ASDA in Highland

Went after work they'd clearly has a busy day and shelves looked like the place had been robbed. Got some of what I needed but will have to go back for a few bits. Was hoping to avoid the chaos which is any food store near a holiday time 🤔

Easily the worst breakfast I have ever had. Everything reheated and eggs like rubber. Would never eat here again. Absolutely terrible

Went to the cafe. Food was OK and same with coffee. The only thing I can say was there was 1 person on and it seemed like she was doing everything her self.

Good range of groceries. Good prices.

I'd like to thank the staff who helped me today by providing a chair and water when I took a dizzy turn while shopping. They are so friendly and helpful .

Go here at least once a week. Only ever had a stock issue once, decent prices for most things and budget Asda food normally tastes pretty good, unlike most budget food. Yet to encounter an issue with shop and go scanners, they have always been available, even when the shop was mobbed. Just a well run store. Well done.

I show in the photos the items purchased: wine, pasta and excellent desserts. The supermarket with the best desserts, bread products, biscuits and cakes seen so far 😍 Wide choice and delicious, even taken to take home. Huge quantity of stuff, normal prices, tobacco shop and very friendly staff 😊 I recommend stopping by if you're in the area

Same as last year, this is one of the best places I shop at. It has a gigantic range of items at such cheap prices, plus the rewards I get with their app! Asda is really, my nr. 1 store.

Staff quite ignorant and little to no help

So yesterday i orderd asda express and all i was given was items on table i dont recomend people shop here it absaloutly discusting appauling how people treated now i am phycially disabled cant drive due epilpsy seziours bus cancled yesterday stuff on lift my 3 year old lunch who wanted tuna roll his watermelon fruit so upset had break to him didnt arrive he had such sad face near tears . I called up compline told wait 24 to 48hr fineace side call me back asda try make out not there part help request refund mear 35 quid own me ammount shopping missing appartly. Also left me stuck had order tesco evan dearer shop get deliverd today couldnt go out cause of weather warnings aswell so i like to know how we all suppost live in these situastions asda clearly dont care health only care about money if i do t get call by 48th hr going martin lewis money experts evan local new ppaers with all proof evan door bell camera live video how much driver gave me

My son and I visited this store this evening to purchase an air fryer, we were helped by Tyler. Tyler was very polite, friendly and very helpful - lovely lad.

Bacon was very poor did not eat. Bread tasted like it was fried. Coffee was good but avoid the food.

Great variety of items. I bought a scarf and a hat at a great price. We picked up some snacks for the road here as well. The store was clean and had everything I needed.

Very little fruit and veg, feel very messy unlike Tain Asda prefer that shop

Large store. Prices higher than they used to be. Non grocery items not as numerous as previously.

Large supermarket in good location.

Best bananas in town. Large organic and cheap. Haven't fully worked out what separates this from other places but it's close by for me.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and stocked items i had been looking for, for over a week at various other shops and supermarkets. - (Maybe just found they sold it because the staff knew what they had in store and were willing to help).

Came to the cafe today after some shopping to have some lunch. My mum and 6 year old both ordered toasties and the gentleman in front of us ordered a toastie too. We all, including the gentleman in front waited 30 minutes for the toasties to be heated up which is just ridiculous considering what minimal effort it is to do. The man in front of us had to actually go up and ask and then walked out instead of having his. When we finally got ours it was burnt. I have never been anywhere and ordered a toastie and had to wait as long as we did today. We won't be going back.

My cup was stained and the hot water wasn't even that hot. Had a all day brunch, the bacon looked and tasted like it had been held way longer than it should have, come of the chips weren't cooked through and the sausage were cheap and nasty. Only good thing about it was the beans.

First class. I shop in there most night and without a doubt they have the stuff in that I need

Stand waiting to pay and be let in as staff are busy chatting . Was charged £1.95 for a 4 week old sleeping baby. Ordered coffee black and asked for glass of water told they only have bottles.. the whole time we was there no one on the desk so people had to stand 10 mins to get in.

Poor stock levels in the evening, quite often no 4 pints of milk left

I've been using click and collect for the last few weeks, I have found it a quick and easy process. The staff are pleasant and make time for any questions I have had.

Good store just started a loyalty card scheme which looks decent.

Travelling overnight and toilet break required. Open 24 hours so only toilets used at approx 3am.

Their Diesel & petrol fuels are very competitively priced ! Low prices in-store on food, groceries, drinks & household also

Since a staff change a number of months ago this cafe has gone down hill, constantly new staff that usually don't have a clue. I was in yesterday and witnessed a young lad fishing bits of egg shells out of a tupperware tub he'd just cracked them into, no gloves!!!!! Today new staff from yesterday and told they couldn't make scrambled egg as only 2 staff (there's always 2 staff) she then told me I could have a roll rather than a meal....... Over the last few months of popping in I could list far far more examples. I wouldn't use this place again but it's the only cafe close enough to work, my breaks are short

Awesome big store , i got lost on between the shelves

Went to the café for lunch today. The place was full as expected for lunch time and with the kids meal deals on through the holidays. There were only two guys working, taking orders, getting meals out and so, understandably, none of the tables were clean or cleared. The two boys did a great job under the circumstances but it's pretty bad management when the offer of £1 kids meals is so heavily advertised through the holidays without the accomodation for it. They also had no baby food pouches available.

