Decent choice of food and drink items. Comfortable surroundings, one can choose from a variety of tables/chairs to sit on. Bright and clean. Friendly staff.

Food missing from breakfast and black pudding not cooked.

Tesco wick charges for toast , no other Tesco does just wick , also very unfriendly woman called joy , the name does t match the personality .

All items are freezing and very rude driver as took forever to get here which is why the food is cold and was on the phone talking to someone when he delivered it to me

The staff here are always welcoming and cater for vegans - this is the only place that does a vegan breakfast around the highlands that we have found - unless we drive 2 hours to the city - they make a great oat milk latte too . Hardworking staff and at times cafe can get busy but the staff don’t flap around they are on it !

Ordered a vegan bfast but received the opposite, a fried egg (green on the edge)instead of the mushroom tomato avocado and toast that I had ordered so safe to say it went in the bin

Good breakfast but would prefer 2 rashers of bacon instead of 1 as swapped one of my items to give hubby the 2 rashers

I was only given one sausage and 1 bacon and 2 hash browns I was charged for the big breakfast which was 2 of each and 3 hash briwns

The staff are wonderful and work so hard! (I stay not so far away and pop in often) There are times when staff numbers are down, not the staffs fault, but they just work harder and remain cheerful and attentive to the public! It is a basic cafe, so the food is basic, regards some criticisms of the cafe! Never-the-less, I have eaten through the menu and enjoyed every meal. The cappuccino is the BEST in the world! The cooks cook my eggs to my specs!! I suffered a serious personal loss 4 years ago and The Cafe, Wick Tesco, has played an important part in the overall rebuilding of my life. I would be playing favourites to mention anyone by name, so i wont, but I can say something positive about them all. Justin

Approached counter to purchase a pot of tea. After 5 mins no-one appeared to take my order. As I had lots of time to kill, went and sat down and read daily paper. Made another attempt to get a pot of tea. Same again, no service. With 3 Tesco employees sitting having their break, none of them made any attempt to contact cafe staff. Watched an elderly gentlemen have same issue as myself. Very poor service. Back one year later. Served pretty much straight away by a very pleasant lady. What a difference. Great 👍

Absolutely worst breakfast ever...the woman behind the counter told me that there would be a 20 min wait even although there was only 2 tables occupied. It felt like she couldn't be bothered to take my order. I ordered an extra egg which I shouldn't have even bothered with as it was cooked so much it felt the yolk(if you can call it that) was dried out it tasted like sand. Never again.

Got two breakfasts and kids gougons everything was overcooked and dried out, the hash browns were brilliant though, should have just got a portion of them

This is convenient whe shopping in the store, however the standards in terms of quality and cleanliness leave much to the imagination. The food is not always fresh e.g.beans,bacon and hash browns dried up. Shortages of staff leave tables dirty and cluttered too. You man serving has long hair and looks unshaved. The is a very nice older lady who has excellent customer skills. Tesco don't manage this so it's no use complaining in store.

The worst macaroni cheese I have ever had. Stodgy and gloomy yugh!!

I’ve spent years reviewing Tesco Cafes across the Highland area, and hells teeth, this is the holy grail of low budget Breakfasts. Shout out to Maggie.

I have dined in many locations throughout Wick but rarely have I experienced such culinary delight. Exquisite.

Cheap and cheerful, was handy whilst we were doing our messages. See some bad reviews here but everything was fine when we went and we were well attended to.

I ordered a wrap. And I never got this

We found the cafe on the second day of our holidays, and as it was a Sunday, most of Wick was closed, so we were glad of this.. They do nice food and at reasonable prices., I wouldn't normally review supermarket cafes, but it is extremely welcome on a cold day.The shop is massive and a good place to go for virtually anything

Rarely get soft fried eggs deliverd but these were perfect

It was terrible I didn't get my extra bacon the coffee where not labeled so couldn't tell them apart I had no sauce for the bacon roll so paid for things I didn't get

Pleasant staff, food took 35 mins to come. Rolls were stale, mac cheese which was tasteless and supposed to be served with salad, came with 2 leaves of limp lettuce. Coffees were cold by the time food was served. Poached eggs on toast were like plastic bullets. Son was happy with his crispy chicken burger though so 1/3 meals

Lost around £30 of food lost 2 cheese and ham toasties, a breakfast wrap that I added extras onto 2 lemon muffins aswell. Raging beyond belief as order all together was £49 and only have 2 lattes a Oreo frappe 1 lemon muffin, don’t know how you can manage to miss that amount of food

If you're gonna send toast at least send butter. Come on we're paying for it at least.

Slow service, shortage of items and por quality food will prevent us from eating here in the future. We are regular shoppers at this store and pop in to the Cafe for a drink or snack but recent experiences have put us off. Recently it took nearly 30 minutes for our order to be delivered and the place wasn't full. Not the service or quality we have come. To expect from Tesco.

