We came in for a breakfast and had a steak pie and sausage and bacon bap. There was so much steak in the pie and so tasty. Sausages were very tasty. Staff friendly and very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I was given this cupcake as a gift, therefore I can't review the service or the price. This cupcake was not only sweet looking but tasted very sweet. I think it's a very cute design made out of a sugary cream and fondant. Definitely recommend their highland cow cupcakes.

Shockingly expensive! Bought coffee for friend and I who picked me up. Below standard coffee in manky mugs. Charged 5.50 for black coffee. Never again!

Staff didn't seem to understand the idea of customer comfort with the front door permanently open letting in the freezing cold air. Why not do as others do and put up a sign saying we're open with the door closed or better still a door with a closer. Food and drink not bad but didn't hang around to eat it as I was frozen.

I went into Ashers on 4th January with a friend at 09.30am, they only had lorn sausage and potato scones for a breakfast offer, roll was that stale the top crust broke away on touching, ordered a hot chocolate due to only filtered coffee available as machine broken, hot chocolate was made with water, looked and tasted like dish water. Waste of £7.05, avoid unless desperate as staff are also unfriendly unless your male.

We recently stayed in Inverness and were travelling back home on a Sunday morning. We had expected to be able to get a coffee and/or something to eat prior to boarding our bus which departed at 08:45. Sad to say this place doesn't open until 09:00 on Sundays ! We counted a dozen people hanging around outside waiting for their buses instead of being able to get inside in the warm & dry....not good enough. Hopefully when the new bus/train hub is developed more attention will be given to making sure opening times reflect bus departure times, especially on Sundays.

Arrived here around 2pm and not a lot of people around so not sure why the staff member seemed totally disinterested. There was only one bag of salted crisps and when asked for more she said she didn’t think they had any. Ordered a cheese and ham panini and got this small charred thing with a slither of dried up ham and a speckle of cheese. The coffee was also burned from the machine and all this for nearly £8. Why can’t people just do things properly

Located adjacent to Bus Waiting Room. Usual fare for breakfast and prices reasonable. Tables cleared and restaurant clean but not much atmosphere. Food has to be ordered from counter. Member of staff who attended to us seemed pretty disinterested. The toilet is situated in the Bus Centre and costs 30p.

Staff OK, ordered all day breakfast, when it arrived minus black pudding, I pointed this out, to be told there wasn't any left, surely I should have been informed whilst ordering. The breakfast plate was the worst I have received. I've had a more appetising Scottish breakfast in Greece and Las Vegas! Many tourists arrive/depart at the station and I doubt they'll be putting rave reviews on tripadvisor, unfortunately.

Usually bakery and café is a good match. Not this one. We ordered 2 latte, a donut and a yumyum. Pastries were ok, not exceptional but fresh. But the latte was terrible. Cheap burnt beans? The place is basic, but the seating are get all the smell from the kitchen. 2.40£ for a bad latte is too much.

The place is handy for travellers, I’d go to Charlie’s cafe round the corner next time. The floors were excessively slippy due to the climate, could’ve had more mats on entries. Prompt service, nice lattes, moderately priced at just under £8 for three! Tables were free from plates and such like, the staff were pleasant enough to ourselves, it’s up-to you obviously, but give Charlie’s next door a go, as they have the toilet facilities this cafe/bakery must acquire!, as “paying to pee” in someone else’s part of the property is rather unnecessary.

I think the staff are superb, I've been here a few times before I get my bus. I am disabled, the staff ask me if I would like my items carried to my table , instead of assuming, they ask me in an non belittling way , and they never stare. Only one fault with the place, there is no toilet, only the bus station ones and they cost 30p

I visited Ashers Bakery with my cat on 30 May 2018. They do not make food to order. I had a ham and egg sandwich that was good. The jam doughnut was hard. I had what looked like a cream filled doughnut. It was a roll with cream. The roll did not taste sweet. Ashers is convenient as it is next to the bus station. I would reccommend if you transit at Inverness to carry one's own food.

Went in with my daughter. Got a sandwich, millionaire shortbread and a coffee. Sandwich was lacking butter and taste . Shortbread was soft and clearly ouy a whilr and the coffee tasted like the coffee had been filtered multiple times and was left to go cold before being reheated to room temperature . Service wasn't bad tho

Limited availability of products (drinks and eats) despite signage saying differently. The place needed cleaned and tidied (floor, tables, chairs dirty and littered). Not what I would expect from Ashers and in a location that may be used by visitors.

Two separate doors allows a draught in winter months. Good basic selection of sandwiches, hot rolls and cakes. Not to busy in January. Seats and tables getting a little past it.Staff were fun, chatty, polite with a smart appearance. Nice warm bowl of soup, well filled egg and bacon sandwich and a pot of peppermint tea. Lovely. Be cheaper if offered a soup and sandwich deal to make it that little less expensive. Handy place to have lunch while waiting on your bus.

Great store and open 24 hrs a day. They had a good range of product. There is a shortage of staff so the shelves empty, but if you can get a staff member/agency worker they will help get things out for you. Everyone was very friendly!

Great drinks, great food, great service, adorable bar dog and a perfect dive/sports bar atmosphere right on the water. Complete with black ball table. So happy we stumbled upon it.
