I totally walked into the right place with this pub... I scoped-out ones that would have an eclectic set of taps, and this one appears to have regular changes, so it's likely that the selection will always change. That said, there was beer and ale for every taste, and I was pleasantly surprised. The bartenders were friendly and helpful with suggestions and there were other friendly patrons to chat with. I went at the end of the afternoon, so it was lively, and a great stop on my way home.

We were a table of 7. Restaurant was really busy and very noisy with several dogs and TV with football on. Difficult to hear the conversation round the table at some points. We were informed that there was no chicken, no steak pie and no salmon left as they had been really busy. Surely they should take into account that it's a busy time of year and be better prepared. Most of our group ended up with burgers and I had Mushroom Risotto which was really a starter but they said they could do it as a main course. Well I've yet to find a mushroom .... It was basically soggy rice which tasted of gravy granules. I notice that previous reviews have mentioned how scruffy the staff looked and I have to agree. All in all a very disappointing experience and one which we won't be repeating.

I went out to have dinner and had the pleasure of meeting Brij. He is truly a kind-hearted individual and definitely an asset to your organisation. I asked him whether this store sent the leftover food to the temporary accommodations near Sauchiehall Street, and he informed me that it is collected from five shops in Glasgow and distributed to charities. I expressed to him how emotional and grateful it makes me feel to know that there are still compassionate and considerate individuals and organisations in this world. Last year, due to unfortunate circumstances. I ended up becoming homeless. I was among those at the temporary accommodation who benefited from the delicious meals delivered to us once or sometimes twice a week. Anyone can become homeless from any background, for any reason at any time. I extend my heartfelt thanks for your kindness; it provided individuals with support during a time when they had very little. đ

We have visited this campsite twice now in our van and its great. Fantastic location (no signal which is bliss) and beautiful views along the beach and of the Sgurr. The team onsite are so lovely, the cafe is well stocked and the coffee and pastries in the morning are just the ticket. Showers are great, clean and tidy, as are pot wash and tumble drying areas. Make sure you bring some ÂŁ1 coins would be my tip! Highly recommend, just watch the road down as it is pretty battered by all the people visiting the Fairy Pools!

I was here for a post-funeral reception. Staff were super attentive with the tea and coffee. Bar staff friendly and helpful also. A decent spread of food was laid out. Very photogenic building from the exterior. Hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to the high street, bus and train station.

Literally *the best* hot chocolate Iâve had. The white chocolate and toffee croissant was amazing too and the selection of chocolates great - definitely something for everyone. Busy when we arrived yet made to feel very welcome. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.
