Burger King in Highland

Like so often is the case. Visitor experience is largely dependent on which crew are on duty. Some are very attentive and greet you straight away. For instance Carl is awesome, and will regularly spot me as I enter and just hand me the order as I reach the counter. One of the other ones is pretty dopey and it can be a struggle to even get his attention. He clearly doesn't want to be there and it shows. The two female staff members are lovely , and Ken could literally win gold medal in a smiling contest. Very happy man. It's super to see.

Updated review, Friendly staff, clean store. Only gripe at present is on multiple times the automated drinks machines have had drinks missing. Would recomend always checking the offers on the app. Old review - Babychange/disabled toilet door is broken. While holding my baby I had to place my leg on the wall to give extra pushing force to open the door, closed slightly better, opening again once the baby was changed was the same. I highlighted this to the chap at the front mentioning it should be out of order. He then said "maybe I should have asked for help" then proceed to point to a small notice on the side of the door that said, "ask for any assistance"... very good but if a door requires an extra person to open it is a safety risk!

What can I say? Another burger point - lacking any atmosphere but produçt is superior to it's compit

It's a burger king like any other. Only gripe is the lack of vegetarian options for those of us that like real cheese. No option to have real cheese on the vegan burger, even asking at the counter. As with many restaurants now, it's either meat or vegan and nothing in the middle.

Good store with good service and good food. Staff are always kind and ready to help customers. Honestly one of the best staffed fast food restaurants I've ever been in and they all do fantastic work. Food is always great and never had a bad experience after being here several times. They restrict entry to under 18s not accompanied by an adult at certain times due to anti social behaviour. Toilets are closed around 1-2 hours before closing. Never taken notice of the time, just noticed they are closed if I go inherr for late dinner.

OK if you just need something quick. Prices are getting ridiculous though. Always some guy sleeping in a chair. I prefer to take away.

right next to the train station and the mall, so a good location. Only issue here is I take a single bite out of a whopper and immediately need to completely wash out my mouth and end up sick for the next week. A friend had a similar experience but he ended up only being sick for two days.

Hair in burger, staff had no hair nets on and not even an apology! The hair was at least 10" long and stuck to the burger. When we complained, didn't even get an apology! Then looked at the staff cooking and none of the women had hair nets or hats on! First time here and won't be coming back.

Good place to eat I stubbed my to on the chair and Gigi helped me with a big blue plaster and give me a free wrapper i even seen a rainbow on Chloe head good day to eat out 😃

Considering they follow an internationally recognised recipe this one in Inverness somehow had extremely bland burgers, cold despite taking their time serving it, you expect that by waiting 10 minutes the burgers would have been cooked fresh. The staff are very friendly and many tables hadn't been cleaned although the place only had about 8 customers inside

went here for my dinner while staying over at the black isle hostle and got the double whopper meal which was about £10. Staff that served me were good and friendly and easy to start a conversation with. My only Gripe with the place is the stupid energy saving mode in the bathroom lights goes off in 2 mins so when sitting in the stall doing you're thing I garintee you will be fumbling around in the bloomin dark like what happend to, thank god for the torch on my mobile.

Typical Burger King, I guess. I don't know if the burger kings in the US do plant based options. At least it was open at 5pm. The restaurants around weren't.

Bk is always busy, although we went in early so there was not many people in, so staff could serve us no problem. My kids love going to bk 👍

Today's visit sadly reminded me why I don't use Burger King. Burger at best lukewarm, added bacon bits cold I guess prewarmed and laid to the side till someone orders them , fries were very good but really small quantity. So similar to previous experiences. Be a while before I try again.

Sat down at table, member of staff came and took empty rubbish from previous customers. Table had spilt juice, crumbs and salt all over it. Instead of the staff member coming back to wipe clean the table he Instead went and got himself a drink from the dispenser and went back behind the counter to chat with his colleagues. Seeing this we decided against ordering and went to McDonald's instead!!

Was lovely to have a burger king as where I live there is only 1 far away. As I remembered the fries were delicious and whooper was as always comfort food for me staff were so pleasant and spotlessly clean throughout when I visit again I will be back

Food was the worst I had in a long time, even the chips tasted bad. Also far too expensive, both for being a takeaway and the quality of food. Won't go back there anytime soon!

I didn't expect much choice here with diverse dietary needs, but in this day and age hoped I could get 'something' to eat. staff pointed me to an allergy chart on the wall which was too small to read and Nope, nothing I could eat. The place was also dirty. Staff unhelpful. atmosphere turgid. Toilets manky. I need a shower after being here. never again.

One of the best places to eat in Inverness!

