Online just eat order they sent a completely wrong order NONE OF MY IT3MS IN TH3 BAG AND YOU CANNOT CALL THEM ITS DISGUSTING AND IVE NOW NO MONEY AND NO FOOD

Staff not paying attention to customers Waited ages to get served staff as useful as a chocolate tea pot definitely won't be back

Awful service. 4 young girls serving. Venue was busy but not overly. Queue was big at counter simply because the girl who was serving wasn’t serving. Waited over 15 minutes to be asked by order ( to take out) Girl choosing rather to serve young boys her age and laugh & joke. When I asked the girl if she was going to serve at any point… she replied” when I can” then went away and got cup lids and replenished them whilst laughing with young lads. I asked her name which she replied Kirsten on the way out… with no coffee as I couldn’t wait any longer! Sort your staff out!

I ordered 2 breakfast wraps via just eat, to then receive two NON-BREAKFAST wraps containing items I’m severely allergic to and can put me into hospital. I am extremely unhappy with the restaurant, as this is so careless. If the restaurant was out of breakfast wraps then I should’ve been called and asked what I would like as an alternative. Or give me a refund and keep me from wasting my money. You don’t just choose on behalf of the customer! This is so irresponsible. Will not be using your restaurant again😡

Bought my coffee only to be told no sweetener. For a company that charges £3 a pop,I would expect better standards

This is my preferred Costs in Irvine. My husband & I go there almost every Sunday lunchtime. The latte coffees are always warm, but the equally warm smiles from Sarah makes it a lovely experience. Sarah is so friendly & always has a cheerful smile on her face. She's pleasant & engaging & efficient. Whether she's serving you your coffee, clearing tables or sweeping the floor, Sarah does it all with a smile. She's a great asset to Costa, especially in such a front of house role. Thanks Sarah!

This is my favourite Costa. The staff are great with a couple being exceptional. It is the Costa that provides the most reliable excellence in making a cappuccino just the way I like it. I actually decided to try this branch after having used the one in the shopping centre. Unfortunately the quality of the coffee there was so unpredictable. Now under new management so I am sure will improve but I will stick with the retail park

Great welcome from the following staff who are all fun characters…Dean, Lisa, Sarah and Gillian. They are great ambassadors for the company. All so friendly and attentive. Great place to visit and we’ll be back for sure.

We popped in for something to takeaway, it was our first visit in this costa. It was all rather cramped and the one way system just didnt work, the layout of the shop is awful and it was very difficult to move in between the tables. The staff were helpful and service was quick but definitely not our favourite costa.

My husband and I have been visiting our Costa lounge for many years now, and the coffee, tea, chocolate or whatever we are having is always lovely. The welcome you receive when you walk through the door from Costa colleagues just melts my heart, on those days when your not at your best , Costa comforts you in every way. We love to relax on the weekend with our coffee and maybe a wee lunch too, and staff will go out there way to make sure you are happy if mistakes happen, well they fix it, with a smile and a laugh. Thank you for all your hard work, and warm welcomes. Xx

A simple Cortado with bacon roll and an Almond slice to finish. Good clean restaurant with lots of parking and friendly efficient staff. They accidentally made me a coconut Cortado by mistake...they realised before I was served and gave mo both with a smile 🙂 Some very good coffee shops in Irvine but this is one of the best ☕👍🙂

Went with family looking for table of 4 for lunch visit for family catch up . Staff very rude !!!! So left will not be returning

Visited this cafe on Friday 18th October for lunch and coffee. Initially it was difficult to find a clean table, although one was eventually cleaned for my group of 3. Albeit the tables were grubby, it was the coffee machine which really stood out - it was filthy and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned since the opening of business. The staff were just chatting away with each other and seemed unconcerned. The coffee tasted ok, however, given where it was prepared, I was naturally a bit reluctant to consume it. This was my first visit and I wont be back.

Busy little costa, easy to get to if your out shopping, always has a good selection and comfy seating but it can get a little busy.

Never had a bad experience, always good fast service and food. Place always clean although table clearing when busy is a problem. staff very friendly. Would recommend.

My flat white coffee and panini were great as usual. My husband tried their new cold drinks, he got the millionaire one. It was too sweet for me but he loved it

Got served 2 cold late and when I said to them about it they said we will make new ones which I got slammed down in front of myself very poor service

Spend less time talking to other members of staff, friends visiting and more time serving. Be nice if you worked as a team.

We stopped in for a cappuccino & chai latte tea. We love the new range of cakes & pastries that they have just started. Out of all the local Costa's this is my husband's favourite

Had a stop for coffee and decided to try their breakfast muffin offer. £2 for egg and mushroom with any hot drink. Reasonable value compared to offers elsewhere. Coffee was nice, staff a bit abrupt but generally pleasant enough.

We usually get take away but decided to sit in this time. Staff were lovely & friendly, the premises are nice & clean. Coffee, chai latte tea & cakes were lovely as normal

Good location ! Staff could be friendlier ! Hate standing at counter being ignored ! Good selection of coffees and cakes ! Nice surroundings ! Usual costa price x

We get cappuccino & chai latte to take away at least 3 or 4 times a week between the Irvine & Stevenson Costas. We'ver had a bad experience with the service or our drinks.

Situated in irvine industrial park...nice cafe with large window to people watch! Plenty of room..table and chairs and a sofa area. Friendly staff...normal costa toasties/ cakes. Ideal place to grab a coffee.

Wir tranken dort am Nachmittag jeweils einen Mokka und einen Cappuccino Karamel. Die Bedienung hatte die Getränke ziemlich hastig zubereitet, so dass mein Cappuccino so gut wie keinen Milchschaum hatte.

Ordered a caramel latte to sit in and was very disappointed! The latte was very pale looking and tasted like hot milk and water! Couldn't taste any caramel and the coffee was very faint! I don't particularly like a strong coffee but this was weak to the extend that I couldn't finish it! This costa used to be particularly good but not now. Afraid I wont be back in a hurry.

Well where do I start I ordered 1 latte and 1 black Forrest hot choc the young lady was very nice and passed the order to the barista ! When we went to collect our order we commented on the lack of colour in the latte and Euan promptly informed me that a latte mostly consists of milk !! As I am quite aware what a latte is I asked him to add another shot please after waiting several minutes he asked me for 40p and put it on the tray I think when you go to Costa they have standards and I'm afraid Irvine and their assistant manager are not meeting the standards and myself and many other coffee lovers will now be giving this place a wide berth !!!! Very disappointed

Cant review too much as I only went in for a coffee. The staff were friendly and it quite spacious.There are large windows which makes it very light.Toilets were clean and fresh.The prices are well displayed above the main counter.

This is a lovely wee cafe to sit and relax with your favourite Costa Coffee. The staff are always smiling and friendly. Plenty of seats and very clean.

Only opened a short time ago ,it is handy when shopping at the retail park. Parking restrictions-overstay and get fined.