Orderd breakfast with extra sausage and egg. Big breakfast Roll . The square sausage and bacon were inedible rock solid ! Eggs beans and hash brown is what I was left with same problem with meat on roll waste of money!

The app glitched and reset my order details and now I’m being told I can’t get a refund as the food has been delivered. May I add that the address it went to was my parents who are currently out of the country so I don’t know who the food was delivered to haha.

Roll n sausage with chips n beans. Roll - crusty and stale Sausages - tiny and cheap Beans - lukewarm and not heinz Chips - soggy colder than you'd want

Kids meals are brilliant value , orderd myself chicken burger although tasty enough its more like a burger from a saver meal deal its small not value for money im afraid

The bacon looked disgusting and looked as if it was off it was a grey black colour. Very disappointed with it this time

Food wasn't good , wouldn't order Again. Got 2 of the all day breakfasts and toast. Toast was more like warm bread, sausage tasted really cheap and nasty and looked anemic. Hash brows where soggy on one side. Bacon was ok. The only good bit about the breakfast was the beans. Only tried here as pit stop wasn't delivering. Will no be back

Forgot both hot drinks and refused to redeliver or refund. Breakfast and veggie sausage roll tasted nice but it is a shame about the hot drinks.

I put a request on my order which no one paid attention to plus the sausage was not cooked

Overall, great cafe - food was nice, drinks were well priced and tasty. Only little snag ish, butter for toast was kept in fridge so rock solid.

Genuinely one of the best breakfasts I have had. Excellent value for money, the food is amazing quality and piping hot on arrival. I was even give a little brownie and a flapjack with my order free of charge to say thanks. 100% will now be my new go to place for breakfast. They have a whole lunch menu too which looks amazing too! 10/10

Stopped here as there were limited options available where we were staying. Cafe area was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Food was hot but average. We asked for vinegar for our fish and chips, but were told they could not serve us any and we had to buy some! Off down the aisle to get vinegar to buy, to bring back to the cafe to enjoy our meal! If you cant find an alternative in Wick, then Tesco's may bail you out!

We went here for breakfast. The staff are usually quite pleasant. Unfortunately the food is below average, the manager must be aware of this, he was eating in there. I left most of mine.

Supposed to be open until 6pm got there at 4.45 pm everything shut no staff there, absolute nonsence!

Used to be better. Last twice I've been in the cutlery trays and cutlery itself dirty. Says it closes at 5pm but the day we went in everything was cleared away before 4pm and the girl had already switched the coffee machine off. Tables are rarely wiped, probably because it's understaffed for how busy it is and no baby change upstairs which means a trip downstairs to the front of the shop if a little one needs changed

Our meal was excellent and the service was next to none value is very good .it is a nice clean cafe very well presented and the staff a very pleasant and good at what they do.The tables are always cleared and wiped down we would recomend this cafe to anyone who is visiting the store .

Always had an average experience @Tesco cafe. Always on time, nice staff and do it straight away with no bother.

Well we needed ear plugs the air con so noisy a coffee cup of tea milk in a plastic cup no saucers tea bag in cup and desert spoons only no thanks not again

Our leisurely travels during the morning meant that most places in the area were already closed for lunch when we arrived in Wick mid-afternoon. Since we needed to stop at TESCO for some supplies anyway, we popped in the cafe and enjoyed a hot sandwich and a fantastic dessert! The server, Kerry, was engaging and friendly making for a pleasant experience. It was a late lunch, so the cafe was quiet with only a few customers, meaning we could take our time and really enjoy our meal. In all honesty, it was one of the best lunchtime dining experiences of our entire two week trip!

Tesco crieff road cafe has to be one of the worst I've been to. We got the breakfasts. Mines wasnt cooked properly and instead of giving me a tattie scone they put disgusting fried bread on to the plate. Needless to say the meal was left. I did put a complaint in to head office. Still waiting for a reply months later. If I could have it would've been no stars.

Ok, but Potato and leek soup was very bland - needed a lot of seasoning or some spicing up - chilli or something. Sorry, but probably worst lunch experience in Tesco.

Not great value, food quality is pretty poor and service was very slow. Cutlery didn't look particualrly clean, not impressed.

You best visit Tesco bank before coming , £1.90 for a 500ml diet Irn Bru , Absolutely shocking !!!!!

Latte was nice. All day breakfast well done. Ladies toilet ABSOLUTELY STINKING. I'm a retired biochemist "biological" smells don't bother me but I couldn't wait to get out of that loo. It was foul

Staff are nice enough and the food is adequate but I found the portions a little small.

Good range of food at reasonable prices with pleasant and helpful staff. Clean toilets and plenty of seating, but all feels functional and institutional. Located on first floor at rear of store and lift wasn't working so difficult to manage a large trolley of purchases.
