Nice food but it feels like it’s too pricy for what it is.

Excellent. I wasn't expecting much considering it's a supermarket cafe but my breakfast was perfectly cooked. The hashbrowns and tastie scone where a real highlight. I got the big breakfast and a latte. The cost came to just under £12. Not bad compared to the other cafés in Dunfermline. Ladies who are serving are friendly, polite and very accommodating. The coffee is real, vibe in so comfy and cosy. You forget you are in the middle of the shop. I went during the summer holidays, so the were lot's of lovely families. Only con. The is only two people working in quite a large cafe. The serve is quick still. But they really should have more help. It's within walking distance of the high street and bus station. Overall very please. Will be back very soon.

No coleslaw on or with the burger when there should have been. 3x kuss meals fantastic

We tried the sausage and egg baps for a change and thoroughly enjoyed them. The tea and coffee is always good and the service is okay!

Nice coffee and cake made more pleasant by counter staff, Hannah and her colleague. It's refreshing to see a cheery greeting and efficient service in a supermarket setting.

Friendly staff and food is tasty. However the tables haven’t been moved in months to clean the floor and some tables are sticky underneath as well.

We ordered the chicken pieces, chunky chips, coffees and muffins for lunch. We only got coffee and muffins which is no use for lunch. Will not order from here again.

Great breakfast rolls today, though I tried the sausage for a change and it's okay but very little taste to it so I will revert back to my bacon roll on my next visit!

Require refund as meant to be all one order not in three parts waffles had no sauce very disappointed

We have eaten here a few times recently for our bacon rolls before shopping and on this last occasion we were accompanied by my sister who was on holiday. The coffee , tea and rolls were just what was needed before shopping and after a late night beforehand!

I have never had a bad experience at Tesco Cafe. The food is always delicious!

Wife and I are both vegan, had vegan fry up, but neither of us like avocado, wouldn't let us replace it with something else, so therefore paid for something we didn't have, won't be back, as week before we were allowed to have something in its place, very poor decision, as how much effort would it take to do an extra hash brown, tomato or mushroom????

Food arrived at a decent time but there was an item missing from the order which is more annoying since I paid for it. What I don't get is why orders are not double checked before it's picked up and sealed.

Not a good breakfast, black pudding had a very funny taste to it, bacon was undercooked. Have eaten in the cafe numerous times but did not enjoy the delivered breakfast

Ordered at 11:57 and received my order at 1 o’clock. Bacon baps weren’t up to the usual standard, the bacon was burnt and the baps were small rolls. Not the usual ones you get which was disappointing. Driver was at the restaurant for a very very long time but when he finally received the order he was very quick at delivering.

Drove all the way to from Portsmouth just to meet the legend that is Spartacus and boy was I not disappointed. Upon entering the store I was drawn to the right and low and behold, the Podgy puss himself was there. Gave him a quick stroke trying not to disturb his deep slumber. He took the time to return the favour with a quick wink and even gave me a hi 5. It was either that or he was stretching but I'll take a hi 5 from a famous feline and day. Can't comment much on the store itself as I was star struck but needless to say if he decides to move home I'm sure the store will suffer.

I received my order over an hour later and my food was freezing and had to reheat. The driver had broken down which you would think he would have called and got a replacement but delivered it cold! Not happ at all and would like a refund

Delivery driver left food on the doorstep despite it raining

Breakfast wrap wasn’t really a wrap as the tortilla was so hard and stale in places it just snapped. The choc brownie isn’t as advertised either. Just a thin pre packed one like you get out the co-op for like 80p. Brutal.

Fridge empty of sandwiches and cold drinks. 2 members of staff too busy yapping to themselves so walked out.

We visit here quite often to have a breakfast roll before we shop! The prices have increased recently (as they have in most other places) but we still find the food and service to be well worth the price! I have to say we also spend less in the shop after eating!

My favourite supermarket cafe in town: very spacious, bright, full of cosy spaces. Good variety of food at very affordable prices.

Missing item from order - sausage bap

Ordered a £40 order, was missing all three mango smoothies, the juice, the breakfast AND the wrong chips with the burger, phoned the cafe just to be told they couldn’t even send anything out and the only option I had was to claim a refund, the woman didn’t even know what to do when she was on the phone. Didn’t even apologise just said I dunno what happened as I’ve just came in. Won’t be ordering again, waste of money

Its a while since we've been and as the last occasion we couldn't get food because of how busy they were, we decided to make a later visit this time. The service was good, the bacon done well as we requested and the hot drinks were hot! Success!

