Friendly place an polite staff,,,doesnt serve food anymore....but always bloody freezing

Ordered from here and when received food was short. Called in but there was a answering service on stating they werent taking calls. Nearly 2 weeks later, after being promised a refund I reached a man who said he was the owner who said that Foodhub would have to give me a refund. He was rude and arrogant and quite honestly shouldn't be dealing with the public. Turns out he had actually told Foodhub not to refund. This place is a joke - avoid them!!!!! Food that did turn up stank after a couple of hours - glad we didnt eat what was delivered

I'm afraid this pub needs a complete refurb, it looks pretty dire outside and inside is very dull, I've tried hard to find positives but there isn't any, locals would probably disagree but as far as I'm concerned it's a boozer, prices are OK staff are nice but I wouldn't take my family in here to eat or drink it just all seems so miserable, access for wheelchairs is OK, this is an old place and it's showing but OK for a pint

Didn't expect this from the outside but had a really nice time. Good atmosphere and some of the punters were hillarious

Good to catch up with people and staff but restrictions and reduced hours mean can't always get a table

Don't know about in store but delivery is shocking. Chips stone cold, cheese burger stone cold to the point the cheese slice hasn't melted. The coleslaw had more heat in it.

Lovely food ,great service and nice atmosphere. All round ,a great place for brekkie and lunch . Highly recommended.

I love love love this wee gem of a cafe! Tried the mega breakfast this time and it certainly didn't disappoint. The helpful, attentive staff even swapped out the black pudding with no fuss, no drama. Good banter, excellent service, friendly staff, fantastic, down to earth no frills food.... what's not to love???

A really nice and friendly High Street cafe

Arrived one hour late, pretty cold, meat overcooked. The biggest issue however seems to be the quality of meat, would avoid, plenty of decent breakfast and lunch places around the town.

great place with great staff always a warm welcome when you enter , great value drinks from £1 +Dash , ans a dash is 40p so still better value than most pubs , pint of Tennets lager only £2.70 , entertainment every weekend which is such a laugh , well worth a visit if out and about in the town day of night , and the pool table is only 50p and a free jukebox on selected days

Place stinks of p*ss and full of undesirables, staff need a course in hospitality and cleanliness, Glasses filthy, u would get a disease in it, lazy staff who need to get there act together.

Toilets have no seats, loo roll or hand towels and drier doesn't work, complained to manageress " Natalie " who was in the toilet and didn't wash her hands after using the loo and then she's out service customers food and drink, she took an instant dislike to my making this statement and thinking its acceptable to be doing this rather than sort the situation. The mens toilets also have only 1 working which my company made me aware of after telling them about what just happened with the manageress " Natalie ". Place is full of drunks that need a wash and theres a crowd who probably keep the place open cause no where else would let them in, now onto the more serious the drug dealers standing at the bar across from toilets and the bar staff knowingly happy to be letting this happen for there own personal needs. This place needs a complete overhaul of dealers, drunks and staff never mind sticking to the carpet and seats that have been urinated on it smells like an old folks home, weekends it's full of young ones using the place as a crack den. The owners who also own the corner house in Kilwinning are aware of all this as they are the DJ's but chose to turn a blind eye to it all. They also advertise £1 gin, vodka etc + dash but when u buy it its £1:40 when i asked about it I'm still waiting on an answer as manageress " Natale" is in the huff cause of previous incidents about "LOO" . Place should be reported to environmental health as it's a black hole.

Was in last nite with my partner we had suck a laugh all night pub was very friendly staff where fantastic this place is comedy gold the karaoke was good atmosphere fantastic met new friends I will be back soon

Busy cafe in centre of town ideal for everything from a full cooked breakfast to a filling lunch staff very pleasant and helpful .

Homely, warm welcoming pub, customers and staff friendly. Reasonably priced drinks, vodka only £1.30. My friend drinks gin, priced at £1.50 that includes mixer 😉😉

Wee waiter guy is such a nice & pleasant asset to the Cafe. I would recommend visiting. 😁