We have been here many times and the food never disappoints. Yes, the fish portions have decreased in size over the years but they are still generous and always freshly cooked. We always have fish and chips so can’t comment on other meals apart from once we had lasagne and that was good too. Why pay a fortune in a restaurant that Asda can do just as well for a fraction of the price.

Went for breakfast, as a family of 3. Didn't have any mushrooms and the the food was okay, sausage was a little cooked up, it was edible but wouldn't go again.

Its disgusting that as a vegetarian there in no option for hot food, and when you ask all they offer is a vegetarian brunch or sandwiches, i fully understand that restrictions are causing a bit of disruption but its very discrimination against vegetarians. If i didnt have to feed the kids i would have gone else where. Never coming back here again. I do feel sorry for the staff getting the staff getting the grief for the poor options that asda cafes offer

I recently visited Asda's opticians and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in, such friendly staff that I just had to write a review, I tried to write one on Trust Pilot however for some reason that wouldn't work. Brian the optician was a complete breath of fresh air, such a friendly and funny guy an asset to Asda's optician, left me smiling and laughed a lot, also Lauren was wonderful, she helped me select varifocal glasses, love, loved loved my experience there, thank you Asda opticians, you are all fabulous

Been today with my friend for breakfast the new order system is no use it took them 30 mins to take my breakfast over to me time to go back to the old system and give people there food when they order

We frequently went here for fish and chips. It used to be such good quality, lovely batter and well cooked chips. But the last two times we went we found it had gone downhill. In fact the batter was so soggy last time that I nearly took my meal back.

Generally well stocked clean store but lack of till operators for size of store. Had to wait too long for staff member to attend problem at self service till

Popped in out of the rain for a quick bite to eat. I imagine I the good weather the views must be fantastic, but on this rainy foggy day couldn't really comment on them. Had a scone which came with clotted cream and jam, and a mug of tea. It's no frills but perfectly fine, and reasonable prices.

The soup we were served today was disgusting, likely the worst soup ive ever eaten. Would not advise eating here

Excellent branch of Asda. Not the biggest but adequate. Nice cafe, always welcome to sit there and use free WIFI even before cafe is open. Good toilets. always cheapest petrol I have seen anywhere. plenty free parking.

Had a massive latte and toasted tea bread and it was delicious! Cheap as chips and lovely spacious airy cafe with great views!!

Fuimos a utilizar el internet en casa después de una interrupción y decidimos tomar un desayuno.Las vistas son estupendas, la comida normal, el personal correcto. Lo que no es aceptable en un restaurante casi vacío son mesas sucias. Habría tomado el personal unos minutos para limpiar todos ellos. Entonces otra vez, no podía ser molestado y tengo que asumir que la gestión no les importa.

Arrived for breakfast. Ordered a cheese omelette with mushrooms and beans. All tasted good. Friendly servers. Good value for money.

As Asda cafes go, this one must hold pride of place in Scotland for the stunning views westwards from the vast windows. If you're on a budget and visiting Inverness, this cafe offers great value for money for both breakfast and lunch. Staff are friendly and cope well with a pretty mixed clientele. There's a lift for those customers with mobility challenges. Handy if you're intending visiting Dores and wending your way down the eastern/southern side of Loch Ness, rather than using the busy A82.

Goedkoop en snel eten, wel lekker gegeten. Ontbijt werd ter plekke bereid en aan tafel geserveerd. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk

We popped in to asda today for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly. The food was all good. And the seating area was clean. Thankyou

Useful for tea/coffee, cakes, breakfast etc.. Asda will sign you up for their free Wi-Fi and it can be used at any ASDA store in the UK. Very clever of them as it pulls people in. We signed up at Inverness a couple of years ago while holidaying. We have used it with tablet/i-pad on each road trip between Devon & Inverness. You can sit comfortably at a table in any ASDA cafe with a cuppa and spend as long as you like booking your next hotel or planning where to go for the day etc. This particular store is on a new estate and a bitter fight was fought to allow it there but they won in the end and its a very good store for the locals as well as holidaymakers. We stay in a well known hotel lodge chain very near to it and use the store for oddments & snacks for our room as well as breakfast (including Scottish haggis) and wi-fi in the cafe. As it is Scottish hours it is open all the time, ionclkuding the toilets, 24 hours which seems amazing to us English! (Cafe open 8am to 5.30pm ish) Also this branch has totally free and no time restricted car park and a cheap petrol station. Recommended for everything.
