We came for the first time today. for a long time
We sat for the sura. We ate and drank. It was 10 o'clock at night, we didn't want to get up, everything was perfect.
We loved our visit to Redburn Cafe. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and there was not trouble accommodating my diet. The coffee was really good too. Of course, the stars were the Highland Cows across the road. Buy a bag of pellets and feed the "Curly coos" The beautiful canine host was on a day off.
Also purchase a photo form the owner. She is a photographer in the off season and has some great pictures for sale.
A small but perfectly formed cafe serving first class gluten free options for lunch. Delicious toasties and the home made (gf) lemon meringue pie is outstanding. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is small but beautifully decorated, very quiet as there was only another couple in the restaurant... the food is delicious and at a reasonable price... The only thing is... The waitress is not very friendly or helpful and has forgotten to learn how to smile!!! We loved the lamb couscous... But we won't go back as we didn't feel welcome!
Love coming out here from Kirkwall. Delightful atmosphere and beautiful setting. Food is delicious and staff are delightful. The cakes and coffee are to die for. Highly recommended in my book. I'll keep coming back.
This is one of best coffee shops I have known. It's such a shame that it's taken me 72 years to discover it. Great coffee and delicious food. The bacon rolls are gigantic.
