Starbucks in Fife

After past few days of different locations asking for a Dry Soya Cappuccino 😕and Receiving what i got was Latte 🤬But At DUNFERMLINE i Received the best Tall Dry Soy Cappuccino in the past week So Thank You to the young lady Barista for my tasty Coffee🎉👍🎉👍

Staff are unbelievably rude. Products missed from drive through orders and when this is mentioned to staff they roll their eyes and huff. Not even an acknowledgement or an apology. Not even a greeting hello or goodbye. Management need to take action on this. Customer service training needs to be given. This is not the first time this has happened either.

Came in for a quick stop on the road, our server Ally was incredible always had a smile and incredible customer service. Was amazing when our friend did not like their drink and had brilliant banter.

Love Starbucks hot chocolate. Just wish they did more gluten free food options. There is never any gf cake. Love that my dog can come in and sit quietly and have a pup cup.

Had a great time in Costa with my best mate, god daughter and we also took Skye the puppy for her puppachino.

Couple of great refresha's, love the Peach ice tea and the wife loved the Mango & dragonfruit.

We had no idea what we wanted when we arrived and Zack so was patient and gave great recommendations! Opted for his choice, iced white mocha with hazelnut syrup and it was amazing! Mark was also very helpful and pleasant.

Table had previous occupants drinks left behind. Sat there as it could hold 5-6 people who were meeting there. Person clearing tables cleared every table except my table. (No idea why) Then had to go to counter and ask for table to be cleared and was told that it's been busy so haven't been able to. That would have been acceptable if there was a queue, no queue (at all) and the whole interior was vacant.

Coffee was ok, standard Starbucks. Cafe was clean and quite well laid out. Staff were slow and indifferent to customers. Maybe they forgot their double shot espresso to wake them up.

The woman serving us was rude and unfriendly. She didn't reiterate properly to the people making the drinks that we ordered large drinks even though we were charged for them, had to ask them to make us both large again. For the iced matcha latte, asked for light ice, the ice was not light, half of the drink was foam. I frequent this Starbucks a lot and have never had any problems, but today the service was less than satisfactory. When I got my drink remade from a medium to the large I was CHARGED for, the man was shaking his head to himself in the background. We are paying a lot of money for the supposed luxury of Starbucks. It's not good enough.

Not very clean, lots of rubbish lying about on tables. Staff are prioritising drive thru customers.

Coffee ☕ is always good, staff are always polite and smiling granted they do stand around talking, but it's the mess on all the tables 😭 I count nine tables needing cleaning and cups cleared, do a bit of cleaning before standing about talking, we are normally in for about 20mins and the shop hasn't been busy and nobody has been out to clean up the tables, I think some training is needed.

Great coffee house. Nice and chilled if you're looking for a coffee and a chat. Drive-thru is good and pretty quick. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

What a sad little Starbucks. Staff devoid of the chance to show any personality as they’re forced to listen to each other through their little headphones. Afraid of the brushes and mops, the place looks like the blitz on a regular basis. It’s 1745 on a Sunday, the stools are stacked on the tables with over 3 hours till closing time (as per the google information). Nobody’s cleaning and it feels like I’m about to be asked to leave. What’s the point, eh? Often you’ll head to the counter to collect the drink only to be offered a variety of options like you’re ordering a different drink altogether. Like the replacements in a supermarket home delivery. There’s so much going for this place, it’s well situated, airy and feels like it would be the place to go for a coffee. Save yourself the bother and head into Dunfermline City Centre and see the staff in the Kingsgate Centre.

I like their Matcha late. Great amount for the price 👍

Thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and staff were very helpful, also very impressed that they told everyone that there would be a two minutes silence.

Recently redecorated. High ceilings so tends to echo and loud, so not a place to get work done. Lots of staff so never a wait unless busy or lots of Just Eat orders waiting.. Dining area is usually dirty and seating area usually has discarded cups and plates. Dog friendly and usually dogs there. Menu is much larger than what's shown on the board. Sunday morning/afternoon is packed.

Dirty tables. Nobody cleans them. Too loud people.

It's a busy place plagued by card machine issues. Staff are friendly, mostly. It's not the worst place but def needs some issues addressed.

Disgusting treatment of customers by group of teenage girls behind the bar. We stood waiting for someone to serve us for a good 8-9 minutes without one of them coming near (baring in mind there were SEVEN! Staff on). Then one tall lanky girl spotted a woman I presume was her mother walk in and proceed to pull her down to the bottom where she took and made her order while we (paying customers, because her mother didn’t pay for anything which I believe is against Starbucks company policy) stood and waited, prioritising her own family member. As if this treatment wasn’t enough, they were all larking about taking snapchats, texting on their phones and being generally inappropriate for a workplace. Every time I come here it is the same story, poor staff training, low standards and bad behaviour

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks for years, but the last 3 times I've been for drive thru I have had disappointing service. Two times I've ordered a Vanilla Latte, then driven off and discovered I was given the wrong drink. On my most recent visit the coffee was correct but it tasted burnt, as though the coffee hadn't been cleaned out of the machine from the previous drink. My husband also tried it and agreed. I was already away from the shop when I realised this so couldn't take it back. Hopefully these issues are just a blip and it gets better soon as it is a local favourite of mine.

