Staff are so lovely and always up for a chat, Jason specifically has made my experience absolutely amazing here! The cookie dough is probably one of the best I've had, they aren't stingy with toppings at all! Absolutely recommend to everybody

Food was honestly absolutely awful and swimming in grease. Ordered chicken tikka but what was delivered was chunks of rancid chicken covered in some kind of orange powder that hadn't been cooked in a tandoor oven. Smelled rank as though it was off.

The annual gathering is a fantastic event. Plan a hole day to take in all the authentic atmosphere!

El personal era genial y un ambiente encantador Tuvimos bolas de arancini con ensalada de zanahoria recogida para empezar, pasta de salchicha italiana y jabalí ragu que no decepcionó en el sabor y la calidad. Conocer al propietario en otro bar local la misma noche fue extraño y pasamos nuestras reflexiones para compartir con el personal, ya que el crédito debe darse a su equipo. Had a fantastic lunch, lentil and bacon soup, Brie, cranberry, bacon toastie , coleslaw abs crisps for just over£8 and it was so good

Having traveled a lot around Italy this was a real treat to have such beautiful, authentic Italian food in my old home town of Hamilton on a rainy Friday night. We had the 6 course pasta tasting menu which just got better with every course. Presentation and flavours could not be faulted. Extensive well priced wine menu. Would definitely go out of my way to visit again.

We were regular customers at this restaurant due to staff being very nice to us and food being good. The waiters are exceptionally friendly. A couple of times our big families celebrated events like weeding anniversaries, graduation, etc. In the past couple of months though, the customer service went below McDonald's. I have never seen anything like that, and we will never return. The owner/manager(?) is extremely rude. Last month we had an engagement anniversary and booked a place. We waited for food for 30 min, then ate 10 minutes. Right after all plates were taken and we ordered a dessert, we were approached by the guy and told we needed to go. Pointing at wealthy people at the door, he said: "You finished, can you go? You see, people are waiting there?". We told we ordered a desert and we had a booking too. He then said we needed to wait for a desert (which turned out to be a takeaway) near the kitchen. He relocated us to a shared table so that the wealthy-looking couple can sit at our spot. I have never been insulted like that on my special day. Next time we were silly enough to return, again on a special occasion. A quarter of the restaurant was empty, and we asked for a table. The same guy approached us and said there is no space for today. Okay. I waited until the next couple with no booking was seated, and tried to ask why, but the same guy said we had to leave. We were silly. Very silly. So we returned. This time half of the restaurant was empty. I was so happy to see that, and the waitress seemed to have a table. When she picked up the menu, that same guy let her go, approached us and said it was all booked. Guess what? We were watching how other couples were seated with no booking. TO THE OWNER: Who do you think you are to insult me and my family on special occasions? Our 4 families will never return to your restaurant again. TO CUSTOMERS: I understand you might want to choose this place to eat. But are you from a working class too? Did you have a tiring day at work? Do you and your family deserve to be treated this way? Your moms and dads? Your children? Your loving partner?

I have had some good Italian food but the balsamic and small details in the food are great. The wine menu is okay but this is a little town and would it be worth it. Dessert was good too, personal choice would be sharper lemons on the cheesecake, but that is just me! Well done! Great food and you know your market.
