What Dessert? in Fife

very pricey, milkshake was basically milk, ice cream had no flavour of oreo ect just plain vanilla. waffle was okay just very much loaded with too much sauce. very very over priced for what it should be. shop was very bland for a dessert shop, the sweets at the back was half empty, the tubs that the sweets where in almost looked dirty. we wont be back

Arrived 8:30pm on a Saturday night and the place is closed when Google says they're open. Going by other reviews I'm not the only person caught out, they need to update their opening hours to whenever it is they are actually open

Went there today at 4pm really looking forward to some desert but place was shut no sign of life at all, no answer on phone either, went to perfect scoop in East Wemyss for some lovely sundaes, prob just go there in future.

Recently moved to Edinburgh from Glenrothes and after having driven all the way over on Saturday night to arrive at the shop at 10pm the shop was all closed up with shutters down. Google times say 10:30pm for closing and Facebook says 11pm for closing. Been enjoying the sweet treats for a few years when i stayed nearby that's why I made the journey but severely disappointed with this. Will definitely not be back and will not be recommending to anyone.

Ordered a selection of ice cream and doughnuts (the ice cream used to come in separate tubs) instead it all got bunged into one tub. If I was able to upload a picture it would be added here. Called up to try and resolve the matter but the manners of the staff were shocking and wouldn’t offer a refund for the ice cream… doughnuts arrived freezing too. Waste of cash. Will get the icy next time

Beautiful food, waffles were amazing!

Only place they have accurate opening hours is on the whatfork website. Pretty frustrating walking all the way here with the phone line saying they’re waiting to connect you. I thought they were maybe just busy.

I ordered 4 desserts last night 9pm, got an email to say delivery would be in 90 mins and I would receive a phone call to make payment by card! Got no phone call and no desserts! 1st time ordering and will be the last! I’ll stick with Perianos for my desserts in future

Ordered a waffle & ice cream at the back of 8 & was still waiting at 11 ended up phoning & cancelling it!

Loved all the different kinds of ice cream they had

Very rude ill-mannered staff, over priced, took ages to be served, won't be back. Floors could do with a good clean also.

poped in today after a nice day on the beach with my lovely woman, had some waffles with icream and salted caramel sauce ,my woman had a banana something,OMG ,OH YESSSSSS, great just delious they were. Thanks! service was quick and great, and to top it all we grabbed some of there vast selection of sweets for the kids and netfix night with ma woman,happydays oh aye I had some bubble gum ice cream to,yum yum..I know to much but ,hey you try resist the temptation. good luck,haha

I woudnt even give them 1 star came in tonight for crepes and they werent cooked properly and staff manners were blunt

Ordered 3 small things - donuts and churros and we waited 2 h for delivery . Didnt pay for delivery because of that. Very pricey. Order came cold, full with oil, hard and didn’t tasted good at all. For that price expect a tasty food .,Total Rip off. Waste of money .

Shocking how long it took to be delivered! They told us on the phone it would be up to an hour, 2 hours later we are still waiting. Shocking service!!

Dessert was good, but ordered food for a certain time, then called to change which they said was ok, it then came 1hr20mins later. Which was still half an hr after the original time that I had booked it for.

This icecream , cake and sweet shop is located in the Methil hill area, at the row of shops across from the garage at the Toll Bar. It can be a busy place to stop so parking is a bit of a hit or miss. The shop itself is colourful and clean. There's various flavours of icecream to choose from and Ive been 2 or 3 times and each time really enjoyed it. There are different size tubs or cones, sauces and toppings too. I've never tried any waffles or cakes yet. I would say that the price is average for this type of place..perhaps a little expensive if you had a few kids but a nice treat. The service was quick enough as there were a few people in. I found the girl serving a wee bit solemn. She wasn't a smiley person but at the same time she was helpful and polite so that was ok. I would recommend it.

Ordered cookie dough cheesecake but was out of stock got a call and chanced it to kinder cheesecake😍,......witch was amazing.......my ice blasted went dowm a treat two bubble gum and raspberry 😍 also have chocolate fudge cake just on top👌👌, best 11 pound spend in a long time☺☺

Really good selection to choose from on menu, crepes, waffles, ice cream, sweets and more, all with big selection of toppings. Also tango ice blast, never goes a miss. Food is always amazing and staff are always really nice.

I must admit I do love this place. I try not to go to often but the manager there makes mega waffles with the topping I want and lots of chocolate sauce, exactly what I ask for. I hate when you ask for a dessert to have extra sauce and there is hardly any on it. 10/10 for the waffles. Tried the strawberry ice cream as well and I'm not an ice cream person but this was sooooo good

En primer lugar, pedí a las 8. 25 por tiempo de 9. 15 para la entrega mi pareja llamó a 9. 45 y él me colgó el llamado a las 10. 10 dijeron simplemente dejando que teníamos que conseguir otro conductor que finalmente conseguí mi entrega en 10. 25 a que nunca llegó la flake pagamos ni conseguir el helado con mi cheesecake y el sabor batido como agua plato estoy realmente decepcionado y no será regresar

Ordered two drinks for delivery. Didn't show in the time slot given the first time or the second time. Bit fed up as they said they would call for directions but did not

Was passing methil today after we had went for a wee drive up to Elie went in to the shop the staff was pleasant asked for 2 cones at £2 each and was totally shocked at the size of the cone and the amount of ice cream that was on it it was about the size of a 10p coin you are having a laugh I felt embarrased for the guy that served me it if I had my phone with me a would have taken a photo of it sorry won't be back

It's a bit to pricey but the meal deals are go at lunch time for money and taste

Was in getting a waffle and the owner was there over seeing her staff working i had a waffle and the owner was telling her to pile the chocolate etc on,Been back twice again and its never been the same as my 1st visit still good but there isn't any consistency there also i think the ice cream they use tastes all the same

Only been once, gave 3stars only due to items they sell, not a bad variety of sweets and desert items. Knocked two stars off for being robbed. Had a sweety munchy box and hardly got anything in it and payed for 6 doughnut and only got 5... I wasn't happy lol.

My friend and I visited WhatDessert for waffles - We were greeted on our arrival and although it did take a while to get our waffles (due to slight hiccups with chocolate sauce not being melted enough to put on waffles yet) it was not a big deal and throughout the staff kept us up to speed! The shop was evidentially busy and the staff did their best to serve and keep everyone happy! Being a fairly new business they still have some small teething issues but the desserts speak for themselves! We both had the double stacker Bueno/malteser waffle and it was to die for! Will definately be back!

Ordered at 9 didn't get to me till 10.45 is was very disappointed. Food was OK tho.
