First and last time will visit. Overpriced and staff on their phones whilst we stood waiting to order. Coffee good tea acceptable. Toasted teacake forgotten about. Wasnt even busy.Waited 10 minutes then had to go up and ask for it- female on her phone. To their credit when the teacake arrived we were refunded the cost of it for our wait. Compared to other coffee shops in centre this is easily the poorest.

Bit of an exposed location but good selection of food and drink and the muffins look great!

Whilst out shopping in the Kingdom Centre, Mum and I popped in. We were sharing a Pigs in Blankets Panini. The tea was fine as was the muffin. However the panini - the pigs were so small I only had 2 small halves inside, the bacon was extremely scarce and it was overloaded with wholegrain mustard. My mum can't have seeds so I had to scrape every little bit off her half. We were unaware that it had mustard on it. The plates and cups were stained and could do with a good clean Altogether a very disappointing visit, therefore won't be spending any more money in there! It wasn't cheap as it was!!

Hi popped in for the 1st time today, ordered a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a raspberry & coconut muffin, the hot chocolate was to dye for and I found the muffin very tasty, the staff were very polite and helpful even though they were rushed of there feet, It is a little pricey but then you get what you pay for.

The only place to go for a beautiful muffin 🧁

Coffee is OK if unremarkable. I think the strength of this place is in the food.

Just popped in for a latte and a toastie with my friend Kate and it was the worst toastie I have had in my life. It was warm bread and it only had half a bit tomato on and very little cheese and at £5.25 was shocking. Going to complain to head office xx

Really good I enjoy the coffee and muffins particularly the toffee flavour I would recommend it's not too badly priced either relaxed atmosphere friendly staff

Service not good enough, not enough staff to cope, 1 girl serving and another sitting up the back on her phone and laptop obviously working but this cafe definitely needs more staff to make it better.

Went into this cafe earlier this week, we only had pot of tea for two, nothing to eat, the member of staff who was cleaning other tables used the same cloth to sanitize all the tables. I was also shocked when I went into the ladies toilet cubicle. The hand dryer had bits broken and was full of dust in the vent. There was also an earth cable lying across the floor under the sink. It's been a long time since I was in there and most definitely wont be back.

Enjoyed lovely expensive coffee. But oh dear the toilets leave lot to be desired. Even the toilet check list was out of date last time checked was 16.00 hours on 18th December 4 days ago. Come on BBs get your standards up to the quality and price of your coffee

Hi the coffee is lovely and the gf muffin nice but only one choice that’s not great. On visiting the toilet disable had no loo roll the other two have pealing paint and dirty. When paying over £13 for 2 coffee a juice and 2 muffin I extract a clean well maintained and checked toilet checks sheet last checked on the 18th dec…. Really folks with COVID and folks bleat about restrictions on hospitality and retails, well there’s a reason

Nice place but very expensive 2 Latte's 2 Danish pastries £10.5 won't be going back there any time soon

Good place to wait for Covid booster appt. Comfortable and friendly and open to 6pm.

Enjoyed my toasted sandwich. Wash cheese and red onion. Was perfect. A great cup of tea. Tables were cleaned after use. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

just had coffee and cake at the glenrothes branch, was never offered cream on the salted latte 😕 dirty tables never wiped the entire 30mins i was there then 3 lota of customers left and tables not cleared. 4 girls working behind counter more interested in selfies and chatting and on their mobile phones constantly

Firstly I stood being ignored by staff, then they tried to overcharge me by almost £1. Won't be in a hurry to go back. Please note this was the Glenrothes branch.

my friend and i went here for coffee today. It was very noisy with dishes being clattered about. I'm surprised theres any dishes left to wash. We left without finishing our coffee due to the noise as we couldn't even hear ourselves speak. On our way out an assistant spoke to a customer in a vey abrupt manner. Not a great experience in tis coffee house

Not as good as my last visit pre-covid. Coffee was good, muffins looked delicious, but tables not cleaned, and seemingly very little care for COVID restrictions. Hopefully just a bad day for staff.

Very rude staff, two of them handling food with no face mask on. Food was far too expensive and took 8 minutes to heat up a melt. Shame because the food was good but won't be back.

Awful customer service,even poorer food...maybe put the mobiles down and not gossip about customers....£10.30 for mediocre at best...and yes you were right I was going to write a bad review....my hearing is better than the manners here that's for sure

Not impressed with quality of toasted sandwiches. Bacon roll.looked like it was bacon on a biscuit. Cheese toastie cold and not properly melted. Muffin was good. Coffee not hot either. Give this place a miss. Sad because I've been going there for over 10 years.

