Tim Hortons in Fife

I wouldn’t recommend buying hot drinks or hot food here. I’ve given this place three chances, and every time I’ve been disappointed an absolute waste of money. Even the basics like chips, rolls, or toast weren’t good. While the place is quiet, hygiene has been questionable at times. I now only visit for the donuts, but even those were underwhelming on my last visit. They weren’t well cooked, and the filling was almost nonexistent. The staff seem disinterested and robotic, lacking energy or positivity to engage with customers. To make things worse, there’s constant turnover among staff, which gives the impression of poor management. This big brand fails in customer service, and the food quality doesn’t match its reputation. Krispy Kreme is miles ahead of this branch in every way. Avoid unless you’re desperate.

Avoid: staff changed, all quality down hell. Price has been raising non stop and quality go down +20 pences increase and smaller amounts. Rationing starting.

Wasnt great. Hate to say it but better quality wrap and coffee from a different fast food chain. Brown sauce had a very sweet taste to it and the 'coffee' i do realise cappuccino doesnt always travel well but it was watery and luke warm

Every aspect of my order was either wrong or missing.

French vanilla latte is the best coffee ever. Best to go for breakfast as it has offers. Overall good quality burgers and coffee.

I ordered a medium caramel macchiato wth caramel sauce. instead I got a medium/large cup, half full with sweet, watery, warm milk. orders are always hit and miss from here

1st time in Tims and wow I will be back... medium latte with Colombian shot, hash brown and mcmuffin with sausage, egg, hash brown and cheese for £4.75 !!! Amazing... bye bye McDonald's breakfast lol

usually the food is great but today we were very disappointed with the quality. the food arrived cold, the bacon was under cooked, the bagel was burnt and had no sauce. the coffees were lovely and hot though.

this is the third (and likely the last) time I've ordered from this venue.. the first time I was sent someone else's order. the second time I found it on my neighbours doorstep.... the most recent the all the food was cold! the coffee was enjoyable & hot, however it was the wrong drink. I can't speak to a human regarding my experience with using just eat to order from here. it is far better to order in store. extreme disappointment as their food is of a good quality from my in-store orders.

I placed an order at 12.30. should have arrived 13.20. They then called to tell me an item I ordered wasn't in stock. The delivery then pushed between 13.35 -13.55. Started to make the order then pushed delivery back again to 14.20 -14.30. It was said to have been delivered at 14.32 which it wasn't

Very simple order to get wrong ! No diet coke and no mayo sauce ! I got tomato sauce and coke … two things i hate …. Disappointing

went here for something to eat the food was moldy filthy full of frost and the place was just proper dirty over priced for bottles of juice and to tell customers to pay by card when they only had cash was a shambles too

Wasn’t satisfied with delivery or quality at first but it improved significantly. A bit pricey but good apart from dressing being down at bottom of wrap. This is always the case. I just keep my own dressing to hand.

Only a £1 extra and you get a breakfast too!!

No breakfast bagel and no 6 pack of doughnuts which equalled to more than 50% of the order cost. Seemingly cant be bothered to answer their phone. Will be avoiding here from now on.

The strawberry shake was very poor. No flavour spending nearly £6.00 on order certainly wasn’t large. Wrap had no lettuce or tomato in situ. Won’t order again. Was disappointing last order but thought I’d give it a better try. Poor poor poor. So upset

Service was very poor and slow, workers were rude and ignorant. I had ordered a strawberry frappe and was given the wrong order and the lady at the till was cheeky when i said it was wrong. She also rolled her eyes as she shouted the order number. Finally when i received my correct order after a lot of hassle, i took a sip and the drink was foul, it tasted like Calpol. The restaurant was dirty and toilet was blocked. I payed 4.39 for a disgusting drink and the prices are shocking, i shall not be purchasing from Tim Hortons again until this issue is resolved 😠

luke warm food, missing an item, half an hour late, my muffin roll was split in half so it was very messy to eat.

only received part of the order. One of the meals was missing a sandwich. Each of pouches of lattice fries look like half portions. Called the store and they give two options: 1.) I come and pick up the missing sandwich, 2.) I ask JustEat for a refund.

Came for Breakfast on a Sunday morning, wasn't too busy maybe 4/5 tables in. We waiting 25 mins for 2 X coffee & breakfast. No apologies or update on why it was taking so long. Staff seem relatively clueless and unaware of their surroundings. Breakfast & coffee were fine. Not amazing not terrible.

Never received my full order. Manager at hospital hill asked if I could come get it or send someone to get it as they have no drivers. Not my issue to resolve. Said next time I will make sure your order is correct. Well it should be correct every time. Very unprofessional response

Disgusting couldn’t eat potatoes lattice things so hard couldn’t get teeth through them bucket , double cheese burger disgusting in bucket after 2 bites , will not be back and tell everyone not to go to Hospitalhill . No stars for anything staff needs training .

ham and cheese melt lovely. lattice fries and barbecue sauce 10/10. sprite with strawberry syrup amazing. couldn’t recommend enough.

