios y nos detuvimos en la costa para tomar un café mientras dos veces durante un fin de semana en la comunidad. En ambas ocasiones, en abril de 2016, el servicio era horrible de lento con línea significativa de, con el tiempo promedio de espera en los dos días para un latté y cuatro a cinco personas delante en el rango de 10-15 minutos de espera. El personal parecía apática a las necesidades de los clientes y personas desinteresados en movimiento sobre una base más expedito. La calidad de la comida y de la bebida era estándar para una Costa.

Ha mejorado en los últimos meses desde que abrió sus puertas, hemos estado en diferentes épocas n siempre estaba ocupado, pero en principio el servicio era realmente malo, pero ahora me parece mucho mejor. El café, los inodoros no eran de lo mejor, pero si se mantiene el menor y más rápido en las colas de servir y limpiar las mesas entonces..

¡fuimos a Costa esta mañana por una solución cafeína y mientras que intentar comprobar los horarios de apertura me encontré con las críticas recientes. la mayoría de ellos no tan bien, sin embargo, decidió seguir en y ver lo que es. Agradablemente sorprendidos, ya que había problemas en todo, el personal es amable y eficiente, café caliente y un ambiente acogedor. Quizás estos críticos no toman en consideración que, ya que ha sido recientemente inaugurado, habrá personal entrenado y a acostumbrarse a la organización. Por favor considerar ya que estábamos todos nuevos en un lugar de trabajo de una manera u otra. Sin duda volveremos.

Ya que ésta es la única cadena de café en Motherwell he visitado varias veces ya que no hay ningún otro lugar. Cada vez que me han sido enormemente decepcionado. He estado sirve sándwiches tostados calientes. La cola es siempre abraza el personal parece ser incapaz de procesar más de una orden de una sola vez. Todas las bebidas de leche cumplir el mismo sabor, mucho más capacitación de personal es necesario. Las mesas están normalmente sucio y lleno de copas sucias. En más ocasiones que puedo contar que han permanecido en una gran cola mientras contempla el personal charlar con amigos en el medio de la tienda.

Fuimos en ayer por la mañana a las 11 de la mañana ... No es exactamente la hora y a sólo unas pocas personas en la cola frente a nosotros. Sin embargo, después de varios minutos de nada que hacer y con una niña con un muy corto período de atención, nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

According to my Costa loyalty card Iv visited here 14 times in the last month. I would estimate that Iv left a happy customer around 4 times.

En primer lugar no estoy seguro de lo que pasa con el personal aquí, ha sido inaugurado por unos pocos meses, y el tiempo que toma completar su pedido es horriblemente long, fui en el domingo pasado cuando no había mucha gente, ordené un Americano medio con extra y shot, más pan y mantequilla marrón.

Pensé que haría pna antes de ir al trabajo, ya que sólo trabajo cerca (5 minutos a pie), mala idea! Fuimos 25 minutos antes de mi turno comenzó, y era casi tarde, lleno de 'el personal del estudiante que francamente no sé qué es lo que están haciendo. Fuimos en un tiempo y pedimos un café con leche fría que servían Como poster tomará con hielo, era encantador. Pensé que me gustaría volver para uno y lo servían como un batido/frozen granizadas. No estoy seguro de lo que uno sus actividades dirigidas a ser, pero cualquier forma que no debería ser el caso. La tienda no estaba lleno no veo por qué si nos llevó mucho tiempo, el personal necesita comunicarse más y conseguir cosas rápidamente.

Muy buen sucursal de Costa. Está limpio y ordenado, y grandes. El personal puede ser lento para servir y cola acumula rápidamente así que luego dan prisa en olvidar los pedidos, artículos y que el cliente es lo que.

I can't fault this place I don't understand the gripes, like any new premises they need a bit of time to learn the ropes Motherwell needs a costa we have very little else in the way of any decent facility's and poor amenities in the surrounding areas.

Intentamos parada aquí unas pocas veces, mientras en la ciudad, nunca han servido hasta ahora. La cola siempre es largo y lento para moverse. Ver personal torpemente desde sobre otros para volver a hacer los pedidos que estábamos equivocados que es por eso que lo lleva taaan larga. Después de esperar un largo tiempo me dijeron que su máquina de la tarjeta no funciona salimos. Tienen que repiten cada orden como personal parecía que ahora sé el menú. Voy a costas todo el país, desde grandes ciudades hasta pequeños pueblos y Costa Rica pueden comprarse los carritos interior de otras empresas y el personal siempre mejor que ellos nunca estaban en éste en Motherwell. El personal necesita capacitación para que reciban orden bien a la primera vez. Necesitamos hacer más para detener a los clientes en frustración.

Visitamos y estaba deseando que mi costumbre Costa caramelo té con leche y pan tostado tarta- no té tarta, latte bien, pero el servicio es lento como bastante concurrida. Entiendo que el personal te lleva un tiempo para ir a alta velocidad pero sin duda ahora deberían ser encendido en todos los cilindros? En general bien, pero como una Costa regular no tengo ninguna prisa por volver a éste cualquier momento pronto.

Visitamos con mi hija, no puedo decir que me lo pensaré volver. El servicio increíblemente lento

I thought i would stop off here today thinking that the place would be better as it seems to get very busy but to my surprise, it was very busy, tables had dirty trays on them, wile waiting in the long Que during busy lunch time rush hour i noticed there was only one girl serving on the till, Two staff making the drinks and one girl who looked lost trying to find where the food was going.

In to Costa Motherwell on Saturday 22nd August around 11 am the place was littered with dishes that had not been cleared away had to move dishes to get a table , not good in a shop that has barely been opened a month! After a long long wait we eventually got our coffee ( which is always good ) got a cake for our Grandson the knife that came with it was dirty so i went to the counter and asked for a clean one and was told no as all the knifes were in the back ,definitely not good customer service!! I think something needs to be done about this (training ) and i think the staff need to be given some help and direction from the Managers . Please get this sorted

La verdad es que este es Costa, así que saben exactamente lo que pasa cuando entras ... pero el sitio es nuevo y parece que hay algunos aspectos de la formación del personal.

Motherwell necesita una cafetería y Costa con suerte tienen la longevidad que las anteriores Indies le faltaba bastante pobres.

This Costa certainly brings something a little different than the usual discount shops found in Motherwell. Staff are friendly and trying to please. Some very new so expect delays after you order. Well worth a visit and has become my new 'local' when in Motherwell

2015 Julio abrió sus puertas en el casco antiguo vídeo mundial en el centro de la ciudad. Qué encantadora tienda una agradable decoración interior es enorme. Hay una zona agradable para sentarse fuera si debe sentarse allí. un montón de personal y todos los productos típicos están a la venta, todo el personal ha sido capacitado. El lugar ha sido saltando desde que abrió sus puertas. Bien vale la pena los amantes del café de visita.