Went here Wednesday night around 6.30pm. 1 person in eating. Ordered whopper meal. It was freshly made and still the burger was luke warm! How is this possible. Yes I ate inside so it should have been hot. Waste of money going here. Happens too often and when you point it out they don't care.

The location of this place is good,the staff friendly but after that it's not got much else.The menu is too confusing,it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE,to work the self-service machines I think you need a degree to work,far to complicated for my liking,so we used the counter.When we did get the food it was luke warm at best,the onion rings were soggy,but at least the chips were hot.The restaurant itself wasn't very clean as no-one was clearing tables that were littered with empty pagaging.So sorry to say won't be back

Very clean quick service even when busy. great milkshakes.But sadly the burgers were undercooked and were pink in the middle and made us ill for the after noon

Nigdy w życiu już tam niczego nie zjem. Cztery razy wymieniałem kanapkę, frytki z włosami. Nie miła obsługa, jedzenie stare, a nugetsy i resztę pakują rękoma nie używają tongsów. Masakra jakaś stara pieniędzy. Nie polecam. 🙂

Zwei Cheeseburger best., die waren Kalt. Nach Reklamation bekam ich zwei neue heiße. Die waren wohl in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt.

Should not have a number as they don't answer they put a sticker on the bag to say its been checked but its not as they don't read your order

It's burger king so you know what you are getting.... However they now have do it yourself drinks which I'm not a big fan of - and their self service ordering is a bit poorly designed. Very fast service at this branch though.

First time I'd used the automated ordering system and it was great. Nice and clean and the leaving area comfortable.

Not much to say really, average Burger King, delicious Chicken Royal burgers, however my double cheeseburger was dry, probably been made a while.

Good central location, very fast service ideal stop off for fast tasty lunch while shopping. Plenty of room and seats in restaurant and very quick service

We ordered 39 kids meals & 5 adults meals here today as part of return journey on a group trip! Staff were really obliging & the food was good too. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered on just east and shocked by customer service. Missing items and when my partner and 1 attempted to call to get the issue sorted no one could be bothered to pick up the phone after many attempts.

Inverness has to be one of the poorest Burger King around. Food usually cold & tasteless. Eating area always a mess. And most of the staff don't care.

If u like BK that's wat it is. Crispy Chicken meal is my recommendation mmmmmm satisfying 😌

Food arrived cold and late after the time was already extended. Paid extra for sauces and didn't get them. Nobody answers the phone so I can't even get this sorted

Excellent and Horrible!!! I like this place. I come here maybe longer then 2 years. They served very tasty veggie bean burgers but now it is no more available. 😥 When you buy something and pay full price, please save receipt. After short survey, you can got free tasty burger which cost 5£. More receipts = more surveys = more burgers. All this receipts expired after month. My choice are Vegan Royal or Halloumi King. This burgers not healthy, so it is your choice, do it or not. Now if i come i order just coffee latte, onion rings and seldom chips. Coffee taste medium, rings are very tasty if they was fresh cooked but chips in my graduate on second position 👏 in all Inverness, after Dobbies of course. This chips more more tasty from served in Girvans. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Sorry guys but i must write here about my negative experience. It is happend maybe 1 year ago. I was a witness very bad situation. Someone from clients dropped sweet sparkling drink on the chair and next on the floor and leave it. Next come young guy, 20-22 years old, with mop, washed sweet liquid from floor and next use this one wet dirty brown mop for liquid on the chair.‼️😱‼️After that, if i eat sitting, i only sit on the benches against the wall.

Ordered one of the more expensive burgers with extra stuff in it, got a disappointingly tiny burger for ants I wouldn't even deem fit for a toddler. And I'm a hungry working class boy. The rest of the meal was good though. I'll have another try and see if this happens again.

I went into this establishment hoping for a good lunch only to look at the floor wich was filthy also the toilet seats were broken terrible hygiene in a pandemic a member of my group ordered a bacon double XL they got a cheeseburger with gerkins and sauce it and it was look warm would not return to this establishment

Somewhat chaotic on the day that I visited, and clean but only superficially so (our table might have been wiped, but not very well). Unless there's something you really like from Burger King, go to one of the many independent cafes that there are in Inverness.

Still not taking cash which is alienating certain members of the public, staff not all that friendly, didn't see any tables or screens cleaned after being used

Your typical city centre Burger King. Premises appeared clean but fail to wipe tables down after each sitting. Free WiFi. Food average and my burger bun felt it was very very very close to its expiry. For the first time ever they wanted to charge me 20p for some barbecue sauce....you've got tough competition in the town and your gonna have to try harder to survive.