The worst one I've ever been to. Staff doesn't know what there all doing and they don't listen to what I'm ordering. No care or people skills.

Starbucks coffee is nice, but the service is never that quick, the tables and floor could do with regular cleaning and the bins emptying.

great coffee. WIFI NOT WORKING. been down for the last 6 weeks, reported it every time i go in. staff do not care as not affecting them. this is what happens when you have people working for you rather than working with you. i work in telecoms so understand how straight forward an issue this would be to fix but nope, the saga continues. Wifigate.

We went through the drive through. I paid with a gift card but I think at checkout they thought that it was an account card. I tried to explain it to the cashier there but I don't think she understood and she didn't scan the app to add the stars. I parked and went in because I was confused. I was told that they couldn't add the stars to my account with the receipt. But the cashier there helped me and they gave me a free drink card. So, service was great and the place was really neat.

A nice spacious Starbucks, staff were fast and friendly. Dog friendly as we saw plenty of dogs whilst there. Have taken our own dog and bought her a puppacino.

Order my drink online at the wrong site. Once I realised what I’d done I called this site and explained. The staff were understanding and agreed to hold my order until I passed by a couple of hours later and remade my drink. This was great customer service and really appreciated! Thank you!!!

This is our new weekend go to place for breakfast. The croissants are so soft, fluffy and buttery, love them. Croque monsieur is packed full of ingredients. Absolutely love the white Chocolate Mocha. Staff are friendly although constantly busy.

You know what you’re getting with these places which I often use for work time between site visits. This one’s got friendly staff, the WiFi works, the loos are always in good nick and it is dog friendly. Can get a bit busy which can lead to staff not having time to clear tables but when it dies down they get back on it. Would recommend

Coffee up to the usual corporate standards and I mean that in a good way. You know exactly what your getting and there is almost no variation branch to branch. Price though geez ouch is about all I can say on that. Would have been a solid 3 star review but extra points and a return visit imminent purely based on the dog friendly policy.

Lovely place and dog friendly. My bulldog loves the attention she gets when we visit here and also her pup cup!

One word.. RATS! I went to the Starbucks drive through and while placing my order there were rats running all over the drive through and surrounding bushes. When I mentioned this at the window the response was "they are all over the retail park. But they don't come inside and nothing can be done" wow!

I visited around lunchtime, where the cafe was busy. We were takeaway and were served very quickly and politely.

Good coffee and nice cakes but please be aware dogs are allowed in this Starbucks just in case you are allergic.

Normally a place to sit in as well as a decent drive through for your coffee fix. Open late into the evenings; great place to catch up with friends and family. Staff are friendly and great with our dog too who is always welcome. Nice layout and good music. Much better than the Tim Hortons nearby.

Good staff . But location and atmosphere is a bit cold

couple with very dirty dog sat next to me as i was having a coffee and bacon roll. It looked like the dog had been dragged through a hedge backwards and was very wet and muddy. As i sat at a low coffee table it tried a couple times to stick its unwelcome snout in my bacon roll. Owners blissfully unaware and unconcerned, the mooching mutt was very annoying. I paid for that bacon roll and it was mine , no way that slabbering muddy mongrel was getting any. Had to move to another table to get peace.

It's been years since I was in Starbucks enjoyed my visit will definitely be back in future.

Amy needs to get an attitude check. The way she spoke to me and my partner at the window was absolutely disgusting. We can then also hear her complaining through the speaker for the drive thru. Now I understand people have bad days. I work in retail myself but you never take it out on a customer.

Visited on 26 November, 4pm. The whole time we were in the cafe, not one table was cleared (8 needing attention when we left) and the floor needed swept. We spoke to the manager to draw her attention to it, and she said it would be attended to but cited they were short of staff. However, we counted at least 7 people behind the counter, 3 of of whom were young girls having a good chat most of the time and the adults were certainly not overrun. The cafe was by no means busy, less than half full and perhaps only 8 tables were occupied. Clearly no-one was keeping an eye on cleanliness and clearing up. Overall, it gave us a very bad impression and a poor experience. We won't be back.

excellent wee place. dont often use big brands but was in the area visting family and was taken here by our niece. friendly staff all with unique qualities.

I don't usually use Starbucks but went in with family. We couldn't hear the girl. She couldn't see us because of the sun coming through the window. I don't drink coffee and the only tea they had was Earl Grey. I don't think I'll be back.

Drive through visit. I know I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box but I don't think it is beyond anyone to be able to make a hot chocolate with a little peppermint in it. Gets my drink and its about 1/4 syrup and undrinkable, label on the cup stated 4 shots of peppermint... way too much. Went in and explained and then stood in disbelief as the girl then proceeded to put 7... yes seven shots in my replacement. The next replacement had a single shot and the milk was.clearly deliberately overheated. Don't think it's much to ask for a reasonable product when you pay good money for it, and as for the servers attitude... I'd have dismissed her on the spot if I were her manager.