I had not been here for a long time because of the last bad experience I had, but I thought I would give it another chance. What a mistake. The food was absolutely horrible. The soup wasn't cooked right and there was loads of lumps in it where it hadn't been heated up or stirred properly. The bacon bap was awful and the cheese toastie was awful as well. They had been microwaved and then put in a toastie machine and it burnt and tasted like they hadn't cleaned the toastie machine in days. We will never be back. AVOID. Such a waste of money.

Always a love atmosphere and if you come at the right time, the muffins are still warm. Come every sat

Would give 0 stars if I could. Shop run by a group of youngsters that need a proper lesson on how to treat customers. Chubby, brown haired girl needs fired, wish manager could see how she speaks to customers. Refused to clean tables and started shouting at another customer. Will leave my money elsewhere in future.

Not following covid rules very well tables too close did not ask for track & trace

I took my daughter for lunch yesterday, we ordered two toasties and two muffins, handed the sandwiches over , did you ask for two teas ! short term memory loss and it gets worse. Collecting the teas one cup 3/4 filled with hot water the other ok, given milk in a paper cup asked for some more , the look I got. brought the toasties to the table I ordered cheese and ham what I got was cheese and tomato, so I went to the guy and told him, he said I don't know what you ordered ! I said check the register, 10/15 minutes later my toastie was dropped on the table , no sorry for the mistake , no sorry for the delay . Not cheap and will not be back, other places to eat

Why can't a so called Barista make a decent americano. Weak, no crema, and after complaining the replacement was just as bad. Poor.

I went into B & B's for a cuppa and something to eat, I decided on a mug of tea and a bacon bap. The tea was piping hot with plenty of milk available if desired, the bap was very tasty and the bacon had very little fat which was perfect for me, add to that the happy, helpful service... It was just what I needed and I left feeling very happy 😁

Go here every week for coffee with my mum, always good. Hot cross bun muffin was tasty. #bakersbaristas

More about the people you meet rather than the place itself. Company was marvellous tea could have been hotter but that was maybe because we were talking to much and not drinking.

Absolutely dire. Staff are rude and lazy. Save your money and go to Madhouse Bakery at Woodside

Cake was lovely, no fruit teas, no diet coke ,alternatives were suggested so opted for hot water . This came in dirty cup. Waitress responded positively when told.

Had a gluten free toasty it was really good, they dont use the horrible gluten free bread.

Muffins are delicious but toilets are awful, never have toilet paper and could do with getting revamped.

Poor hygene with tables and over priced.

Service with a smile would have been nice. Only 1 other customer in shop so not busy at all. Coffee overflowed into saucer new saucer then she wiped my cup with a cloth 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This cafe is in a good location in the Town Centre. The service is friendly and helpful and the food is acceptable.

I ordered the wrong strength of white coffee. The lady making it poured some out and gave me hot milk to top it up. It was so nice of her thank you so much.

The coffee is lovely and the apple and raspberry crumble muffins are to die for.

All I can say about this place is....wow food and chocolates to die for.. literally lol you walk in and your taste buds are tingling like Spiderman's Spidey sense. Chocolates and deserts are beautiful to look at and oh my when you taste them you think wow this is heaven.....from this post you can tell I have a super sweet tooth lol...but you have to try them....scrumptious indeed . 😍😍🤩

Name says it all. Has recently redecorated and employed new staff. Muffins are good. Drinks are good. Chai latte is actually spicy. Sandwiches are passable, but better than Costa. Tends to be noisy, not because it's busy but because it's open across the front and gets a lot of noise from the centre. But I'm not going to mark them down because I'm grumpy.

Handy coffee shop with plenty of space and a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Coffee is good and it is located nicely central in Glenrothes' Kingdom Centre.

Asked for a large take away coffee and was handed a really small mug, I told the guy I asked for a take away and a large not small and he emptied the mug into a take away cup and it was only qauter of the way full! Rip off for £3:50 will not be back.

Great little place for coffee and /or lunch . Great choice and not bad for value but dearer than Greggs.

Great variety of muffins which are huge. Equally good variety of bagettes. Very reasonable prices. Premises are very clean and staff are very helpful. Well worth a visit but can be very busy around lunchtime.

Trying to explain to young girl you don't get milk in black coffee, what a cinammin latte is. Grandaughter had iced thing she loved it. Cup was stained asked for another was told they are all like that it's coffee that stains them disgusing and won't be back
