Breakfast consistently better than anything you would get in a garden centre and half the price too.

AVOID! I took the wife here for her dinner and to buy her a birthday present. My wife says 1 out of 5. AVOID - Not good for 50th birthday meals or presents

You get what you pay for…chips were nice but the panini was salty l, oily and overdone and the burgers have gristle in them. Service was really really slow despite the place being empty. Used to love Asda cafe but it’s gone way downhill

absolutely disgusting attitude of staff member ,manager and little so called security boy.Well reported to headoffice and lost my custom now .Gone down hill never got full shelves now either

Went for general supermarket shop. Appalling customer service team. This is not the first time the same sour woman gave terrible service. Last year I Went in to this store and requested a refund for a faulty Asda branded item I’d purchased with the receipt I still had. Unfortunately, despite discussing this issue with this same employee, she was immediately defensive, argumentative and her demeanour was awful - definitely not suitable for a customer facing job. Gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day and took it out on the customers (although not their problem and this is still not ok). Then went and visited again today, about possibly exchanging or refunding an item - I understood and respect Asda policy on refunds or exchanges. However, yet again this horrible woman (bleached, dry looking long hair, likely in her 60’s, slim, about 5ft 4), decided it was appropriate to talk over me, no politeness or allowing me to finish my sentence. Multiple occasions she spoke over me, very abrupt and rude. Obvious chip on her shoulder, who knows why. Awful woman who shouldn’t be employed.

I bought a trolley load of shopping today. After I'd paid,I realized I'd forgotten bread. I asked a very nice employee if he'd look after my shopping whilst I got bread. He happily obliged. I went to the bakery area,an older employee of the bakery section (wearing a food standard trilby was putting fresh stuff on a shelf) I politely asked "can you please tell me where the loaves are?" To be snapped at "you mean breid?? It's down there" (pointing away down the far side)with an attitude and scowl.ruined my visit. (Kudos to the busy boss man at the self checkout,which I didn't use,but the guy was very helpful and pleasant)

This shop is dire. Staff are rude, especially at the customer service desk. The store is never well stocked. I'd rather pay the fuel and go to Dunfermline.

I often go to the Asda cafe when I'm in store and you won't beat a Latte..its awesome. It's better than Costa and I like Costa. I had a Bacon roll to go with it..fully replenished for the day ahead.

What can I say? First day lockdown ends we visited The Asda Kitchen Cafe in Glenrothes. My son and I had Scampi, chips and peas and a diet Coke all for £3.50. Fantastic as you will see.

Please tell me, who is making sure that all customers are wearing masks or have valued reason not too like is say's on your TV advert . I was in shopping today was shocked at the number of shoppers that weren't wearing nether . All I ask is face mask or valued certificate for not wearing face covering .

Absolutely stuffed full from the American Breakfast with pancakes and golden syrup. Relaxed and refreshed with coffee in the updated refurbishment . Under the circumstances good cafe to go to with all the appropriate safety measures in place.

Since being refurbished this cafe looks great. Had my cake and coffee, staff are excellent and so friendly. I do not understand why this is so quiet as they are presently giving approximately 40% off. It's a no brainer...get in there.

Good food on offer and a choice of cakes for £1 when you buy a medium drink. Service very friendly and quick. Will definitely be back..Pitt it wasn't downstairs though!

Took my wife and son for breakfast.Food was overcooked and Luke warm service was very slow.For the price I expected a good breakfast but was sadly disappointed.Eggs were under cooked and the rest was over cooked and difficult to eat.

We meet family members here on a regular basis for tea or coffee. The tea and coffee are very good, there’s a choice of small or big mugs. The selection of cakes are good too. The tables and seats are clean.

Had breakfast with my wife this morning n I'm ill as hell I've got sore stomach and my wife has had upset stomach and been sick absolutely terrible service too

So we came in for lunch husband asks for the half roast chicken which when it came consisted of 2 sparrows legs a spoonful of coleslaw and some chips that had seen better days it definitely was not half a roast chicken!!! In fact there is probably more meat on a sparrow than what was served. The all day breakfast was cold but then again could be down to the air conditioning that was on full pelt making the food cold!!! All in all was not an experience I would repeat. As for the staff well they just look like they actually can't be bothered!!!! If anyone is looking for food in here I wouldn't waste your money.

The selection isn’t as good as it used to be and the last couple of times I’ve found the cakes to be quite stale like they’ve been sitting for a while.

Doing a lot of breakfasts when I went in for a Scone and a coffee its bright and light with a small range on the menu . Not particularly tempted to go for a meal in this café but seems fine for a quick coffee

a pleasant cafe with a good view of the store and the surrounding woodland. This is a self-service restaurant, and sometimes the choice is a bit limited in the cold fridge. The hot food is usually cooked to order. and drinks are also self serve.

Just what you would expect from a supermarket restaurant. Decent food at a very reasonable price. Excellent choice from snacks to meals, and a kid's meal box which can be made up from a choice of things

this is the second time i have went for a breakfast must be the worst i have had anywhere sausages were cremated bacon was not edible toast was still white no butter only spread i am afraid i wont be going back there worst place...

food is well prepared and presented (often freshly made when you order it). I feel sometime they could do with a better selection of cakes and sandwiches. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's self-service for the tea and coffee.

Visited here mid week one afternoon and the cafe was extremely quiet. The range of food was very good and the service both efficient and professional. The coffee was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing break mid afternoon. Worth a visit!