Just went through the drive thru, ordered cold brew and asked for pouring cream. They “don’t have it.” What? They didn’t offer any alternatives when asked. Do they not have milk? What are my options? Feels like they weren’t trained properly to offer options? If there’s one place that should have pouring cream, it’s a coffee shop, right?

Take away cuppa. In and out quickly.

I was served by becca at the drive thru window who thought she hadn’t spoken as loudly as she had when she said I had parked so far from the window and she didn’t know how I would pay. At which point I said ‘I heard that’ no apology no look of embarrassment she just continued with the transaction for which I came out of the car for because well… manners. She clearly has poor customer service, a rude attitude and no appreciation for the customers that keep her in employment. On the other hand my Starbucks order was great as usual. But no I wouldn’t say that was a friendly experience.

28/07/2022 - met my sister and mum here at around 8:30/9. The place is meant to close at 10 however the staff were putting chairs on all the tables, except the ones customers were sitting at so when new customers came in, it looked like they could not sit in. The staff were clearly trying to get rid of customers. The staff member (blonde hair, average height, face tripping her) clearing up was dragging chairs and highchairs around which made an incredibly loud screeching sound, another clear sign we were no longer welcome. The above staff member also served me, no welcoming manner, no polite conversation and barely acknowledged my existence. I usually like coming here as it is doggy friendly however I may have to reconsider as it's clear customers are not always welcome.

My drink was nicely made. Place was quite empty and 4 staff behind counter. Had to ask for a table to be cleared so I could sit down. 5 other empty tables had dirty dishes. This was done but when I got to the table the floor was so dirty I couldn't let my dog sit there so I had to keep her on a chair. It looked like chocolate cake all over the floor which is poisonous to dogs so in a dog friendly establishment staff should know this to avoid risk.

Perfect fancied a skinny sugar free iced vanilla latte and met the order perfectly!

This is not just ONE Starbucks, but various in different parts. I'm physically disabled and menopausal and was desperate for the loo. I find with various Starbucks loo's in different areas, I have to push open a very stiff thick door to get into the actual bathroom area, which I find difficult, then to find the loo cubicles are so tiny that I couldn't get into them. Even if I picked up the sanitary box and put it on top of the loo, I still can't get my legs around the side of the loo to then put the box back on the floor and close the door. I found it impossible and not because of my disablement! I then had a huge struggle to open the stiff door to leave. Found the disabled loo and it was absolutely mucky. Previous user had left a load of wee all over the seat and there was piles of ripped and scrunched up loo roll all over the seat, in the pan and all over the floor. After spending a couple of minutes as an un-paid cleaner I found the loo flushes but not actually flushing anything down and the electric hand dryer wasn't working! There was also a nasty smell in there. I don't think a cleaner had been in here for 25 years! We were going to have something to eat and drink but changed our minds and went to a Shell petrol station just up the road where we found the loo to be spotlessly clean and smelling nice. Hubby said he had the same tiny mucky loo-roll strewn cubicles in the gents too.

My regular Starbucks (I sit in, takeaway & use the drive through weekly). Staff are really friendly, good service & they get my crazy coffee orders spot on.

I used to be a regular to this store however it has gone downhill terribly in recent months. The manager seems to be too concerned with her 'favourite' customers that visit the store. I have often seen her conversing with a police woman and a short brown haired lady and ignoring customers, duties etc, expecting the barista's to cover her back. Truly poor. If the manager bothered less with flirting with her customers then the experience would be improved. I cannot return to this store now as I have heard too many poor experiences. It doesn't seem that the manager is suited to the job. I have witnessed her be aggressive and manipulative towards staff members (and have seen young girls reduced to tears) while I have been standing in the cafe waiting on my drink. This is not a friendly environment and honestly I feel bad for the people working there. I hope that this reaches the right people and that these issues are addressed and the manager in question dealt with accordingly. If I was told that the manager of the store is too busy extending the drama of her personal life I'd have her off that counter as quick as I could.

Not bad drinks. Only downer was wanted a raspberry and white chocolate blondie but they were out. The place is dog friendly. This is good.

They do my favourite breakfast sandwich - bacon, egg, cheese and tomato relish in a bun Best eaten straight away as bun feels slightly chewy after 10-15min. And as always great coffee and service.

No idea how good the product is because I nearly blew a tyre and broke part of my car because of the huge potholes in the road at the entrance, shame on you Starbucks!!!

Stopped here on the journey from Aberdeen to Newcastle - very easy to access from the M90. Service was quick and friendly, the toilets were clean, and there was plenty parking.

We visit weekly and it’s incredible that the two holes on one side of the road at the entrance have not been fixed! It has been like this for ages! I appreciate there is another restaurant on site and it’s probably down to the land owner to fix, but we won’t be back until it is fixed. Really poor! My review is based on the road to your unit.