The Burgers always look like someone has sat on them but yet The Donuts where fine. In store normally fine but delivery the Burgers don't travel well.

food absolute stinks of curry powder, not sure why as I don't see anything on the menu that would cause that.

Think the ice machine needs cleaned. I ordered a tropical cooler and there is loads of bits floating through it. Tried calling to let the place know it needs cleaned and not getting an answer. Was really looking to the tropical cooler too, no way I'm drinking that

The food tasted good but the fries weren't hot and the doughnut wasn't packaged well so half of the the chocolate glaze came off on the packet. I have had better experiences in the past, slightly disappointed today.

Missed an item from the breakfast but got refunded. My main issue was that the veggie option wasn't labelled so it was difficult to work out which was which.

Latte was delivered instead of flat white. The cheese sandwich was cold with hardening round the edge and the potato sides were cold

i go to timmies every single thursday, i have NEVER had an issue with them before, other than that one time i got locked in the bathroom but i got out so its fine!! the timbits are scumdiddlyumptious and the drinks are even better. i do wish the chai lattes were not seasonal though, i really like them and since we are boycotting starbucks, the only place i can get one is timmies. (costa ones taste awful and make my throat scratchy) other than that ilove timmies and i thinkthey are the best!!!!!! dont listen to anybody elses opinion because mine is the most important :)

Food had clearly been cooked sometime before I made my order. Was very dry and stale, not very warm either.

Tim Hortons has really gone downhill since they opened. My coffee was horrid, I had to pour it away after a few sips. It tasted stale and was barely lukewarm. The food was also cold and inedible. The only saving grace is that the donuts are still pretty good. I doubt I'll be ordering from TH again.

A great comfortable place to have meetings or just chill with a coffee/tea. On my visit I had breakfast for £1 with my drink... ok my tea was rather expensive for a tea bag placed in hot water and stirred but no where near Starbuck prices. Overall this is where we like to meet people for a coffee, be it business or pleasure.

Food is certainly tasty but no matter if you go for drive through or eat in the food does take a long while, went recently where my food was 5 minutes but my friends did take 10 minutes, his order was simple and not a large one. Past times I have been there have been inconsistent, 20 minutes for a two hot drinks and a donut (drive through) the food and drink was good but not worth 20 minutes. The chicken wrap can be very inconsistent as it can come almost unassembled. Other times the wrap has been pretty good. One item that is a staple to Tim Hortons is the Deluxe Hot Chocolate which comes with Mini marshmallows and whipped cream. The Deluxe Hot Chocolate is great… if it comes with the cream and marshmallows, it is meant to but sometimes it doesn’t appear to be there. Not sure why this is but there have been times where there are no marshmallows and cream. Overall 3 stars. Hope this helps. Thanks

Been a few times since Perth TH opened it's great. Brilliant place - very clean and tidy, quick service a great selection of sweet treats. Will be back again soon

You can wait a long time for your order, if you can see past all the delivery drivers hanging about, there is no gluten free option AT ALL but my son loves the doughnuts. Way overpriced for what it is and coffee is only middle of the road.

Took over an hour from order being placed to items being delivered. Coffee was no longer hot when it arrived.

Unfortunately a group of school kids, who hadn't purchased anything, loud, play fighting and feet up on the tables. Getting in the way of customer entering & leaving premises. Staff ignoring their behaviour until it was pointed out to them.

Weve ordered twice from here and twice never got our food!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Spending the last of my money on what I thought would be an excellent breakfast. No previous issues, however, food was cold and there was no sauce, items were just mushy in the wrap. Sauce was selected for all 4 items but none had it. Very disappointed, will definitely not be placing an order again.

My first time in here and prefer it over Starbucks for sure. Ordered an Americana, coffee is ok, I've had better and worse. Tables were clean which is nice to see. Staff were pleasant as well which is always a bonus ☺️ Overall on my first visit I'd rate about middle of the road purely based on quality of the coffee. I

Failed to meet estimated time twice. Breakfast wrap was wildly overloaded with ketchup, it is all you can taste.

Over priced coffee and it is not any better than any of the rest, staff need to learn how to smile, 2 customers in the shop....still had to wait 18 (yes 18) minutes for my cappuccino. This place is a joke..

Ordered a caramel macchiato and ended up with a disaster. Drink took 35 minutes during a very calm evening. After the wait i was handed a boiling coffee without a lid or the sleeve. The worker also had an attitude and eyeballed me while i left the store.

Never turned up for over an hour had to call restaurant. Female employee was quite ignorant who answered the phone shop owner did call me to tell me my order was on its way and remade food for our delivery which was lovely. All in ok but if you’re in a rush don’t order on here just collect much faster.