Incorrect order and food soggy when arrived

1 hr 35 mins I waited for a breakfast delivery. Food was cold and I've seen better looking dogs dinners .Box was shoved in a bag sideways . No way will I ever order from this place again

The breakfasts were lovely, everyone really enjoyed them. Delivery was pretty quick as well. However, we didn't appreciate the note written on the receipt in all capitals and underlined. The note we received was "BUNDLE BREAKFASTS NORMALLY FRIED BREAD BUT WILL SWAP THIS TIME ONLY". It clearly states in the menu, in the description of the breakfast for 4 bundle, you can have your choice of FRIED BREAD or TATTIE SCONE. We wrote our choice in the notes, "Can we have tattie scones with all the breakfasts please, thank you", not an unreasonable request considering the menu tells you that you can make that choice. Either the staff need at educating what the menu states or the menu needs corrected, to reflect what is actually included in the bundles. First time ordering and it was definitely the last, staff attitude is stinking.

very long wait for a baked potato, coffee was very cold when food arived and potato wasnt cooked, after pointing this out was advised they arrive frozen and have had a few complaints. so do something about it!!!! Selays were probbabley agrevated by giving priority to `Just eat` delivery.

the last occasion we visited whilst shopping was extremely busy with the result there was a half hour wait for a bacon sandwich so we just settled for coffee this time! It was definitely short staffed with only 3 people working and one of those was the chef! It needs more staff, especially on a Saturday!

Driver did not follow CLEAR DELIVERY instructions my food was left on the doorstep freezing cold, I had requested he put it inside my unlocked porch!

Honestly wouldn’t feed that to a dog. I had such high hopes as generally in-store the food is delicious but this was awful. Won’t waste my money again

I ordered 2 mango smoothies and a vegan wrap. The 2 mango smoothies were both melted and was given no straws to drink with. The wrap was warm and was packaged nicely. I would highly recommend, delivery driver was lovely too

Paid for an extra egg, didn't get it. Sausages were disgusting and bacon had zero taste. I paid £1 for mushrooms, received 1 medium size mushroom. What a waste of money. £22 for 2 breakfasts.....rip off

We have recently visited this café on 2 or 3 occasions and the standards seem to have picked up again. The bacon rolls are good and the coffee and scones we had on the latest visit were great.

Meal was late and everything was stone cold for a store not far away

Ordered Fish and Chips + Full English. Breakfast was great, all notes read and exchanges were made as requested. Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas were delicious…but the tartare sauce was not included. This is the second time this has not been included with the order, and while the food was still very tasty, it does completely change the experience of fish and chips.

Went with my daughter and Grandson...breakfast was really nice and nicely cooked.

Lovely meal , but a bit sparse on amount compared to a,lot of places where they give 2 sausages and 2 eggs but nice and clean and enjoyable

Handy for a quick cuppa. Reasonably well laid out. Well used by the customers of the supermarket.

Tesco cafe provided a quality eating experience. The staff were attentive and polite delivered the food to table. There was sanitising station on entry and a varied menu.

We have visited a couple of times since the café reopened and have been a tad disappointed! We always request well done bacon rolls, which previously have been delicious! The staff seemed to be new and our request wasn't followed like it had been in the past and we believe there was a rasher less than pre-covid times!

Couldn't drink my coffee as was unsealed. Every other place I've ordered from use the tape to cover the lid hole if they don't have covered lids. 1. To stop spillage 2. To stop contamination. I'm sure he didn't, but there was nothing to stop the delivery driver having a swig of my coffee, so I couldn't drink it obviously. I'd like a refund on that please, so if you could credit my account I'd be grateful. I don't do phoning so please don't discriminate and use that method thanks.

Lovely breakfast would recommend and go back. Not expensive either. Ordered two Scottish breakfasts.

The food had fell out of the box into the bag and the delivery dumped it and left there was no way I could have eaten this and now have to get another delivery would like a full refund for the breakfast box

At the counter was good service, however I had to stay standing up for 15 minutes waiting for someone to clean the table. When I saw someone I asked for it to be cleaned and was ignored she looked at me and saw I was waiting but did clean it I had to walk to another one opposite she just cleaned by then my coffee was cold and spilt every where. I have hip problems and was in a lot of pain.

We called in before the weekly shop to have a 'well-cooked' bacon roll and they didn't disappoint! I had coffee on this occasion and it was so watery for an Americano coffee that I couldn't drink it....will stick to the tea in future! Service not...

Last visit we weren't happy because of lack of staff clearing tables etc but this time there seemed to be better arrangements with who was cooking, who was serving at the till and those who served the food to the tables! We had our usual...

We called in mid afternoon for coffee and cake and the tables were still full of dirty dinner dishes. They definitely need more staff in this cafe as it's quite offputting having to sit at an uncleared table!

Good location, pleasant atmosphere, everything else dreadful! Food is truly awful, staff unfriendly! I suggest you avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

We were walking in the area recently and decided to pop in for a coffee - this was about 3.30 in the afternoon and the tables were uncleared and dirty - pleased we only wanted coffee as we certainly wouldn't have enjoyed food in that...
